Great family adventure park! The Go City card is definitely the best option when it comes to saving money. It includes admission to the park, dolphin encounter, and snorkeling with sharks, stingray, and fish. The park also has an area where you can feed many different birds, and another one where you can touch a sea turtle. It also offers a dolphin and seal show. You can't bring food, but they offer a restaurant with reasonable princes for the food items.

This Park is so Beautiful. My first time ever visiting here, there are huge 🐢 you can feed them and there is a 🐬 show also you get a chance to go inside a secured fenced and actually feed the pretty 🐦 they do not bite very calm. I was surprised by that and how many birds were inside there. They have shopes and guides all very respectful. Your Family will Love this place. Also some shows are timed. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you.

This park is a hidden gem on the island. The park is small and intimate enough for you to not feel pressured to skimp through each animal / exhibit but big enough for you to not feel like you've wasted money. It may at first feel a bit expensive but it is totally worth the investment. Our 3 kids (all under 10) simply loved it. What's really awesome is that there's a show or a story telling for an exhibit every 15 mins, non-stop throughout the day. You'll feel like you are naturally being paced around the park to catch these mini shows. Plan 3+ hours for this place. You'll absolutely have a wonderful time. The staff is extremely friendly and your kids will leave with huge smiles on their faces.

I'm not really a fan of wildlife parks, but visiting the park, I learned that most of the animals are rescues and can't be released back into their natural habitats. The dolphin show was great. I also enjoyed the sea lion and Monk seal presentations. We visited on a Saturday, and there wasn't a line to enter, but there is a parking fee as well as a fee for the tickets. Also, the park doesn't accept cash, so be sure to bring your credit card and some change for the pressed penny machines.

I love this place. Unfortunately, we didn't see the whole park, hopefully next time we can. We went to the luau and mostly everyone was so nice and a pleasure to speak with, especially the manager who was making sure everyone was on the right line, and gave info when asked. Kudos to him. There was one of the ladies who were making bracelets who for some reason was only paying attention to certain people. My husband was like, what is her issue. I stayed quiet and made my bracelet and said thank you and moved on. It was odd. But all in all we had a great time! We were not dressed for a luau and went right after hiking so maybe she thought we were not dressed appropriately, but we were not dressed too down either. We still paid for expensive tickets. The lighting was not compatible with some of the performances and I hope they rethink it. All in all we had a good time That was the important thing.

Always a fun place to go and my girls really wanted to go although they're in college now. The aviary was great--beautiful birds. It's not often a bird will get so close to you that it was thrilling when they did! The different shows were fun and entertaining. It's a bit pricey, especially being double the kama'aina rate and having to pay for parking.

Interacting with the Dolphins was fun. But it felt a bit like everything else was under construction. Food was very reasonably priced. The drinks cups are well worth it if you're going to be arpund the park for awhile.

This is a nice little park to see a few aquatic animal shows. Nothing too spectacular, but it is nice. The aviary gives you bird seed to hold in your hand and the birds will perch right on you hand and eat. We thought this was the most fun part of the day. There are also a couple of pools that you can reach in and touch fish, including starfish. We enjoyed our day. The staff was very nice throughout our time there.

This is a small aquarium park by the sea. There are many marine life in it, including sharks, dolphins, penguins, and various fish and corals on the seabed. There are many interactive games for children. The dolphins are very cute and very close to people, which makes the children very happy. There is also a special viewing platform where you can see the sea scenery, which is very beautiful and has a wide field of vision.

Kid loves the dolphin experiences, bird feeding and the dolphin show. Dolphin experience comes with one photo but they don’t let you pick. The additional photo is $40+tax which I think is way over price. The whole park is cashless. Their cafe food is only ok. Buy ticket online in advance is the best route

Nice place to go if you live here. I am not sure I would dedicate time to this place if I were visiting for a week a two. The dolphin show was the best! Though the presenters were great, it was hard to understand what they were saying. The mic was too close to their mouth. My 7 and 4 year old loved the little playground. If you want to do a dry event, this is a great place.

