Should be renamed firey nutcracker. It is a very cool ride to both be in and watch, but not if you are a male planning to become a parent.

Phantasialand is overall a good theme park. BUT! They lack guidance inside the park. We got lost many times and couldn't find our way to the rides. Even the app shows allegedly entrances to attractions, and when we arrive, we realize those are the rides exits and had to walk to the other side of the ride to get to its entrance. I suggest they add more screens around the park to show directions to rides as well as waiting times (they have a very few). We came on a Monday, which was great since the waiting time in almost all rides was up to 20 minutes. However, all the big rides have a very, and I mean very, long walking distance from where the entrance is declared to where the ride actually is. I can not imagine how people are standing in these huge lines when the park is in full capacity or in pick seasons. Another thing that bothered me is that one of the best rides is closed. Also, many other rides had to close temporarily and opened later on during the day. The popular rides that did function were really great. I mostly liked Taron and F.L.Y. I am not sure this park is worth the 60€ price, but overall it is a good park.

Personally I liked the combinations, for adults there are plenty machines which were cool and also terrifying. Since we visited it in December it was not crowded but I can assume in summer and better weather it will be full and longer queue. Additionally the theme was awesome. Overall I liked it, also try to go on your birthday then you will enter with no charge :) have fun.

An amazing theme park and one made even better by not having to queue for any rides at all (even on a Sunday). The food wasn’t too bad, either. I expected it to be much more expensive.

It's a great park with amazing rides. It has enough to do for thrill seekers as well as small kids. Some rides really impressed us. There's baby switch service which is great for families with young kids. Just ask for it at the exit. Also, there are lots of shows! Too much to see it all in one day, but I highly recommend to pick one. But good to know for those that use wheelchairs or can't walk much: This park loves, LOVES stairs. It's a pain to get to rides as there's a lot of stairs involved. Almost anywhere. Not only as access to rides, but also to get to parts of the park. It's a small park and not like the Efteling where things are more spread out and you barely need to walk stairs. There's also barely any staff outside and you never see them at the entrance. So, it's impossible to figure out how to access with a wheelchair or ask for alternatives to avoid stairs (not sure there are alternatives at all). The map is chaotic and unclear as well. It's not a map of a flat overview like Efteling, Universal Studios and Disney do. Which are the best ones as the rides stand out and roads are more visible. Especially when you are in a wheelchair, you can't even see where the stairs are. Everything looks accessible but it sure isn't! Also, there's no clarification of the ride. You only see the names and a short description on the map. But not at the entrance of rides. And with no staff around, it's hard to tell what it is. So, a great park ride wise. But for other details they could learn from other theme parks. You have to book tickets in advance. There's no sale on location. Parking costs €9.

The decorations and installations where really detailed and amazing. It was like walking through a fantasy tale, but on the other hand the actual roller coasters were not that worth it. I was hoping for them to be stronger or quicker but I was a bit disappointed, with the new one ‘fly’.

The rides are amazing, the food outlets serve several cuisine and finger food. All of them are delicious. Not to forget the inhouse beer houses- beer flows in big glasses worthy for a look for sure. The adventure park has the best rides for both kids and adults. The fauna is very well maintained and themed. A perfect adventure + leisure place for the whole family. Must visit in Europe. You can reach very conveniently from public transportation

Phantasialand is a great amusement park with rides and activities for all ages. Visited during December and all rides were open with barely any waiting times. There’s lots of thrill rides and it’s an easy way to spend all day here. Definitely recommended to visit

The park it's awesome. Decors, activities, food, everything. But by the number of people I saw in a Thursday I think it's much better to visit it from Monday to Friday because I think in weekend it should be full. I had a great day. It's a marvelous place for adults as well as for kids. There are so many places were you can sit unlike other parks were when waiting for someone it has to be more standing then sitting, there are also enough places for smoking. Tables, benches and other sitting areas there are not only were the food is sold or served.

This place is fantastic. The theme park is split into 6 areas: 1920s Berlin, Fantasy (water themed), Mexico, Africa (Safari), Fantasy (medieval) and China. There are a variety of rides for 3 years and older, a wide range of restaurants and souvenir shops. All rides are included in the ticket price. Popular rides have screens indicating the wait times. You get free entry on your birthday. The negatives are that the area seems to be really popular with wasps during the summer. I recommend going early.

