Extremely poor quality meat. The sliced brisket was so lean and very dry and chewy. The short ribs didn't come on the bone, which makes me question if it's even short rib. The garlic butter shrimp had no butter whatsoever, just shrimp with minced garlic on top. I asked what kind of steak the salt and pepper steak was, and the server just replied "beef." OK? I understand there may be a language barrier, but that's a pretty simple question a server should be able to answer. Additionally, the server kept filling the grease trap with water to the point where the grease/water mixture overflowed onto our feet and the floor underneath. Disgusting. No idea why they do that, and they didn't even apologize. They just said, "at least it wasn't hot oil." Save your hard-earned money and go somewhere else.

I've been visiting this restaurant for years, and since the pandemic, I can honestly say its lost its spark. On our most recent visits, we've experienced slow staff who don't bring the food to you in time, small portions - even with large parties, and a ridiculous one hour limit for an "All You Can Eat!" buffet. This will happen to us when its jam-packed busy, and in the middle of the afternoon when it's empty. I hope they return their practices to the way it was before because they're have wonderful meats and sauce, just bad protocols.

This place is so good! Most authentic Korean BBQ I've had yet. The waitresses were so awesome and took the time to come to our table and help cook food when our kids got too rowdy. Unlimited meats, sides, rice and it's also open 24 hours. Prices are reasonable at $17 for lunch and $25 for dinner.

Upon entering, needed to sign in. The owner came up to me to inform us the wait was 10-15 minutes, it was 20 minutes, so that was fine. It's always busy here, but the staff is always checking on us and the guys are pretty fast! All you can eat, so make sure you go hungry.. oh, and it's BYOB 🤙🏽

You can't beat all you can eat. But I guess there is a way to make customers eat less and charge a guarantee regardless of their subpar service. The fire was so weak. When inquired to the staff, the 'male' staff 'sassily' comment that it's because I am covering the grill and not letting air flow and that it's my fault for not knowing how to cook properly. I had to laugh. I asked him what the purpose of the air vents were which were on the side of the grill and he just stared and walked away. The weak fire was due to the build up gunk in the gas burner head which I picked up and shaked off for better use. Yet, the fire remained at a best 'warmer' and could hardly be claimed as a grill Also, the server kept bringing only a serving of one meat despite we were a party of four and asked multiple times that we are putting orders in for the four, but the return from the server was a comment that the kitchen is the culprit. We end up getting McDonald's after leaving the place after paying for an all you can eat and being charged a ridiculous surcharge for a party of four.

RIP off. We asked 4 times to see the menu and she got upset with us for not wanting the $16 all you can eat lunch. I can't eat that much and it's too expensive for a teacher on a budget who just wants a small meal.

Went to this place because of the reviews. Came at around 1:15 pm not very busy but there were only 2 servers working. Our server was an approachable lady at first but the way she thought was appropriate actually came across as very rude. She took the menu from us even when it was an all you can eat. She suggested something we didn't understand and told us to just do that??? And she took it away lol. She would come to replace the grill when we have a lot of meat cooking. And when we ordered beef, she just poured the plate in?????????????!!!!! Like why? We had other meat cooking.. I'm sure she's a nice lady but her customer service came off as very rude. Onto the food, meat was pretty good but the side dishes were limited. For some reason there were no lettuce available.

The quality of the meat was terrible, we noticed it the moment they brought it out. The “short ribs” weren’t on the bone and was so thinly sliced I had to question if it was even “short ribs”. The restaurant is also pretty dirty. It’s dusty all over, the walls, bathroom, floor were all pretty disgusting. My daughter touched the wall by the door and her fingers were literally black. Not worth the money in my opinion, the service however, was great. The waiter was nice and efficient.

This Kaneohe location is lit! I really enjoy coming here. They have an incredible wait staff, awesome food, and always had available seating with no wait. My favorite is the bbq chicken. Yessah blessah!

We had a nice dinner. We ate way too much food and the servers were attentive, good natured, and fun to interact with. I really was impressed that they changed our grill a few times during the meal so it would be easier to cook our meats. My only suggestion regarding this action is that they use a tray or dish to hold under the used tray while they take it away. My 72 year old sister slipped on the grease while getting out of her chair, she was not hurt thankfully. Overall it was a great dining experience.