Okay to visit. The park is expensive for what it serves. You have to pay for the parking as well , and doesn’t come with the tickets. There are very few things to see. We’ve been to better dolphin and sea lion shows. I would avoid it if you’ve a tight schedule. Kids however will love it.

Amazing staff, educational experience, and beautiful park. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond helping us plan our visit, especially Melissa in guest relations. The park is small, but perfect for an intimate and up close experience with the animals. We are able to have one on one interaction with the animals and staff rather than being in large groups and waiting in long lines like we would at Sea World. Plan about 4-5 hours at the park if you do the Dolphin encounter and see a few shows.

We only had less than 1.5 hrs. here before it closed for the day and we still managed to see all the exhibits with enough time to catch the bus back to Waikiki. Peak crowd was gone for the day then so there was no waiting or congestion. The highlight was the aviary where we were able to feed the birds from our hands! Hubby, my toddler and I all got to experience this wonder. Also loved seeing the sea turtles and dolphins up close.

Not worth the time and money to visit. I had been here with my family in 2014 and we had fond memories of a bright park, with healthy looking animals and energetic staff. This place has fallen very far from that memory. 2 of the exhibits were closed and drained, and the ones that are open look old and in need of repair. Several of the fish had off colored spots, one of the sharks had an injured snout like it had hit the wall too many times. The only show we saw was the sea lion show and the host's attitude was blase. And only 1 of the sea lions jumped once, the other not at all.

Nice park with lots of shows and activities. Fairly small park and easy to get around. The bird feeding was a favourite of our kids. The dolphin show was amazing too with great instructors. We got the Luau package and spent the whole afternoon at the park and luau in the evening. Great way to spend the day. Enjoyed the Luau show which also had some activities like flower lei making and coconut leaf headband making.

We had a great time here. We saw the baby sharks get fed, a dolphin show, some seals and a sea lion show, fed sea turtles and other fish, but the highlight and my favorite part was seeing my baby having the time of her life in the bird enclosure with the birds landing on her arm and eating seeds off of the sticks. The food at the cafeteria was, to our surprise, very good.

We did the dolphin exploration. We were supposed to have more time in the water than the other experience but that didn't happen. The trainer was nice, the dolphin was adorable. I wish the changing rooms were a little bigger. The park itself is small but the dolphin show was so wonderful. All the staff were so nice and helpful. Their cafe was very good! It's listed next to an amazing beach and view! Shark frenzy was disappointing. Loved our time there.

Great little park. It's more interactive than most with a good amount of exbits allowing kids to touch and interact with the animals. We did the dolphin interaction experience and it was really fun. My daughter was very timid around the dolphin but warmed up at the end. The dolphin show was really impressive and I would make a point to save time to see it.

Park is tiny. But somehow it still managed to push half a days fun into it. We easily spend 5 hours there checking out all the exhibits and only seeing two shows. The sea lion host was an amazing presenter and very engaging. We didn't have a chance to see sea turtles in the wild and we're very surprised to see how big they actually were. There is also a fun kids play area for them to run out a little steam. Our only complaint was how slow the food was here. When we went there was only hot dogs and burgers available. The line was much longer than it needed to be, and took more than thirty minutes before it was our turn to order.

Absolutely perfect! Went with my kids- 7 and 12. We all loved it. It is situated right on the edge of the ocean, with beautiful landscaping and amazing views. There are animal shows and activities scheduled all day so much so that from 11am to 2:30pm we barely had time to just walk around lol, but that was a good problem to have. Beautiful dolphins show. Amazing aviary enclosure where you get to feed parakeets. Clean, fun, and beautiful. Small but fun playground. Spray structure to cool off Parking is across the SC and is $5

West a really nice great place. The people that work here are so animal orientated and love their work with the animals that they have. They say they are like their family and that is really nice... My wife did the dolphin experience and she loved it, and I enjoyed so much watching. The dolphin show was awesome,I'm into turtles and I just love seeing the turtles show and feeding. The sharks are another thing, fantastic.. the tropical fish, sea lions..wow. We loved it and it was such a beautiful drive to get there. Edit: that's not me with my wife in the picture..

