We love this lake. Lots of family and friends fun. Boating, fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing and relaxing. Family fun for all ages, from 1 to 99 years old!!! There is even a small plane that's land on the lake at least once a week. Lots of wild like. Over 7 species of fish: Large mouth bass, white bass, crapy, sunfish, carp, pickarell, Yellow perch, catfish. During the Winter you can ice skate and also cross country ski.

My go to place for Peace โœŒ๏ธ Love the beautiful views ๐Ÿž and water sounds ๐ŸŒŠ, wildlife ๐Ÿฆ† and more. Been coming here for 35+ yrs and many good Memories with Family, etc. There's walking trails๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ for everyone to enjoy including our fur babies ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿฆฎ๐Ÿ•โ€๐Ÿฆบ๐Ÿˆ. Also picnic tables ๐Ÿงบ to enjoy a meal along with the view. And benches to relax on. There's dumpsters and garbage cans ๐Ÿšฎ to keep the area clean. And several porta poties ๐Ÿšปโ™ฟ๏ธ which is a plus to have.

Impressive lake ๐Ÿ‘. โ›ต Boating and kayaking allowed. No swimming ๐Ÿฅฝ. The lake is used as drinking ๐Ÿšฐ water ๐Ÿ’ฆ. You even have to make sure your boat โ›ต has nothing on the bottom to prevent invasive species getting into the water. Trails connect to the lake. Parking ๐Ÿ…ฟ๏ธ lot available. Nice views.

I went there in the winter when it was frozen. The snow was free and there was plenty of it. It was a bit bland and had no seasoning.

Beautiful lake in Manchester (also the drinking water source for the city). There is a pretty big parking lot, some picnic tables and benches along the lake. There's also a lot of tall trees, so there were some people hammocking. Lovely well maintained flat trail around the lake. No swimming is allowed, but boating is allowed. Feeding animals is also not allowed. Would recommend coming here for picnicking and getting some fresh air.

Just a beautiful lake, park, picnic and beach area (but no swimming that I'm aware of). Rail trail on one side, bikes allowed. Forest trails on the other side, with great views of the lake at the end (no bikes allowed on that side - NH Audubon Massabesic Center trails), but you can night hike there, which was very fun. We went to the Audubon trails at night and got these shots with night mode on my Samsung s20.

I really enjoyed this location. I did pass a few people along the way, but not too many. I'm from Massachusetts and I'm glad I took the time to visit this lake after getting a Black Friday deal. Found it on the app AllTrails. The lake is very quiet, not populated much and the beaches around it are uniquely rocky. The hike I took was about 2 miles and was flat the entire way. I highly recommend this beautiful place!

Fish are few and far betweenโ€ฆBut not so much when it comes to the boulders littering the lake, which many will say is to be expected being in the granite state, except the state does an absolutely awful job at marking them. Also canโ€™t swim in the lake, landing is extremely shallow (2-4ft) for the first 50 yards. Fine for kayaking but if you have an outboard, beware.

Beautiful lake. Just don't understand why you can't swim but can have combustion engines. Too bad. Nice area for easy walking and lake views.

A special place to walk sit or Mountain bike. Great trails and ample parking to kayak or take out your small boat or canoe! Take the dogs and hit the trails. Bring your camera.

Plenty of parking. Bathroom is portable. Many picnic tables and areas to fish. I did not see a playground.

Views. Relaxing hikes. Peaceful. And a Great Blue Heron called 'Phil'. (Because to call him 'Bill' would be ridiculous.)

We live close by to Masabessic Lake and love going there often using the Rockingham trail. Nice, quiet place, amazing view ๐Ÿ‘Œ Good place to exercise, set the picnic, and just sit there on the bench and watch ducks abd ducklings on the water.

Google Maps took us to the wrong place. After finding the parking lot, we walk around the lake and realize this is not for tourist views but just for recreation of local folks.

This lake has improved over the years. The only issue is that people need to respect the Beach, the safety of the children and STOP with the broken glass. Throw your glass away or just donโ€™t bring it to the lake! No one wants to worry about something that is this avoidable.

Good place to chill & relax. Small parking space so not crowd friendly.
