Is this the kind of place that tempts me to get a burger at 10:30 am? Yes. Is it the new standard for "best burger I ever tasted?" I think so. Do I dream about the Volcano burger and wish they had Teddy's on the mainland so I could satisfy my craving? YES! Highly recommend. But be cautioned that it might ruin you for other burgers.

The burger was absolutely delicious, as Teddy’s always is. The price is a bit more expensive than your average fast food burger chain, but definitely worth it. The girl at the counter was especially friendly and helpful to our family who was dining in store. She checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were doing good. 10/10 service :)

Can a Burger be any bigger and Better? We stopped by to catch a quick meal and fell in love with our new go to burger place! The Kaneohe Burger was fresh and cooked as ordered to perfection. The fries were thick krispy and served hot off the fryer, no ketchup needed as they were seasoned well. Pics included, it was that good. Onoliscious!

Teddy's is my favorite burger on O'ahu. Super tasty. At this particular location, I only had a slight imperfection in my burger. The avocado was all on one side of the burger, which was a little weird. It also had too many brown spots. One or two small spots are ok, but this should have been trimmed. Still an amazing and tasty burger!

I couldn't have a beef burger because I was having gallbladder issues but the beyond burger was really good and juicy. I definitely recommend it. Also, you have to get a key to use most any public restrooms because of the homeless abusing the bathrooms. This restaurant did not have a restroom inside which is highly inconvenient.

Went with my wife and two older kids. We all had an assortment of the Hawaii style burgers. Basically for $15 the burgers weren't that great. They messed up the order, forgetting bacon on mine and cheese on another. The burgers were put together like you'd expect from McDonald's. They were a bit rich and overkilled on the special sauce. None of us felt like finishing the burgers.. But the fries and onion rings were very good! 3 stars

Teddy’s slogan claims they are ‘reinventing’ the burger chain, which is a bit bold considering they are offering a pretty standard formula of gourmet burgers, sides and shakes. Still, the burgers are good and the restaurant is a welcome addition to Kaneohe’s fast-casual food options. Definitely a safe choice when you crave a 2-handed burger and don’t want to fire up the grill at home.

I just ordered the ube shake and the onion rings and a Kaneohe Burger. Ube shake was delicious, the onion rings are amazing. I took a bite of the burger and it looked like it was cooked exactly the way I wanted it, medium rare. Then there was a funny bad taste in my mouth. So I looked inside...They made this delicious burger and put rotten black avocado on it. Way to go. I won't be back there for a long time now. Order number 7224779.

Great burgers and fries. I had the Kilauea fire burger and that had to have been one of the best barbecue sauces that i have ever had. Really spicy which was perfect. Went around 5:30 for an early dinner and it wasn’t too busy but I have seen it very busy at times. Great place to eat and one that I recommend highly.

We actually called to do a take out order and the Teddy's employee advised us that they no longer take phone orders. After answering the phone. I guess they're doing great to turn away customers. I found their location on Yelp but there isn't a link to their website to place any orders. Regardless, we'll take our business elsewheres.

Teddy’s Bigger Burgers excellent burgers, but what makes me come back is the chocolate shakes. If you are ono for a shake, find a Teddys Bigger Burgers near you. They have a huge variety of flavors. They make everything fresh, so there is a short wait of maybe 10 to 15 minutes. The only downfall with Teddys Bigger Burger is the price. It is so expensive, that most people can only order a burger or just a shake. My first time there I spent nearly $25.00, just for a burger and a shake.

Last week, I promised to remove my “1 star” review if things improved at the Kane’ohe location. (Original post last week was a Customer Service and food handling complaint.) Well, I was in town @ UH and tried to place an on line order to the Beretania Teddy’s, but the app was glitchy-1/2 a dozen attempts to order, it would fail after trying to review my order. I decided to cruise by, walk in and order...but the place was packed. So, on my home, I decided to try changing locations to Kane’ohe and after about 4 on line fails, it finally kicked in and I was able to order. My order was ready as promised at pick up time, I noticed there still seemed to be a bit of in store confusion between staff members and sorting out the orders. Which didn’t appear to affect my order, I hope. The burger, which was very rare, gets zero complaints, since my son likes it almost “mooing” however, I noticed the burger came in a paper bag, not the sturdy container. I hope this was due to some change over to paper or they ran out of the sturdy containers or that he didn’t receive a child’s combo burger?? This one seemed less messy, and more compact. I only recall ordering a child’s combo once a few years ago and it came in paper. The only comment my son made, was that the bun was very very cold (?) last few times mentioned the buns are different (?) but he said the meat tasted good, and it wasn’t cold. We look forward to next Saturday’s meal. I will give 5 stars, because the experience in store was drama free, but the glitchy on line ordering app needs to be checked into.

AMAZING BURGER! Fun place to grab a tastey lunch or dinner. The food was fresh, but quickly prepared. If you get your burger medium it is very medium. If you don't like pink meat err on the well done side.