This place is okay for taking the little ones. We are annual pass holders and the shark, Sea lion, large turtles, and Dolphin (Wolphin) attractions are our kids favorites. The penguin exhibit is not worth standing around for. When the snack bar is open, they do have dole whip, that’s always a favorite of ours! I do wish they could figure out how to add more things to make this place a better experience. You run out of things to do/see very quickly.

We spent the day there and were very glad we did. It's ano older park but there appears to be some updates in progress. Lots of opportunities to get up close with the animals. The sea lions are closed; however, there's still a lot to see and do. The staff went out of their way to interact and answer my daughter's questions. We wanted to add on reef snorkeling, but it was sold out for the day. The park is in a phenomenal location, much different than Waikiki. The drive was scenic with lots of stops along the way to see the coast line of Oahu. Definitely don't miss the opportunity to visit!

We got the luau tickets along with that we got the free tickets to the park. We only came there an hour before luau while we should have come longer or visit it another time. My kids had fun at the park. They like the birds, and the dophin show was also nice. The luau performance was good and culture activities were fun too. The drive from Waikiki was about 30 mins and very scenery. The only thing I didn't like were the food and drink.

We went on a weekday, and it was pretty cool. But, honestly, the place would have been like any other aquarium if it weren't for the dolphin splash at the ending. The birds are not friendly, and they bite!! They bit my little sisters hand so hard it bled! She was just trying to feed them. Some of staff is super cold and not friendly consistently reprimanded the visitors for silly things and have major attitudes (I personally didn't experience this just saw it multiple times) also quite a few of the birds looked pretty messed up, lots of feathers missing and looking sick. Also, apparently, they just allowed to breed and have as many babies as they like. No wonder their all so unfriendly. They aren't being given the proper attention to have a healthy relationship with humans! However, all the other animals were well cared for and seemed happy!! The dolphins seemed especially happy with all their amazing tricks. They seemed to really love their trainers. The people who talked about the animals in the shows seemed super passionate about their work and really care about the animals and the environment. So even thou some of the staff could be nicer and more polite to the visitors there are a lot of super awesome hardworking people at sea life park who do their part to make it a safe, friendly, and educational experience to community!

Loved our time here! We arrived at 11 and stayed until closing. We weren’t sure that we would be there the whole time, but with the planned hourly activities we ended up staying longer. Especially loved the dolphin show, the seals, and turtles. The shark feeding was interesting but it was hard to get a good view. We got slushies to cool off for a snack and enjoyed walking around to all the exhibits and learning more about these animals! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The park is not super huge, but the shows and talks are worth staying all day. I went for the sea turtles, but the monk seal and sea lions are trained so well and do tricks! The dolphin/wholphin show was super impressive, and I learned a lot on my visit. They are cashless, get tickets online.

The show was excellent the drive was beautiful from Waikiki Beach. The band did a great job as well. The only downside was the quality of food which was average, I thought we were eating the pig that was being roasted that was just for show then was led to a buffet line. I would recommend purchasing the VIP tickets as it was only additional $10 per ticket from gold seating. Overall a great experience!

One of the best Luau's I've been to! The entertainment was incredible. The views of the ocean and island were amazing!! Good drinks and food with great service! Tables were individual to groups. Very nice experience, would definitely do it again! 😊🌺

Way overpriced and nothing really to see. The aquariums are not well maintained and it's hard to see through anything that and they have plexiglass up everywhere that blocks your view of anything. Way overpriced. They wanted 50 bucks a person and when we got in there was nothing really to do. There was one dolphin show and one seal show. They have a couple turtles you can pay to feed and they had munk seal in the back. I was thinking it would be more like SeaWorld back home but it was more like a backwater's tourist trap.

  • 4/5 MARVA M. 2 years ago on Google
My kids really enjoyed this. Beautiful views, overlooking the ocean. The trainers we're nice and we're available for questions after each experience. Love the schedule so you can plan your time. It's not too big, so perfect for families with small children. Only negative was the food was really expensive.

