Bunch of clueless people running around with no coordination at all. Had to call multiple people to get an update on the status. There is no professionalism in handling matters. Parts are not even fitted properly. Don't be fooled by the Google reviews. They ask everyone who visits the showroom to rate them on Google. So it's more or less manipulated. I myself gave 5 star earlier before the work was done and now updating it after my experience. Pathetic.

Such a pathetic customer service by this showroom. Disgrace to the wolkswagen community. Service advisors are very unskilled and impolite to customers. Even thought of selling the car so that i don't have to visit this showroom. I mean guys look at all the bad reviews. Still the showroom is talking any responsible actions. I'm not blaming wolkswagen I'm blaming this perticular showroom. Wolkswagen has always been a pleasure untill I started visiting this showroom.

I never had such a bad experience of service in my life. Didn't fix the complaint which I have raised. So pathetic. The staff were so irresponsible. Please at least consider the concerns of customers and maintain the quality of the brand. Please value the time of the customer.

Went to Palakkad service center for fixing a small problem. Staff behaviour was very nice and they fix the problem very fast and within 10 minutes they handed over the car back. Really good & fast. Appreciate their handling.

Had an issue with VW Polo coil spring mount... Had contacted them in evening the previous day to get appointment fixed, even though there were many bookings before us and since we had travelled from Bangalore and still had a lot of travelling to do, Riyaaz from CSR team understood the concern and got the parts replaced on priority. We were also served with tastey lunch and refreshing beverages which we never expected. Also a big shout out to service advisor Rajeshkumar to check our car for any other critical issues.