We stopped here on our way to Kailua Beach Park and the burgers here tasted soo good! We also tried the Umami fries and loved it!

Burgers are pretty good. I didn't really care for the sauce it has a slight sweet quality to it. They are definitely using good ingredients, if it had been the standard mayo/mustard on the burger it'd be 5 stars. Worth checking out at least once. If you like their sauce you'll love it.

Small store that's big on flavor. Wish combi meals were a dollar or two cheaper. I'd go more often.

We got a double Waikiki burger and added avocado and pineapple ....and Kilauea sauce...FABULOUS! Simply, mind blowingly fabulous! We also ordered umami fries and a Crunch Berries shake. I wasn't expecting the mild peanut butter flavor in the shake, but it was really tasty. The counter lady was friendly and efficient. TEDDY'S is a great place to eat; I highly recommend it.

Pricy but delicious burgers, every burger here tastes delicious with their Teddy's burger sauce which seems to be teriyaki- based. Delicious and substantial. Small but clean dining area. Staff were super friendly such as stopping by to provide extra wet naps, checking if everything OK, etc.

I wanted to like this place, but after our meal yesterday we won’t be returning. We walked in and ordered take out about an hour and a half before closing. Food took 20-25 minutes, not great but it’s fine if the food comes to you fresh, which it did not. They clearly they did the fries first because they were soggy and cold by the time they gave us our whole order. They forgot bacon on both of our burgers, pretty ridiculous. The chicken “tenders” were barely bigger than your average boneless wings. Giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because the rest of our burgers were good (except for the missing bacon) and the meat was cooked to our requested temperatures. Very disappointing overall.

They make their burgers to order, pretty much with all the yummy toppings we all love that aren't good for us. Want mushrooms and Swiss..they got you covered. Want something more spicy with your savory...they got that too. I get mine hawaiian style, with Teri and pineapple. Top that off with garlic fries and you're in food heaven! Your cholesterol will NOT thank you later, but your taste buds will!

Wow it used to be big bigger biggest ..now its 1, 2 or 3 patties..was juicy and delicious... high quality Angus chuck Steak Burgers.!!! Yum!!

I ordered a meal with a large Coke through Uber eats. The coke didn’t get delivered. I called the Uber driver and he said the restaurant never gave it to him. Attention to detail is king these days! Update: I got in contact with them via email. The Uber driver was supposed to ask for the drink upon pickup.

Its Two Stars because there is no fish and chips and when my mom said chicken tenders they never gave us it and they gave us five things of garlic fries and three burgers that we never ordered.:/

Their Turkey Burger is super delish, they use a special sauce that makes it extra tasty. Pair with tater tots instead of fries and you're good to go!

there's always a kid working there that does basically nothing while working and you can tell they don't wanna be there. like tonight one kid was busting his butt doing everything while the other kid just look like he was stoned making shakes!

Whole order was completely wrong. Not 1 burger was as ordered. Cook burnt the all the hamburgers! Spent $100 for a family of 4 and was left completely disappointed. Will never go back to that location again!

I love Teddy's Bigger Burgers for its uniquely flavored bigger burgers that are out of this world. I particularly like the fish and chips which I order extra crispy along with beer batter onion rings. It's well worth the price. There is one problem though and its the manager who was ultimately the worst unprofessional person to have as a representative of your company. Upon requesting to redo my order with my receipt in hand and his rude and disrespectful bahavior was inappropriate and inacceptable in his delivery. He actually had the audacity to say that it wasn't my order and that he saw me take it out of the trash can outside. I couldn't believe he even said that in front of everyone standing there. He asked what my name was on the receipt which I gave him and I gave him my i.d. which he refused to verify my name. He said he was going to call the manager about it. First of all I thought he was the manager and then to be accused of such vial acts to get an order right was humiliating and insulting to say the least. To misrepresent the company through an employees lack of manners it tarnishes the reputation of their employers establishment. This would not be tolerated by any employer which warrants immediate termination for the liability that the employee puts at risk for the employer. Its not about the loss of food and money, its about the lack of work ethics this ill mannered person has with no regard to upholding professionalism with dignity integrity and mostly respect. No common courtesy was given or consideration. Just a young person given a title and using it to play God in his imaginary world. I pray this never happens to anyone else that goes to fix something you requested in the first place. Its something that was so unnecessary and uncalled for that I wanted to contact a lawyer for the humiliation and defamation of character he so easily gave without a moments notice that his rude and disrespectful behavior was coming at me. This is now my last time I'll ever eat there again. It was like going to hell and back. Unimaginable and epic. Good luck with your business. Choose your employees wise. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen! I'm not sure how to receive your reply. There's no indication of any resolve in the matter. Please let me know how your going to handle this situation. Thank you!

Tried to order online several times and it rarely works. Quality isn’t consistent and when I was there recently they had different music playing in the open kitchen from in the dining area and it was really annoying.
