Ordered a Thai chicken pizza no chicken. They got that correct. Does this look like a Thai pizza. There are no toppings but a few drops of cilantro. It barely tastes like the Thai pizza. When I go to pick up this same pizza the toppings are NEVER correct. I understand they need more employees but you have to serve what someone orders!!!!! I am so bummed out!!!!!

I placed an online order for takeout at 5:42pm, with a (default) pickup time of 6:05, and paid online. I arrived at 6:12pm as I understand orders can generally take longer. At the takeout counter, I was told the kitchen was running behind but my order was next up (I was my ticket was the second). At 6:35, after seeing three other orders go (one was the one before mine), I asked about how much longer it would be before my order was ready. I was told they were short staffed but someone went to check. It turned out my order was ready, sitting in a stack of boxes, and apparently had been for some time as my salad was warm and the pizza was only slightly warm. I was given three pieces of bread with the order. When I asked if that was all, I was told it was all the bread they had. The previous customer had asked if there was enough bread for five in his bag, and the server apologized and gave him an additional significant portion. Also, I ordered a full size Thai crunch salad and received less than half a portion cup of dressing. I don't use a lot of dressing, but even so I ran out with 1/3 of the salad remaining (and I remember the days I could get both the Thai dressing and the cilantro dressing with one salad!). I admit I haven't ordered this salad in a few years, but it seemed really lacking in ingredients and definitely didn't match the photo on the web site. The salad was mostly Napa cabbage, and very light on edamame and chicken (perhaps 3 tablespoons) and maybe a tablespoon of cucumber. There was no red cabbage, carrot, green onion, or cilantro, and hardly any peanuts. For $18.99, I could buy all those ingredients and a bottle of dressing, and make 4 salads that were far better. I spent $57.55 for this meal (two pizzas and one salad) as a special treat for my children, and while the pizzas were decent and my kids enjoyed them (when they finally got to have dinner) the experience was absolutely not worth standing at the counter for 23 minutes waiting for an order that was 30 minutes late yet already prepared and receiving smaller portions of items. I did not get an apology or a replacement for the missing bread, or even a coupon. The server literally didn't care that I waited so long and didn't even receive a standard serving of bread. Next time I'll just wait for the frozen pizzas at the grocery store to go on sale and stock up. Edit: just checked on the cheese pizza. My youngest said it was ok at first, then told me the cheese on his 5 cheese pizza wasn't gooey. I looked and it had hardened into an almost fiberglass like mass that he referred to as "disappointing".

TL;DR: None of our food was hot: barely above room temperature. My wife and I ordered takeout from here on Friday 1/8/21. First time ever ordering food from this particular CPK location. Ordered online at about 5pm for pickup at 6pm. Upon arrival, this place was packed! All the tables were full up, and there were a significant amount of people waiting to be seated. You could barely even tell there's a global pandemic going on with the amount of people this close together. Brought our food back home, which keep in mind is only a 4 minute drive. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip, avocado spring rolls, Caesar salad with blackened salmon, a wild mushroom pizza and we received complimentary bread with olive oil as a dip. EVERYTHING was barely above room temperature. Only the spinach artichoke dip, which was probably the best thing we ordered, had some heat left to it. Seemed like they cooked our food when we placed the online order, rather than making it close to when we were going to pick it up. The complimentary bread was absolutely awful. It was so cold and hard that it was difficult to even chew; my jaw was sore after only one small piece. The salmon in the Caesar was severely overcooked and dry. The avocado spring rolls had nice flavor and crunch, but were oily. Lastly, the wild mushroom pizza was tasty but the temperature issues made the crust on the outside hard to chew. Flavors were overall good, but the temperature of our meal made our experience truly disappointing. Maybe things would be better if we dined in rather than takeout, but with those kind of crowds during a pandemic, I'll pass for now.

You can always count on good service and food here. The bread they bring out first is totally worth the calories. We love the avocado spring rolls for starters. I always order the Italian chopped salad but I get it sans Turkey. The salads are large so my husband and I split the small. We usually get a thin crust pizza and they will do any combination. There is something for everyone here. Including a fabulous butter cake dessert. Join their reward club and you’ll be eating your first free item quickly.