This amusement park was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was top notch, the employees were always cheerful, the food inside the park was plentiful, and most importantly the wait in the cue was extremely short compared to other parks. My 9 year old was hesitant when we arrived but by the last day (we stayed 3 days), he wanted to stay and ride more rollercoasters.

Best park in Europe, not crazy excpensive, really fun for smaller children as well and good food. Walking distance between rides is also manageable. Prices have gone up beforehand you'd pay around €40 for adults' vacation time, and you could go twice, and now it is 60 for one time entry.

(Translated by Google) The Taron: masterpiece! I needed this! I also eagerly await F.L.Y.! Phantasialand .... you surpass yourself again! The title: "Best amusement park in Germany" fits it very well! Furthermore, the staff is very friendly! The toilets and the park are clean! Really a top park! 👍🏼 Unfortunately the queues are a bit less .... for example at the Taron .... 60 or even 90 minutes waiting time is a lot ... But that can't spoil the fun of course! After more than 4 years of waiting, FLY opened on September 17th last year! Unfortunately I haven't gotten the chance to do the vekoma job yet, but I'm counting down with excitement! (Original) De Taron: meesterwerk!

I have been to a lot of amazing amusement parks, but this is on a different level. Disney nor Universal can't touch this park. The rides the staff the food the in the park hotels are on a higher level of customer service. They way they themed this park is so original.

Amazing place! You can spend the whole day in there and won’t be bored even for a moment. The possibilities are endless, be it being parents to a baby or a toddler, or be it a bunch of friends! The staff are really nice and friendly, polite and helpful. The technology used in is very facilitating. For a person like me that I’ve to be sure of the safety was fulfilling. And whatever and however I try to describe the beauty of lighting and decoration is still nothing compared to what really was.

This is a really complicated and confusing theme park and the app is not very easy to navigate either. It was lovely after dark but our 5 year old found it quite overwhelming as very noisy in most places, so I would suggest 8+ for kids. The show we went to was fun though and lots of different food and drink venues.

I really enjoyed my time there despite the COVID-19 regulations. People most often respected the social distancing requirement, and clear guidelines were put in place by the management to make it easier to uphold it. Snacks and food prices were average, which was positive. The atmosphere in the park was amazing, and the theme + looks of everything was absolutely stunning. Likewise the rides were out of this world. It has been a long time since I've enjoyed myself this much in an amusement park. 6/5 from me.

Great teaming in some places and kind of strange in other but overall good, good park with nice rides but the queues and loading of people on and of rides are inefficient leading to unnecessary long waiting times. People smoking all over the park is a something that drags the score down for me, restricting smoking from some areas would really make the experience better for us non smokers.

Hands down the best roller coaster park I have been. Of course as a theme park experience it doesn't equal to the Americans (six flags, etc), yet it does a pretty good job. Food quality and prices are fair, and the lines for the rides are not crazy long.

Do not recommend to come after snowing, the road become so wet, dirty and slippery, and it’s cold. The game is fun and show is good, you can see different cultures ( even they are not so accurately present that regions’ culture)

We went on a Tuesday, so the park was not that full, there was definitely distance from group to group (the ones that decide to follow the Corona measures). Either way, the rules in the park given the circumstances are: masks inside every attraction and line, no mask obligation when walking in the park. That said: Beautiful amusement park, friendly staff, exciting rides. We had a great time here. I can definitely recommend it.

Super fun theme park that one day is not enough to visit and explore the whole park. Around 40 rides are available. Worth to visit when it is your birthday, because then the entrance is for free. Many kiosks and restaurants available inside. Do not come during Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays as these days are very crowded.

Visited August 20. Not as crowded due to maximum number of people allowed. Enough Corona measures to ensure a safe visit. Longest wait times experienced were for FLY and Taron (approx. an hour). All other wait times were 25min or less. We were able to go on all the rides we had planned to. We brought our own snacks as we had read on some reviews that the wait times could be very long for food and drinks. And indeed I recommend bringing your own food and drinks as the lines were ridiculously long sometimes. Also, fair warning, the waterrides will leave you completely soaked. The park does however provide you with an option to dry up by tossing one or two euros into a machine which will dry you from head to toe. The lines for these machines can however be quite long.

This attraction is as much fun to ride than to watch. All due the synchronisation with the 2 music tracks specially made for Talocan, fire and fountains which make this attraction a whole show by itself. Unfortunately they stopped the fog which used to really add some effects. Another ride program would be appreciated after more than 10 years but its always a pleasure to ride it during the day or night time.

