Just as a remember. This is a beautiful location in the new building. The service was excellent. Taste just as good as any Raising Cane’s that I have ever been to. The best part is it’s located in Hawaii. On my first visit I tried the BOX with a large sweet tea. Definitely will be going back.

Came here after being served an almost inedible meal at Germaine’s Luau and LOVED the chicken tenders!! The best tenders I’ve ever had at a QSR. Loved the Cane Sauce and Texas Toast.

While visiting UofH for a campus tour we stumbled upon this gem. Parking is on top of the establishment which includes other eateries and it seemed like a faiy new location. Service was excellent, chicken was fresh and the tea was sweet! The team did not miss a beat. We are from Texas and it's my son's absolute fave place to eat! I hit the best mom jackpot and Raising Cane's made the educational part of our vacation well worth it.

Absolutely a fan of Canes!! Love their tenders and toast! However, what I don’t appreciate is the size of the tenders. The tenders they advertise are significantly smaller than what’s actually given! If that’s the case, then please give another tender! Your prices aren’t cheap & there is no stamp card system as well! Again, Please stop ripping off your loyal customers & give extra tenders if they’re going to be significantly smaller than what’s advertised!

Raising Cane's is freaking great! If you haven't tried it, do yourself a favor. The menu is simple, as are their recipes. Not receiving food thrown in a bag that had been sitting under a heating lamp and possibly refried fries makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE! I'm Talking about Not having your food's freshness be a coin toss. (Ahem, jitb) The service is quick, the place is clean, even though they usually have at least 10 customers or groups each time I've been in. I could rave about the entire plate AND beverage, but I'm going to end here and urge you to go treat yourself now!

My daughter recommended that we eat here!!😍 Bc it's close to the University.. UH at Manoa. The food was good! Yummy. The food was served HOT and the service was awesome!! We didn't have to wait at all!!. And they were super NICE!!❤️✅😊 We had the three finger combo w fries and sweet tea!! The sauce was quite yummy. And they had ketchup.. Not a lot of veggies tho....Unless you count 🍟 fries! Lol.. Hahaha.. ooh.. Didn't notice the Cole slaw.. Yummm Parking: there is a parking structure. Use the stalls that day Retail. You can go down to the bottom floor and find the Raising cane's restaurant. Bathroom: it has a bathroom. It says code . But just push the door open. That's what we were told!! And, it worked. Pretty nice. Single bathroom stall. Clean.

Over priced/ Too pricey and they give 3 mini chicken strips, I get bigger size in Tx. For 3 dollar less order. Taste okay, but I can make better than that.

1st time trying out Canes. Not worth the price. The chicken fingers were not coated well so had dry spots so it wasn't moist and juicy. The coating also kept falling off. Oh and they were all stubby pieces. The fries weren't seasoned and were over cooked. The Texas toast was tiny. (Compared to what I've seen in so called hacks to make a sandwich by cutting it in half) The slaw was ok. I guess it's all about the sauce that's where all the flavor was at. For a 6pc meal almost $17. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

The chicken fingers are piping hot and tender. I liked the lemonade and added some iced tea which was very refreshing. The menu is very simple as it's basically chicken tenders and French fries. Other meals can come with Texas Toast or on a bun in sandwich form. They're good at what they make and while there is a wait during peak lunch time, they make everything fresh and quick.

Came here on a Sunday. Thank goodness this place was open till 11 cause lots of places close early. We came like at 10:30 but they said we couldn’t eat inside. So we just took it to our hotel to eat. Also you do need to pay for a bag if you want one. Love raising canes.

I’m a Cane’s fanatic. I spent 12 years in Louisiana (the birthplace of Cane’s) and have come to LOVE the food. Each time I’m in Waikiki, I have to stop by this location and the other one. Service is fast and of course the food is great also. I could be partial because I don’t have access to Cane’s on the west coast. Let me give you a little secret, try the toast with butter on both sides (bob)… it will bless you in a good way. lol

  • 5/5 Nathan C. 2 years ago on Google
Bread that comes with combo needs more butter. Breaded Chicken is pretty good.

Raising Cane’s in the Islands?!? Yessir!!! Get your fix of One Love in Honolulu. THE BEST chicken tenders out there! If you haven’t been yet, you are missing out! Fresh Lemonade is delicious.

  • 5/5 Mandy K. 2 years ago on Google
First time trying Cane’s and it was just what you’d want in your chicken tenders and sauce. The flavors were good and satisfying. I enjoyed the toasted bread that they give as well. Wish there was one close to home!

Raising Cane's? More like Raising Prices! Went to lunch today to find the Caniac Combo is now over $17! $17 for 6 chicken fingers, 1 piece of toast, fries, and a tiny coleslaw. The chicken was rubbery. They were out of hot sauce. If you want a bag to carry your food, that costs extra. Very dissatisfying experience.

(Translated by Google) Today, I took out lunch at rc for the first time in a long time, but I was waiting for an order in the store, but another unknown young man mistakenly took our order, and the clerk did not notice it and we I didn't apologize. I'm sure there is no education for the clerk, this shop. I had to wait for an order from Extra in the worst mood.

Chicken is fantastic, but like most places, locals can't make sweet tea. It's not difficult. Brew. Sweeten. COOL TO ROOM TEMP AND THEN STICK IN COLD STORAGE. Also, don't leave the teabags in for an hour.

