always
had
great
sandwiches
&
I
was
super
excited
to
order
a
platter
for
a
party
I
was
throwing!
It's
just
a
shame
their
customer
service
doesn't
match
up.
I
called
on
Wednesday
to
discuss
the
platter
options
&
was
told
they
offer
15
piece
or
30
piece
trays,
the
pieces
being
HALF
the
size
of
a
regular
sandwich.
Thinking
I
would
be
receiving
HALF
sandwiches,
the
15
piece
tray
sounded
like
the
perfect
amount.
I
was
quite
disappointed
to
realize
after
picking
up
that
they
were
very
clearly
cut
in
THIRDS,
and
arranged
very
sadly
on
a
large
tray
with
a
completely
empty
center.
When
I
called
to
very
calmly
&
politely
discuss
my
disappointment
with
the
manager,
Chris,
I
was
told
they
have
always
cut
the
sandwiches
in
thirds
and
that
due
to
numerous
new
hires
I
was
given
the
WRONG
information
earlier
in
the
week.
Now
I
was
completely
understanding
of
this--
I
have
worked
in
fast
food
&
customer
service
for
years
&
know
new
employees
make
mistakes,
I
totally
get
it!
That's
when
Chris
became
rude.
He
asked
condescendingly
asked
"well
what
would
you
have
done
differently
if
you
knew
they
would
have
been
cut
in
thirds?".
I
said
"Well
I
would
have
ordered
more
food!
I
have
much
less
than
I
was
expecting
for
this
party."
I
asked
if
there
was
anyway
I
could
be
provided
a
few
extra
sandwiches
to
rectify
the
situation,
and
was
told
I
would
have
to
pay
full
price
for
their
mistake.
Then
Chris
hung
up
on
me.
I
was
completely
calm
&
simply
wanted
to
provide
my
feedback
about
how
being
given
incorrect
info
left
me
short
on
food
for
this
party.
Clearly
they
don't
care
about
customer
service.
I
will
be
taking
my
business
elsewhere
moving
forward--
what
a
disappointment!