Perfect theme park for "adrenaline junkies"! Rides are longer and speedier than in other theme parks. Good choice of food / drinks for appropriate pricing. (We went there outside of the season (end of October) so it was not as crowded - max waiting time was 40 minutes for the most popular ride. The rest took 20 minutes waiting time maximum.) Would recommend!

An experience worth every moment. Even if you are scared of big rides, just a walk around the park with easy rides and movies plus entertainment around the park will be worth your time. I would suggest going with family and friends for quality time and memories. One thing I would like to point out is the lack of proper budget friendly meals for students maybe. Other than that, it's been such a wonderful experience. Would love to visit it again for the experience of new themes every season. The photo posted are for the winter theme park.

Beautiful amusement park with a lot of rides both for adults and children. We enjoyed a lot. However, we reached at 12 and the park was closed at 6 and we didn't have enough time to try many rides. One point: The tickets are only sold online. So, prepare it before you get there.

It was a good place to stay for 2 days while attending JAVALand conferences. Rooms are Ok from the design side, but the heiting was not working and the first night was cold. Then the give me an samll electric heater but it still not comfortable because it make sound. Breakfast was delicious and for all type of orientation is Ok, like me vegan. I hope next year will be a better.

Great place, although on top of the tickets you pay parking, which is ironic on top of ~60€ but luckily our little one was free. Be careful if you want to make a break, I bought the tickets as day pass but you can not leave and re-enter! Big downside for small Kids with stroller, many stairs, very little ramps. You need chiropractor after the visit (I really f’ed my back). This is the biggest issue with little kids. Other than that really fantastic place

Large, clean, and comfortable room. Heavily themed hotel with a nice ambiance. Parking was in a gravel alleyway along the side of the hotel, and can be difficult to navigate, and spots seemed very limited. There is only one restaurant which was a pan-Asian buffet and they did not have any availability until 930 pm. We didn't know to make a reservation ahead of time. You could leave the property and go to town, but that had to be weighed against the parking situation. The buffet was also expensive. It was essentially 40 euros per person with water to drink. Food was fine, definitely not worth that price. Next time I would eat before I got there or pack an in room picnic. Breakfast is also buffet and was done on a reservation system. We had to go at 7 am or after the park opened, as that was what was available when we checked in (around 5-6pm). If we had planned the food better, it would have been a much better experience overall.

Go early at 9am although the rides ade open at 10am. The parking lot full up quickly. Buy tickets online because you can’t get them at the door. Some dates are even booked out online. Popular rides take 45-69minutes to wait. It’s worthwhile to buy a fast pass which cost 20 euro for 4 rides. Rides are mostly for bigger kids like 12 years and above. Smaller ones can find most rides a bit scary. This park has several entrances/ exits/ parking lots. If you are meeting your friends there best have a meeting point.

Nestled in the heart of Brühl, Germany, Phantasialand is a theme park that transcends the ordinary, whisking visitors away into a world of thrill, enchantment, and adventure. From the moment you step through its gates, the park's meticulously crafted landscapes and attractions beckon you to explore. Among the standout rides, "Fly" soars to the top, offering an unparalleled flying coaster experience. With its innovative design and smooth gliding sensation, it's a ride that captures the essence of flight in a way that's both exhilarating and graceful. "Colorado Adventure" is another must-ride, a wild mine train adventure that twists and turns through rugged terrains and dark tunnels. The rush of wind, the clatter of wheels, and the unexpected drops make it a heart-pounding journey that's as thrilling as it is fun. But no visit to Phantasialand would be complete without braving the "Mystery Castle." This dark ride combines elements of a drop tower with a haunting storyline, plunging riders into a world of suspense and surprise. The anticipation builds as you ascend, only to be met with a breathtaking drop that leaves your heart in your throat. Beyond the rides, Phantasialand offers a diverse array of dining options, live entertainment, and themed areas that cater to all ages. Whether you're a thrill-seeker or simply looking to immerse yourself in a fantastical world, Phantasialand delivers an unforgettable experience. In a world where theme parks often blend into one another, Phantasialand stands out as a unique and captivating destination. It's not just a place to ride roller coasters; it's a place to live out your wildest dreams and create memories that will last a lifetime.

