They don't deliver anything, but give random updates on their tracker, like customer refused the package. If the parcel doesn't even show up, how can it be refused? This branch of dtdc should be shut down

I have repeatedly faced problems with my parcels. They don't pick up a single call Even now one parcel is showing out for delivery for the past 3 days yet it is not been delivered. They are rescheduling it again and again. This attitude is unacceptable. Worst branch till date.

Average as sometimes they did not come for delivery but at the end of the day they will put some false status like door locked, address wrong, etc and sometimes they do delivery on time.

Worst service as they did not came to deliver the parcel and status they have shown is door locked. I don't know whether iam going to get my parcel or not. And both the numbers shown here are not contactable.

Very rude behaviour and lazy staff. There's some lady executive who's very unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk. There was some urgent parcel of mine which was suppose to reach two days back. I called her to ask about it and she said aaj din tak wait karo, raat Tak wait karo, kal wait Karo and she laughed and said aa jayega kabhi na kabhi. It this some kind of joke?

Worst location ever. They should close their service. DTDC should take action on them. They are playing with people’s important consignments. Extremely disappointed.

K45751587. this parcel not delivered by this branch for 5 days. After 5 days I, the sender have to pickup this and deliver to my receiver. They don't have any responsibility. A guy name SOURAV TALUKDAR employee of lake view DTDC, is the main person for whome the harassment happened between sender and receiver. He straightly said he has lots of work pending, and unable to deliver on time. So if I want I can complain on higher authority , or consumer forum. Why u people keep this irresponsible person in job.. See ur others Google reviews. Every customer is disappointed only for this person. be awar from this branch and branch manager. They think the customer responsibility is to take from their counter. If there is any internal technical issue they should notify the sender, receiver, or sending franchise. But no, they just kept the file and give the 1000 excuse.

Disgusting service.. Couldn't even thought this can happen with DTDC too, i never usually faced a problem with dtdc, but lake view couldn't find my parcel, they misplaced it.. I called the branch cmo saurav like 100 times, sometimes he didn't receive it, and when he received he gave excuses. Even it comes to this i WhatsApped him my problem, he never took any action from their side, and my parcel vanished without any trace.. Worst experience ever

Very poor service. As per the link, I was supposed to receive my order 3 days ago and I haven’t received my order since then. On clicking the link, I find an update ‘door was closed’, whereas there’s always someone at home. This isn’t the first time I’m facing this issue. Terrible service. Please never rely on DTDC Kolkata for nay delivery or pick up service.

The number is invalid and the customer service doesn’t respond. Moreover the delivery person doesn’t even call if they don’t find someone at home. DTDC please provide a better service.

This place does not exist at all.. there is no such franchise as dtdc here. I travelled all the way from South for self collecting a parcel to find two buildings with no outlet here..please do not come here if you are searching this place.. there is a place of lake view near tollygunj phari which is the correct place to this search name. please delete this existence on Google map.

No way to contact them, phones don't connect. Very very poor service. They failed my delivery w/o even trying to reach me out properly. I do not know what would become of my parcel now, but in future will opt out of DTDC for same reason.

They already received my parcel not delivering it to my address . So unprofessionalism. For what you’re getting paid ? No proper customer care number . The number which they mentioned always says busy . We pay for the stuff how could to do this to a customer. .?

worst services ever. parcel received 7days ago but still no response their side to deliver in office. no contact number or if we get a number from website it's not working. you have to go yourself to their hub then may be they handover so why we paid a transporter when we need to do the all by yourself. worst branch ever.

Too bad service could not deliver critical orders in time. Sometime they will not attempt even after 2-3 days after showing out for delivery.

Worst service , most third class branch , always hold products for long time without any reason and at the same time the delivery persons are telling lie.

Neither they provide phone no of delivery oy nor they receive the office no. Without attempting to deliver, it shows delivery adress insufficient. Very poor service.

DTDC Bust service booking fast service but they don't deliver courier to commitment time also they alway give wrong numbers

They haven't called, haven't arrived and checked the address and they have written that the receiver is not available when i was waiting all day for the parcel to arrive. There number doens't work, they didn't provide any proper contact details. Pathetic

Pathetic service, you will not receive until you complain or escalate to DTDC. It happened for two times.. I will definitely not send anything with DTDC next time..

In India, courier services do not work as professionally as they should. The DTDC also falls under the same umbrella. It is impossible to reach them by phone. Although all courier services are private, their work is slower than government banks or like a A. K. Hangal in Sholay. Send your parcel by pigeon instead.

Pathetic service. Always create problems when deliver products, last time when one of my parcel was coming through dtdc they said you have to pick it from hub and when I denied for the same they delivered it after 1 week after complaining and shooting mail. Again today I was supposed to receive a parcel from them and it was a premium service, since morning the status was out for delivery and now received a message not delivered incorrect address. Such poor quality service. Pathetic

This is where all product carrying trucks used to come. Physical courier centre isn't placed here.

Delivery Staffs are very cooperative but the franchaisee owner is very rude and unprofessional as he dont know how to behave with customer

Very worst experience in my life with dtdc courier because my package was came 10 days ago but no excutive were delivered my parcel and lastly i have gone to the office and with ourselves find my parcel from their office.
