I've
been
to
thousands
of
restaurants
in
over
forty
countries
including
Michelin
star
rated
restaurants
but
my
experience
at
the
Vintage
Cave
Club
has
been
the
most
impressive
of
my
life.
Our
server,
Jason,
greeted
us
at
the
restaurant
entrance
and
took
us
to
our
table
in
the
Ruby
Room
which
I
later
learned
was
the
same
table
that
President
Obama
and
the
First
Lady
used
twice
during
their
visits
to
the
club.
Our
visit
lasted
just
over
4
hours
which
included
an
11
course
meal
with
a
bottle
of
merlot
from
the
owner
Mr.
Sekiguchi,
presented
by
Randy,
the
bartender,
just
before
the
main
courses.
Each
course
was
described
in
fine
detail
by
our
server
during
presentation
and
we
were
given
personalized
menus
at
the
end
of
our
meal
to
take
home.
The
general
manager,
Mr.
Hirano,
checked
on
us
several
times
throughout
the
meal
and
even
cared
for
my
jacket
when
I
removed
it
about
halfway
through
dinner.
The
last
hour
was
spent
finishing
our
bottle
of
wine
while
our
server
took
us
around
the
restaurant
and
explained
the
many
pieces
of
art
and
different
rooms
in
the
restaurant
including
the
Diamond
Room,
Amethyst
Room,
private
wine
lockers,
retail
wine
store,
private
sushi
bar,
and
private
dining
room.
Vintage
Cave
Club
is
now
open
to
the
public
with
an
optional
membership.
$5,000
membership
functions
as
a
full
$5,000
credit
to
your
account
and
offers
many
privileges
such
as
30%
off
all
liquor
and
your
own
climate
controlled
wine
locker
that
can
store
up
to
a
dozen
bottles.
I
can't
wait
to
return
to
experience
the
20+
course
Sushi
Kaiseki
but
it
is
limited
to
only
6
people
per
night
and
it's
totally
booked
for
the
entire
month
of
July
2018.
I'll
try
to
go
in
August
2018.
Very
strongly
recommended!