The themes and decorations around the park are absolutely amazing so are the rides. I also don’t have anything to say about the cleanliness. The only thing that was really disappointing was that many rides we’re closed and the food was really expensive. In general me and my family had a great time though and would come back

Had such a great time here. The theming is incredible and the amount of thrill rides are perfect. We had such a good day, even the rides that look like they're for kids are pretty thrilling, try them all. Ghost Train can be missed, it's on its last legs and could do with a huge refurbishment.

(Translated by Google) The best park in Europe in my eyes ... This park has settings with a breathtaking immersion! Whether with the Klugheim area home to Taron or Rookburgh with F.L.Y, or Black Mamba in its Deep In Africa area ... most coasters literally merge with their scenery, it’s amazing! The park undoubtedly has "the logs" with the most stunning scenery in the world ... as well as the ride which is very long with 3 drops (including one behind) and the last which is absolutely crazy ... Taron is completely crazy ... he's my number 1 in my roller coaster ranking without any hesitation! It has speed, changes of direction, two crazy launches (acceleration), especially the second which is completely crazy! And it is certainly one of the best themed coaster in the world ... My small regret concerns the fact that the brand lacks Dark Ride type attraction (indoor scenic route), because the existing ones really do not match the overall quality of the park! The park has narrow alleys, which can be disturbing on busy days I suppose, personally I didn't have too many problems. Phantasialand is an excellent park that competes with Europa-Park, Efteling and Port Aventura without any problem!

We had a fantastic day with some fantastic rides, the new coasters are amazing. It was a weekend day with doable queue times for the rides. The scenery is nice and creates immersion but lacks some details and is not well maintained in various places. Also some toilet buildings we closed off without warning, others were not supplied with toilet paper. The biggest problem in the park were the queue times for food and beverages. There are not a lot op servicing points so getting something to drink took 15-20 minutes. We had a very late lunch to avoid the epic lines that we saw before but even then it took over 45 minutes to get some food. I never experienced this in a amusementpark before, but this was quite frustrating. We planned to do 10 rides between 10:00 and 18:30 and we managed to do only 7 of them because of all the extra searching for working toilets or food/drinks.

If you love or are a fan of theme parks and it’s attractions, you won’t regret to come here, especially on a nice summer day. But if you come here and won’t try the fast and scary looking rollercoasters, you will definitely miss something here. Also, you will get more for you money on a warm summer day, because then the water rollercoaster will also makes more fun in terms of getting wet and fast drying by the sun. Coming here, the your motto should be “first try, then judge”. Maybe it will be recommendable to do first the fast and spinning rollercoaster, before eating lunch. But if you are familiar with such rollercoaster, it won’t be perhaps any kind of issue for you. Moreover this theme park offers a lot of set ups of different kind of themes. For example sitting in the Chinese garden and eating lunch feels quite authentic (except the offered Asian food is not that authentic and more European typical). The set up of the different theme park areas is looks quite unique and wonderful, with a lot of attention to details. Besides, this theme park offers also an area for the smaller guests of the park. Means, this theme park is definitely something for the whole family.

The Park itself is amazing, though long wait times at the attractions are to be expected when visiting in the main season during good weather. The good, though somewhat pricey, but again this is to be expected for an amusement park. Overall a must visit for anyone who likes roller coasters. Their newest attraction F.L.Y. is unlike anything ive ridden before. Amazing.

Phantasialand is an amusement park with immersive scenery and unique thrill rides. The park has 6 designated areas, each with a unique theme. They paid great attention to even the smallest details on scenery items, resulting in the most sophisticated and immersive scenery I've seen so far. As most areas are isolated from each other, it feels like travelling between worlds when you step from one area into another. The staff are dressed up according to the area they work in, which I found a funny detail. There is a decent assortment of roller coasters, thrill rides, shows, water rides and family friendly rides so everyone will stay entertained for at least a day. In general the park was clean and there were enough restaurants, food stalls and restrooms. The admission price is quite high (€54), which might scare some people away, but I think it's justified by the high quality of the park. The reason why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because smoking is allowed in the park. Smelling stinky smoke isn't fun, and while smoking is banned in queue lines it still ruined the air quality on the regular paths. Not sure if public smoking is a German thing, but I'd like to see it banned in the entire park, or at least restrict it to smoking zones. The park also didn't seem wheelchair accessible but since i don't use a wheelchair, don't take my word for it. In conclusion: Phantasialand is an excellent amusement park for everyone, regardless of which rides you prefer. Tickets are expensive but you pay for quality. Theming and ride design are incredible and absolutely worth it. The park still has some room for improvement regarding smoking regulation and wheelchair accessibility.

