I’ve
going
to
OT/Main
St
for
about
4
months,
I
was
6
months
postpartum
when
I
joined
and
had
been
inactive
for
2
years
after
completing
a
graduate
school
program,
a
7
years
old
and
a
full-time
job.
I
felt
hopeless
-
I
had
hit
a
wall
in
terms
of
losing
the
30
pounds
extra.
I
could
not
even
jog
anymore,
fast-forward
I
have
not
only
lost
about
20
lb.,
but
also,
I’ve
gotten
so
much
stronger
at
running,
jogging,
and
weight
training.
However,
OT
is
good
for
general
health
and
fitness
with
a
mix
of
cardio
&
with
weight
training
enough
to
maintain
muscle
mass.
Also,
great
for
coordination
&
balance
(not
favorite
exercises).
But
it’s
not
ideal
if
you
want
to
build
substantial
muscle
mass.
Which
it’s
my
problem
–
I
do
want
heavy
weights
but
hoping
to
stay
to
see
what
more
results
I
can
achieve
at
OT.
But
here
is
my
main
problem
with
this
studio,
in
the
begging
it
seems
like
a
dream
(atmosphere)
but
not
so
lately.
Policies
have
changed
–
no
more
lending
heart
monitors
without
extra
cost,
reduced
the
strength
class
sizes
to
12
people
(most
times
difficult
to
find
spots)
&
want
to
collect
cancelation
fees
more
aggressively
-
those
three
things
where
what
made
this
studio
a
DREAM!
For
example,
yesterday
studio
manager
“warned”
a
bit
poker
face
me
about
paying
the
fee
moving
forward
for
cancelations
when
there’s
inclement
weather.
Sorry,
but
I
have
2
kids
(11-month-old,
&
7
years
old)
that
get
sick
very
frequently
moreover
now
during
the
flu
seasons,
a
full-time
job
&
have
no
time
to
lose,
when
I
book,
I
show
up
BUT
I
do
cancel
when
my
children
are
sick,
I'm
sick
or
there's
bad
weather,
and
don’t
feel
FAIR
paying
anything
extra.
Sorry
but
not
a
good
policy
or
sustainable
for
members
that
go
3+/week.
That
being
said
–
I
really
appreciate
Jen’s
bubbly
personality
&
Guy
receptiveness
&
kindness,
&
Greg
&
Georgia's
classes
never
disappoint!
Overall
it’s
a
great
studio.