Awesome show and the food was really good! They have games and activities while you wait, the background is sooooo beautiful and the performers were super fun and entertaining. They have a bar and off free water, coffee and fruit punch. Tickets to the show includes entry to Sea Life Park too! I highly recommend it, my whole family enjoyed every minute!

Love Sealife park wish there was a little more but what they do have was great to watch and learn. I like that they have a schedule for a learning experience every 15 mins with a very long lunch for about 45 mins.

Bus#23 from Waikiki towards East, sit on right side of bus to enjoy the scenic ride. The bus will pass by Kaiwi Scenic Shoreline & Makapuu Lighthouse trails but no stops. You have to walk back from Sea Life Park to the Scenic Shoreline & Lighthouse trails in order to explore these two attractions. Sea Life Park is very small compare to San Diego Sea World, not worth the money.

We love this place! We saw the dolphin and 2 Sea Lion exhibits, and all were great. The penguins were molting, so we couldn't see them come out, but the guide gave a great info session about them. The sea lions in particular are very cute, and it's awesome that they're rescues! We also had a lot of fun in the aquatic bird cage; you can pick up some seeds and the birds will eat it out of your hand! I just wish it was open later - It closes at 4PM, and I assume that's due to COVID-19. Anyways, I highly recommend this place and supporting their case of aquatic preservation!

It's good to have bottle of water especially if you have children and sunscreen " vegan " is necessary. We went on a Monday " Kamaina Rate " and found it not crowded letting our granddaughter 4yrs. room to roam. It was my husband who has never been there that got taken back for it brought up the kid in him. I myself and with Royal Elementary School took me there about 3 times and being there once again felt like home. So calling ALL local people of the islands, go with your family and friends and enjoy.

Highly recommend the encounter packages they have available. Military gets a discount through ITT (MWR) and general admission is included. Most likely a once in a lifetime opportunity for most. The rest of the park is a bit small, with a few animals available for viewing, but they also do shows. Feeding the birds is free and there is no time limit. The staff is very friendly and teach conservation and respect for the animals. I do recommend eating a big meal before going as the food in the park is priced a bit higher and there is no outside food allowed for the safety of the animals. I would bring refillable water bottles for everyone so you can refill at the water fountain as well.

  • 4/5 Lydia N. 8 months ago on Google
The park was small and a bit disappointing compared to other similar parks and aquariums we’ve been to. My toddler was excited to see the baby shark feeding however we weren’t able to see much at all. The restaurant inside also needs an upgrade with a better (and legible) menu. We booked the silver package which came with the Luau and this was the highlight of the whole experience. The dancers and performers were impeccable. The buffet dinner was delicious. Highly recommended the Luau!

Large variety of marine life here!!! Seeing the dolphins so close was such a fun experience. You're able to pet them also! Another favorite of mine was the huge bird area with parakeets that you can feed and they perch on you.

  • 5/5 KdB 2 years ago on Google
Small enough that it won't take up your whole day. Not the place to go if you want to see a large variety of animals. But, the shows were entertaining and well worth the price of entry.

Love this place for kids and adults as well. Everything was great. I just wish the penguins swimming area was cleaner. Food is alright. Jad the fish and chips, the fish was pretty hard. The cheese burger was good though. The staff was very nice.

This is a great smaller park in a beautiful location perfect if you have younger children. The park is very manageable in size with programs spaced out so catch a little of everything. My toddler also loved the playground and that she got to feed the fish some lettuce. We paid to do the dolphin feeding with our 2 year old and dolphin swim with our 8 year old. The feeding and swims here are done in larger groups than I anticipated. If you love to take photos & videos like me, it's a bit of a bummer because you can't really take photos or videos of your own, only the ones you purchase through their photographer. and unfortunately the photo print quality of those isn't great. IMO, We've done the feeding at a Sea World and that personally was a better experience for us. We were allowed to take all the photo and videos we wanted. Side note: the sea lion area is currently under construction.