I give three stars, even if I have to admit that the attractions are great! The Taron in particular is exceptional, and many others. We had a great day, even though it was a rainy day (except at the end). On the other hand, there were a lot of technical problems in the attractions (because of the rain, we were told... surprising: aren't attractions designed for rain in Germany? It's not like it is unusual weather...). The worst thing was that the Fly attraction (which we wanted to try in the afternoon) was closed all afternoon! Due to a technical problem. A staff member told us it was "bad luck" and that we should come back... Nice. (We came from Brussels just to try this attraction). By the way, in general, the staff members are extremely unpleasant. Not a smile even though we are in an amusement park!!! The only nice girl was the one in charge of the taron, always very smiling and pleasant.

An absolute must visit. This is a top tier theme park. Didn't eat much here but they did have plenty of vegan options throughout the park. The rides are all a lot of fun and extremely unique. Lines weren't too bad for midweek in the summer. It was annoying that you have to pay for the Phantasialand shuttle to the park (and the shuttle is fairly infrequent) but I've probably just been spoiled by the transportation of bigger American parks.

The Ling Bao is one of the three official hotels. Personally, having also stayed in the Matamba, this is better themed. There's two hotel restaurants, one a la carte (currently closed) and the buffet restaurant. I've not been too impressed with the buffet on a number of occasions, but if you're not too fussed about the quality of your food, it will be fine. It's heavily influenced by Oriental cuisine, so if you want burger and chips, you'll need to look elsewhere. The Stuffgen Restaurant (12 minutes walk) is a good alternative to the on site restaurants. Rooms are a decent size with a comfy bed and very nice bathroom. My issue is that for a four star hotel, I expect more room amenities, such as a kettle and refrigerator. The hotel staff couldn't be more helpful though.

One from the 3 Hotels available at Phatasialand Brühl Germany. Its a themed Hotel with Asia flair to it. Nice bar asia style sitting areas after the reception/lobby. Rooms with view to the Park, very beautiful at night during Christmas periods. Nice buffet at the Bamboo for breakfast or dinners and the swimming pool area is an extra point, in relation to the Hotel Matamba, which is the second themed Hotel with an african flair available at the Park also. Phatasialand is your right destination for fun, fast and slow rollercoaster, artistic shows, 3D cinema, and lots of entertainment for both adults and children. A 2 day Park entry is ideal to have a full fun of all the attractions available.

It is a great hotel. Employees trying to be nice!! But due Covid-19 there is not much to do. Sitting downstairs at the bar location is very difficult. The not much space compare to the guest that are staying. The restaurant al la carte was not very good. I don't recommend it. Catering restaurant is much better. BREAKFAST is great and best, I recommend to eat to heart content at the breakfast. So exactly due COVID-19 it is a over expensive Hotel and advice to choose a Hotel close nearby. If money is no issue you can stay here ☺️

Personally i prefer hotel Matamba over Hotel Ling Bao. The hotel is a little smaller and a bit more cozy. It feels like you are more one with nature. I have stayed 2 nights here and it was great. We had a great view over the park and staff were really kind. Dinner here was also really tasty and by breakfast their was a lot to chose from. Also this hotel has great small details. My favorite part in the hotel is the outside plaza where you can find a small fire that lights at dark with the small bridge over the water or the climbing wall in the hallway. What could make it even greater is making some jumping stones in the water next to the bridge for the kids to jump/play on. That could be great! I simply loved all 😊

Nice theme hotel, but not for families with small children. They don’t have high chairs for babies (just for toddlers) in the restaurant, the cot never arrived in our room (despite of requesting at booking, at check-in and on the phone from the room). There are almost zero activity for children in the hotel (one little room with balls, and a tiny playground on the corridor. I did not find the staff at the reception helpful: they booked 2 tables in the restaurant for a family of 6 with 3 little children, did not call me when the room was available (was promised). So not again with little kids.

Need to do the Fly first as it is not yet included on Fast track and everyone want to try it and if you have time later do it again 😁 Get some clothes to change if thinking about the water slides, they can be put in a locker. Great fun, nice food, drinks, amazing for photos, just a great day out for any age.