It always makes me laugh when people go to Raising Cane's and act shocked about the menu that consists of 4 different food items. Didn't think that looking up menus online was difficult. Anyway, Cane's specializes in chicken tenders, fries, slaw, and texas toast and they do it well. Very consistent, tasty food. The sauce is delicious too.

  • 5/5 Blair R. 2 years ago on Google
Ala Moana food court has stepped up their dining experience in getting a Raising Cane’s restaurant. The chicken is always piping hot when you get it as it is cooked to order versus sitting under warming lamps and getting dry. The dipping sauce is not only good on the chicken but also for the French fries and the Texas toast that comes with the meal. Although some people are not a fan of coleslaw, Raising Cane’s has one of the better ones on the market. There sweat tea is one of the best and I dare say better than Popeyes (you can also get this in a one-gallon to go option).

I’ve never had so many issues ordering food like I have at this specific canes. They gave me my order with no texas toast a few times and they didnt give me the right drinks other times. Taking advantage of paying customers that have no choice but to order delivery.

  • 5/5 Stephanie G. 1 year ago on Google
The chicken is tender and the bread is so soft and delicious. What a great combo with the canes sauce. Cannot go wrong with this at all.

I've never had raising canes before but oh my gosh, was it life changing. The sauce? Jesus bro. Super good food and pretty good parking!

This place is so good favorite fast food ever. I would not even consider this fast food. Canes sauce is amazing and the Texas toast is phenomenal.

Food was amazing as always! Service is great! Horrible location. You have to park about 1-2 blocks down the street.

  • 1/5 Irene C. 1 year ago on Google
If you're a tourist don't even bother. Your order won't be made on time 💀 they'll go ahead and let others infront of you regardless of the time you were in line- other orders will be made and served before yours. I came with a 2 other girls and my friend got her food first myself and my other friend didnt get our food until 15mins later and their reason was because they had another job when and while they were doing nothing but standing along the cash register.

Really disappointed. Really a big fan of canes, and with this location too because of how close it is. Put in an online order for pickup, picked it up, brought it home and my half lemonade half tea was just half lemonade! Really disappointed about that, so when I went to call no one picked up. No other option to report it either without having to go back.

This place is popular with college and UH sports fans. If you like fried chicken, you'll be loving it there. The prices are pretty decent by today's inflation standards. Get the Cane card for occasional free meals/offers. It can get noisy in there due to music and zero sound proofing. Also you can mix up the meals, hate fries but love toast? Swap it!

  • 4/5 Jimmy F. 4 months ago on Google
First time eating their food and it was great. Chicken fingers were tasty, and fries were crispy. Sauces were very good as well, so it lives up to the hype. The problem is parking at this location. The structure had a broken ticket dispenser, which was great, but the spaces are terribly small and limited as many were reserved, reserved for tenants, or electric cars only. So food and service were good, but location is poor unless you are a nearby UH student coming from campus.

Parking is really hard to find. I ordered and the cashier wasn’t friendly upon approach. They forgot to bag my chicken sandwich from my order. Called for a refund over the phone and their “new system” wouldn’t allow them to do that. I had to drive back over 30 minutes to get the situation rectified. I didn’t have my receipt so I wasn’t able to get a refund for the sandwich. I was offered a free combo and sandwich combo. I really like canes and am willing to drive far for their chicken tenders, but this experience was not worth it!

Above average for a fast food place, but really inaccurate/disorganized, even when it's not crowded. Why do you ask for a name and whether it's eat in or takeout when half the time you're not going to get it right? It's surprising how chaotic it is when there's basically only one item on the menu. Order accuracy depends on which day you come in because the workers rotate positions. They don't wear nametags but the female employees here are the good ones. Every single time one of the two men was working the register or calling names, my order was incorrect. Every other time, it was correct. Basically, if you see a guy working the register here, you came at the wrong time and should turn back.

Flew from Canada to eat here (not really). Was hyped to finally try Raising Cane's, and it did not disappoint. Felt like KFC should have been all along. Everything was great. Just buy more sauce.

2023: R-Cane’s has settled into the neighborhood. Nice late night snak place…grab a single tender to go or a tasty Texas style sweet tea. 2019: When R-Cane’s opened near our home it was crazy…the crowds and that the neighborhood smelled of fried chicken 🍗 for most of the day (made me hungry and drove my veggie family crazy).

Friendly staff, was crowded with a lot of people waiting for their orders however it moved quickly. Hearty portions 1 got the 4 piece combo box. Everything was tasty, chicken fingers, french fries, Texas toast and coleslaw. Fresh, hot and delicious. Thank you!

This place is pretty overrated in my opinion. I would rather eat Perdue Chicken Tenders. Granted, it's still pretty good since it's fast food, but the main issue I have is that the condensation when ordering take out ruins the fries.

  • 3/5 Ashlyn R. 3 years ago on Google
Cons:The fries was kinda soggy. Pros: The cane's sauce was good. The chicken was good. This was my first time here. It wasn't terrible. But I probably wont go back.

Nearly no parking. Veterans Day on the door, but no special. Cashier welcomes me at the door but won't take my order and has me go to another cashier. Small portions, but I was hungry and according to apps this franchise is slightly healthier.