  • 5/5 Ariana S. 10 months ago on Google
Very fun, in person interactions with dolphins and sea lions if you pay for those experiences, they have free shows too. You can feed fishes, turtles, and birds. The staff was really nice too. Only downside is the pictures after you do the experiences with the animals are VERY expensive. They charge you $50 for one digital picture!

  • 4/5 Ney 9 months ago on Google
We went around 1:30pm. No wait. The park was pretty empty, and then I realized why. Lunch rush at the cafeteria. Overall the park is small so it's doable in one day but if you are looking for shows you have to go early in the morning as most shows end by 2 pm. You see sea turtles at arms length (plz don't touch) sharks, dolphins, feed birds, feed fish. They have a decent playground for kids from months to 9yrs old. There is also a Luau performance at night. So you can knock off two birds in one stone.

  • 4/5 pepittemaske p. 8 months ago on Google
The park in itself is a little bit disappointing! Pretty small with a lot of exhibits closed for remodeling. However, the Luau was simply amazing. You are taking in an adventure across the Polynesian Islands and introduced to culture and dances as you "travel " the Polynesian triangle. Food is delicious and park entrance is included with the silver package (not sure about the other packages) but the Luau in itself is totally worth it.

Was a fun afternoon. Feeding the turtles was fun and the dolphin show was amazing!! Glad we spent the afternoon there. My only request would be to have the penguin show in a larger area we couldn't see anything.

My wife and I decided to take our kids (2.5 y/o) to see some sea turtles and dolphins. I was hesitant at first considering the controversies around venues like this in the past and the fact I haven’t been back in nearly 30 years myself, but we were both pleasantly surprised. The kids loved it, that’s #1… as a parent, the park isn’t huge, so you also don’t have to spend the whole day there too, that’s #2. The grounds are well kept, the animals seem happy, and the staff are really friendly, that’s #3. If your kids are into wildlife of the ocean going varietal and you don’t want to commit a whole day, then Sea Life Park is the way to go!

Had so much fun! Dolphins and Sea Lions were great to watch! Such beautiful animals. The penguins were out too. Kids had fun in the bird feeding enclosure. Finished our trip with some delicious hot dogs. Highly recommend visiting!

Great experience! Me and my husband were lucky enough to be the only ones on the dolphin exploration. So we got the chance to swim with the dolphins, just us and a trainer. You get 1 free photo, and the other one they take is $35. We also did the sea lion encounter and saw 2 sea lions. Pictures were not included. They are $35/each as well! A really neat attraction they had was their bird aviary, where you could hand feed lots of beautiful birds. The dolphin show is really neat as well. The only thing I was upset about was the sea lion habit exhibit was closed. All employees were very nice, and i would definitely recommend visiting!

I want to separate the shows and experiences from how the places i thought. The tickets cost over $40 per person just for the basic access. Even though there are a few shows and I understand that running a place like this costs money, I still believe it's expensive for a family and not worth it. Plus, the place is thought to squeeze money from you by charging for parking, not allowing you to bring food or beverages, etc. However, we did 2 experiences (the Aloha with dolphins and the swimming in the reef) and I mist admit those 2 experiences made the visit worthwhile. We absolutely loved it and my kids were thrilled. But going back to squeezing money out of you, if you'll charge me between $90 to $200 per person to have an experience with a dolphin, I would expect at least to use my phone to take 100 photos and videos, but no, they don't allow it so they can charge you $35 for ONE photo they took from you (or $65 for a package of 3 photos or something). So I hope you have good memory to treasure the wonderful experience you just had. And finally, I do want to highlight that most of the employees and trainers were amazing, helpful and really nice. 5 stars to them for loving what they do.

  • 4/5 Eric K. 1 year ago on Google
About $40/entry from tickets online. Relatively small footprint but packed with fun activities and shows. The facility is right next to the shore so you'll see very beautiful scenery en route. We particularly enjoyed bird feeding and the dolphin show. You get $10 parking fee refunded if you eat at their restaurant. However, the food here is just bad. The fish and chips taste like it's made from frozen dinner. You win some you lose some.