Food was delicious and service was fast. Got the Buffalo cauliflower which tasted great but for the quantity, it was not worth the price. The avocado foccacia and buffalo pizza hit the spot.

Went to CPK for my husband's birthday. It started out great. There was no line, a bunch of tables were open. Once we were seated the server came right over and acknowledged we were there. So far so good. When he brought our food over we were missing one dish. My daughter's pizza. He let us know that he would bring it out as soon as it was done. In the meantime we were still waiting for our drinks that we ordered the same time as our food. My 2 family members started eating, I waited for my daughter to get her pizza. 30 minutes later she got her pizza with a burnt crust and we had to remind the server that we didn't get our drinks. During our meal no one checked on us. Usually someone will stop by and ask if everything was OK. The manager and server kept brushing past us without a glance. It was hard to enjoy our dining when I had to keep looking to see when the pizza was coming out. I used to be a server and my husband is a cook so we know how hard the food industry is but we felt like we were forgotten. It wasn't a good night. This is sad, we decided to dine in because we had problems with our last take out order and the manager on duty at that time schooled me on what not to order for take out. I took his advice and we decided to dine in this time. We used to get excellent service before, not sure what happened.

Definitely very disappointed. We ordered 4 pizza's on Oct 6th and each crust was covered with white flour on the bottom of each pizza and that was very disgusting pizza's, each bite just tasted like flour. Usually my kids can eat a lot of pizza, but they definitely lost their appetite after eating 1 pizza slice. My husband and I was looking forward to enjoying a great dinner with our kids, after we had a long day at work. Knowing we had tried the frozen California pizza kitchen pizza's that we bought from in the stores before, we was so looking forward to trying some freshly made California Pizza Kitchen pizza's and definitely it was a bad experience and a waste of money. Each pizza had 6 pieces in each box and way smaller than Domino's medium pizza and it was the worst tasting pizza we had. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

We had a group of 9 people. Called ahead and made a reservation. Even though they were well understaffed we had our table within 15minutes of our booking. Food was really good and prices were on par with other restaurants. Kids had free soda refills. Had BBQ chicken pizza, Salmon, 5 cheeses pizza 🍕, the works pizza, kids Hawaiian pizza and some drinks. Service was slightly slow due to staffing issues but the all restaurants in Waikiki had this issue. Food was really good!! I would recommend them.

I’m only giving this place two, is definitely probably cause the guy was super nice. I order a Cream Chicken Alfredo- and it came super dry and when I asked to get more sauce, it took 15 minutes and my food was super dry and cold, I didn’t even get a re-fill on my drink either. This place is super under staffed, and that poor guy had so many tables to serve. For $28. This was the worst experience.

Recommend going elsewhere if you want to be treated right. Very bad experience. Went by myself to try something new, staff wanted to sit me at a tiny table crammed beside a very large very, loud family. I asked to sit outside instead and was asked to wait, so I waited, and waited even though seven tables were free. Played games because I didn’t want to sit where they wanted me.

Incredibly yummy pizza ever! I can still feel the tastiness of their house specialty pizza. Also love the way staff treat customers- like we are family and friends. Good food, great service. If Google allows me to give more stars, I would definitely give 10 right away!

I have been craving California Cobb salads for weeks now. My go to place is the Kailua CPK. I always order to go. Well tonight I was outdone with the quality of the salad. Often the fear is that the quality of your to go order is not up to the standard or portions one would get if they were dining at the restaurant. Such was not the case. There were more than adequate and balanced portions of the various ingredients that makes up a Cobb salad. Also, I was greeted by various staff members when I walked in. Smiles all around. Upon leaving, I heard “thank you, and see you next time.” I am a member of CPK rewards and I have the app. I had $5.00 off this order. That also made this experience worthwhile! So overall, an excellent to go experience! Well done Kailua CPK!
