The attitude of the staff is very bad. She kept staring at us the whole time we were shopping just because we are 「asian」. She seemed like that she thought we were going to steal something in this store . It was really terrible and every time when we asked her questions, she was very aggressive and even didn’t listen what we were saying.

This place is good but there is a security that followed us all the time in store. Please do not follow anyone it makes people stressful, we do not steal we just looking….

Same experience , I had my bottle from my bag, the "manager" came up close your bag we have cameras everywhere, when I reply back this is offensive , she is treating me as if I am a shoplifter then she make it as if It is for my safety. Simply doesn't know how to communicate!

2-floors store. Might be a bit crowded during weekend as some of the cashiers are slow but the staff you can purchased is always good.

It is annoying how all employees suggest Sephora and only Sephora products. Not the best customer service

Amazing collection of makeup, skin care and hair care products … very helpful staff … great shop and great branch

The employees in this store are so rude. Most of them have no idea of beauty or make up. They recommended me two products for acne prone skin, which chemicaly can not be mixed together. I have used them before knowing it, and I got a very bad reaction on my skin. Furthermore, an employee gave me the wrong size of a product, I paid and then I realized they gave me the big one rather than small one, which is the one I wanted. I went back inmediately after to change it and they said they DO NOT RETURN MONEY. Even if it was the fault of their employees. They speak so rude to you. There are plenty of cheaper and better stores, selling the same products and with much better treatment. Like Douglas for example. First and last time buying here.

Arrogant and the staff doesn’t care to correct their mistakes! They had a product labelled with wrong price on display, and when I was charged a different price at the counter I told them that the product was wrongly priced at the shelf. However they care nothing to correct mistake and the product is still labelled wrong! The staff was rude, and wouldn’t offer me cash back when I had to return the product even though it was their mistake to label it wrongly! And I had to settle with a gift card with refund. The Sephora and its employees are much better in other parts of the world!

Verry busy during the Christmas markets weekend but lots of fun stuff to buy that you can't get in the Netherlands. The employees are still helpfull even if it is busy!

What's a shame to have this kind of shop in this big city. I never meet anyone who is that unfriendlly to a tourist.

What's not to love? A beauty enthusiasts dream! Extremely friendly and helpful staff with great English, enthusiastic and willing to help without being intrusive. Kati was lovely. 🥰 Security guard a bit intense though, made you feel like a criminal. 😂

Good ranges, fast queue upstairs and staff were accommodating in English as well as German.

I entered the shop and i was accepted and treated amazing. Jana, the girl that works in the shop, showed me everything i wanted, she was so polite and also she gave me some amazing tips not just about the make up but also what to visit in Cologne since it is my first time here. All the stars to the Sephora staff. Amazing 🤩

Nice service, unfortunately they don’t have a men’s corner, where men can sit and wait untill the ladies are done shopping.

Please change the closing time to 1945 and not 2000 on weekdays. Since the workers decide to not let anyone in starting 1945. Thanks.

I loved my shopping experience at this Sephora. Many thanks to Teresa who helped and guided me in the makeup section and another lady who helped me in the skincare section. I left the place very satisfied and would gladly shop at this Sephora again. In addition, the store has an excellent layout where the spaces coexist harmoniously. It is very easy to see the products and also to test them since they have many copies of the products in store. Of the places where there are excellent products and very friendly staff. They were very kindly able to help me in English!

Today I feel very embarrassing, I want to buy a perfume for my friend. A lady staff tried to Harass me several times. When I feel they are looking doubtfully, I went outside, but near exit door they activated alarm system on me and they checked my and my friend's bag. They think everyone is shoplifter. That's unbearable act by them.

Very nice employees and a good store! Unfortunately, the deduction of one star is because there were some products without any prices or labels. Also many things misplaced. Please fix it, then it will be 5 stars!
