    Fantastically staffed for their Red Cup day. They were absolutely prepared for the influx of cheap people trying to get their souvenir cups :) The pumpkin spiced latte was fantastic btw!!

    Don't go here at night on Fridays. The shift lead they have is awful, and doesn't uphold the basics of her company or position which is "make the moment right". I left with out my order in any such way after going there leaving with out my order, doing my own research for a solution, going back and presenting it to her and having her say with attitude that she could've. It's her job to come up with the solution and not give attitude. Especially as a lead. Days later and still upset with this disgrace to the company

    I came in and there was good seating. I was told ten minutes earlier and it was packed. Bright clean look...smaller after renovation...NO PLUG INS...so Starbucks has changed since COVID, they want you to order pickup and go...took out outlets too, this is for most Starbucks these days...it is what it is.

    Please can someone go over how to make certain drink here again? Location is great but every single time I get a drink here it tastes totally wrong. Specifically the brown sugar oat shaken espresso. I get it at the Haleiwa location and then here on the same day and it tastes like a completely different drink! In a bad way! I’ve gone in to the store after getting my drink at the drive through on two different occasions now asking them to add more oat milk but it didn’t fix it and of course they were not pleased when I asked them to fix my drink 🥲

    ‘Sorry, we’re out of..’ is what I hear now on average every other time I go here. Matcha. Caramel. Mocha. Pink Drink. Cookie Crumbles. Whipped Cream. Seriously, I’ve never had this experience with the dozens of other locations I’ve visited all over the country and internationally. I’ve had the occasional disappointment of not getting my sausage, egg and cheese wrap, which I understand. It’s a shame because they just completed interior renovations. I’m sorry, but a fresh, hip look doesn’t replace the fact that your inventory control is lacking and needs serious improvement. Perhaps putting more money towards your employees and ordering product would be better than converting half of your seating space into additional storage facilities that you fail to keep properly stocked. Today, after waiting a few minutes at the window after waiting several in a two car line, my grande mocha cookie crumble was handed to me half-melted and missing the whipped cream and mocha drizzle on top. The rep told me that they’d just ran out of whip and asked if that’s okay. I already paid. I appreciate you asking, bud, like really thanks, but if it’s not ‘okay’ what are you going to do?? What’s the sub for whip? Cold foam I guess. Stock shortages. Often 15+ minutes plus waiting with or without a long line. Hit or miss with pleasant servers. Wasn’t this way a year or two ago. Don’t know what happened. But something isn’t right and there’s no way I’m the only person to experience this. Would love to see improvement and update my review. I’m always open to adapting. *Disclaimer - I did take a couple sips before taking the photos. Drink was filled to proper level, minus the whip. I wanted to give benefit of the doubt about the melting but it definitely seemed I was sipping a latte and not a frappe.

    Very good Coffee Drinks and excellent service here. However, this store has several drawbacks: 1) interior is sparsely furnished, only 5 small tables available, but there's room for more, 2) Outdoor patio has room for tables, chairs and umbrellas, but there's nothing there, 3) NO RESTROOMS FOR CUSTOMERS!, 4) All outlets are completely blocked with steel plates. The interior is beautifully redecorated and looks inviting. The mornings are super busy with tons of customers ordering ahead, a d a very busy drive thru.

    Bad customer service, we ordered two beverages, both tasted bitter. On the Frappuccino we asked for no whipped cream but they added it any way. I requested if we could use the restroom, they said it’s not open to public. That sucked coz we didn’t just show up without ordering anything, we weren’t just “public” we were customers

    Girl at the drive thru was super nice! Aloha Spirit 🤍 After work treat at 6pm had no line which was awesome. Ordered on the app and my order was ready a few minutes later. Perfect!

    The place looked great, BUSY, still happy workers ... The only thing to note is that I mobile ordered and didn't hear my name and you don't see all the cups lined up, so I waited longer than I had to. Coffee was great!

    I really don’t like Starbucks on the islands they break Starbucks policy’s do what ever they please and have no idea who the founding fathers are all about in Starbucks and every one of the Starbucks on the island discriminate on the homeless when the founding fathers promote to give and charge phones if need be and sit in the stores not here they discriminate

    Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Terrible customer service, got my order wrong, did not have cream and sugar available unless you asked for it, refused us permission to use the restroom because homeless people might use it.

    My grilled chicken caesar salad was nice but it had a few missing ingredients based on what I get in Australia. The grilled chicken breast was a little dry. The service was efficient.

    This location is excellent with a very busy drive thru and phone in ahead orders. The problems this location are: (1) Music is loud; (2) Not enough tables; (3) very few outlet to plug your laptop; (4) We never saw anyone come out to clean/wipe tables and (5) We couldn't find any high chair(s). We wouldn't recommended having a meeting of more than three people. We don't think it would be able to accommodate more people.

    quick drive through line & such a cute little lid drawing from one of the baristas! as a former starbucks barista (264) i know how much connecting with the customers matters and they really know how to do it (i used to do this at my old store too so it was cute to be on the recieving end!!!) i hope their store manager takes the time to tell them how awesome theyre doing :)
