Big supermarket selling fruits, cleaning items snacks, drinks etc . NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS of any kind. Everything else they have and with different prices, quality and brands. It is also usually cheaper than any other place in kuala besut If you are a tourist. They have a broad range of opening hours too. Usually the only option late night.

Selling food, groceries, apparels , household item and lots more. It has been serving the Besut community for many years. The parking is spacious and location wise, it is near the main road and there will always be a space for parking your car. The pricing of items is reasonable and service is fast.

Please improve some of your staff’s (especially cashier) attitude. This happened on a Sunday night earlier this month. There were long long lines queuing for all counters which we tried our best to understand that that one particular staff was exhausted. After finished paying for our stuff, we wanted to claim a free gift for an item that we’ve purchased which we had to go get it from a different counter. We saw her scanning for another customer & we interrupted her nicely to let her know that we wanted to claim the free gift. She said “kejap eh tangan kak ada dua jah”. It was unnecessary but we let it slide since it was our fault for not waiting for her to finish scanning first. Then, she picked the free item to put it in a plastic bag but we kind of stopped her & wanted to check if there was another design for that (this occurred less than 5 secs as we changed our mind & just proceeded with the one she already had in her hand because the design were all the same). She gave us the side eye with the dirtiest look ever on her face which we thought was very rude. We thanked her and left. We really wouldn’t mind if she acted that way if we were rude to her first. We wanted to say something straight to her face that night but we didn’t want to cause a scene & we really tried our best to understand her situation. We hoped this wouldn’t happen to other customers & the staff could improve her attitude.

Affordable item to shop before going to Perhentian Island

This supermarket have all basic item. Cloth, foods, drinks, hygiene product and drugs. But, its still need improvement. Need put label for every lane though. Its very cofusing for newcomer..

Good place for shopping....the only one big shopping centre at kuala besut....