Sikdorak 2 is a great spot for group gatherings because they have good affordable all-you-can-eat food options and it's BYOB! While it obviously is catered to those who eat meat, there are plenty of vegetables as well. I am a vegan and was able to tag along with my non-vegan friends while still being able to enjoy a great meal! I opted to have a stone pot bibimbop. This is a delicious combination of rice and vegetables served in a hot stone bowl. The staff was happy to leave out the egg that usually comes with this dish and even offered to use tofu in place of the meat. I also ordered a green onion salad with the house sauce on it that complemented my bibimbop perfectly! My friends were very satisfied with the endless amount of meat that they ordered and cooked right there on our table. Being able to cook and eat together makes for an awesome social environment and I'm sure we will visit Sikdorak 2 again soon!

The food here is very good. Did spend a little time waiting in between servings due to the restaurant being busy, and with the hour time limit, waiting hurts the experience. Feel like the service is geared for smaller parties, the less people you have the more you can get cooked and eaten and the more bang for your buck! You get some select sides in unlimited amounts included with the all-you-can-eat but they also offer more sides at a premium.

This place is filthy, greasy floors & chairs but the worst is the meat. Very poor quality. Spicy pork was half a plate of pure fat, the steak was chewy. Staff was sweet though. You're better off going to fast food down the street at tasty BBQ where the side dishes are fresh & delicious.

Went here for lunch with my partner and his family and it was great! My favorite choice was the bulgoki for sure. I also learned that I really enjoy kimchi and rice here lol. Our waiter was very lovely and attentive as well. It was about $20/person for lunch but we got quite a bit of food for it. You do have an hour limit, so do keep that in mind. My least favorites were the steak and chicken.

This place is heaven!!! The prices are so worth it since you can order as much as you want. Everything is delicious and the workers are so kind and helpful. It is a very nice place, and I liked the upbeat music. Make sure to go there hungry because you will leave extremely full. I hope I can come back here someday.

Great place but nothing is labeled gluten free so that was a bummer since everything is basically in a marinade but stuff that wasn't marinated could be cooked on a clean grill and that was okay for those that have gluten issues

Meats weren't bad but not a fan that we had to pay $25 for our one year old to eat. That's a bit much. But the serving staff is very friendly. Parking can be a bit crazy with how fast the parking lot fills up.

Kaneohe is always a beautiful place to visit when you're normally from the west side. This location comes with very fast and friendly staff. The grills are changed out quite frequently and their meats come out in good portions that will allow you to go through 3 to 4 rounds easily without being overwhelmed. My go to choices are: Honeycomb Garlic Porkbelly Brisket Beef tounge Pork jowl 주물럭 Steamed Egg has been a very welcomed addition also. Don't forget to order your side of miso paste and garlic. I like to drizzle sesame oil over all the garlic first to coat then grill them till they're golden brown. Pop some of that with each bite and you'll up your taste experience! Some things that's been a normal issue at other sikdorak locations have been the vents not working too well or the grill always going out. At Sikdorak 2, I have never experienced that.

Korean BBQ. It has a nice set up and a good selection of meats. The Bi Bim Bap was excellent and the Tofu Stew was okay. The sides are okay. A little on the sweet side for me including the kimchee.

For the 3rd week in a row, my family and I returned to this location. The first time, I gave it a 4/5 stars. The service was wonderful. 2nd week, service was mediocre. We kept having to ask for water, napkins and put up with a server that rarely made eye contact, spoke while walking away from us, and watched workers on their phones. This week, we thought we would give it another try. NEVER AGAIN. This week, we alked in as a party of 4 but asked to be seated as a party of two. They sat us next to one another, which was great. The service was horrible. They were not attentive whatsoever. Our server from week one was working and still as awesome as ever, but only came by to drop off a platter of meat. The other two guys serving weren't on it like him. At the end of our meal, we got our checks to find that an 18% gratuity had been charged to our bill (common for groups of 8 or more). In week one, we had 6 people(2 tables), week two 5 people (2 tables), week three (2 tables/2 separate parties). Each week prior, we were not charged the 18% gratuity. However, today, EVEN THOUGH WE WERE TWO PARTIES OF TWO, we were charged an 18% tip. Now here's the kicker! My cousin and I decide that we want to inquire about their tipping policy as the policy has changed slightly. Worker one begins to say that he isn't sure because he is new, but that because we wanted to sit at two tables, we are getting charged for a party of 8 or more. I then reminded him that when he asked us, I said there are 2 in each party. He chose to sit us next to one another. He said he wasn't sure but that he could talk to and send his manager over. The manager comes over and gives us a little but of the same response anf adds a comment about charging more for those that are bigger or need more space. This was uncalled for! We could have sat at a table altogether, but because we were paying separately and wanted to sit separately, we should have been charged separately! It should have nothing to do with how big we are! So rude. I will never go back there!