For an amusement park hotel this accommodation is pretty good. Just like phantasialand it has wonderful theming and the park entrance seemingly melds into the hotel. The price is doable and you get a great deal for the park(quickpass) if you book a couple of nights with them. For children and family a great stay with plenty to do. The rooms are adequate and most of them overlook the park. Only downside I had was that during the nights I could hear children running up and down the hallways which is only exasperated due to the floors and walls not being completely sound/shock proof.

I'm not saying that the show and the food was bad.... But for the price we paid we were expecting something better.... All the artist were very talented and the costumes and scenography very extravagant, but for the most of the time it was just a dance show, a very nice dance show, but I was expecting a much various program to be honest.... The food was talked and written in the menu as if it was prepared by a Michelin Star chef, but in reality the taste was pretty standard in my opinion, and the presentation not so fancy as it could be. Anyway in general I'm not saying that it was a bad night, just that our expectations were on another level taking in count that the entrance price was very expensive!!

Great food. Personally I thought the show was lacking though. I expected and would have liked to see more circus style acts. Instead I got lots of singing and dancing. The ones I got (unicycle, diabolo, aereal and hair/teeth hanging) were world class though.

We had a night we never forget... ⭐️ Before the dinner show begins you can enjoy your self in a great atmosphere with delicious drinks and live music. ⭐️ With entering the show area you feel like switch to another world. The service is reading all the wishes from the lips and is always very very professional. ⭐️ The show is a amazing mixture of great artists, dancers, singers and entertainers. We enjoyed every minute. ⭐️ The meal is a great arrangement of some special ingredients like a Japanese mayonnaise combined and with “boring every day things” like kale in a interpretation you haven’t tasted before. So you get very delicious, rare and new tastes. ⭐️ Its nothing more to say: we had a great night at fantissima and definitely will come back again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was there with my wife and two friends, evening was absolute joy. Wonderful show, great service, nice music and talanted performers. Food was tasty, but for it's price it could be better. Overall was really satisfied and would recommend, I would enjoy to visit this place again.

Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast, sweet and kind personnel. We had a small problem with the room and the manager was doing the maximum to keep us satisfied. Very pleasant stay - strongly recommended. For sure we will come back!

Overall we had a nice stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom was good and the beds were very comfortable. We had nice cocktails at the bar, and the staff was kind. The only negative experience was the way we were welcomed. The lady at the reception wasn’t very kind and welcoming. She talked very vast as if everything was obvious. When we checked out the other lady at the reception was very kind. So it depends on the person I guess.

A very pleasant hotel with a terrific Buffet restaurant for morning (included) and everything (extra charge). Very elegant comparing to Matamba. The only down side is that they have rooms for maximum 4 people. Swimming pool was very nice with warm water in the evening. But although it should be open from 8:00 o'clock in the morning, someone was cleaning the pool at around 9:15 telling our kids to come later (without explanation how long). Of course we end up not going, as the park was open at 10:00.

My family and I stayed at Ling Bao Hotel last weekend. As an overseas Chinese, the Chinese style hotel was quite interesting to us. There are many Chinese elements in the Hotel interior ( Many of them are wrong but still Ok ) especially the Garden looks like an authentic SUZHOU Garden from South China. Buffet in Bamboo Restaurant tastes very good but it has nothing to do with Chinese food. Only the waiter's uniform and the decoration got some Chinese style. The worst experience was from the reception, all staff at reception has a porker face with very impatient attitude. I have been travelling 32 countries in the past 10 years. It was the worst reception service I have ever met. Plus, there is no staff at the concierge, I have to put my luggage there by myself and no one looking after customer's luggage?! Also no clear sign at the car park entrance, many cars missed the entrance and has to drive back. I can't believe the hotel service is based on 320 Euro room rate! In brief, 5 Star price, 4 Star hardware and 2 Star service...

The staff on the reception were very nice, friendly and helpful however, other staff seemed to be rude and would ignore us. We sat down for drinks outside, we ordered 2 cocktails but never ended up getting the drinks so we left after about 40 minutes. Kept coming over to explain we hadn't been forgtten about and something about the system being down. Other guests who were served after us got there drinks, including a big table of 8. We even went to the bar and others were served again after we had been standing there a while. We payed alot for a room, the park and travel to get here and didn't feel like we got treated fairly. Would not stay at this hotel again. Previously have stayed at Matamba and it was better in there.

Great attraction. The fire and the water really differentiates it from the ones from other park.

It's one of the best parks ever. The rides are pretty fun, there are food options all over, and the scenery really lives up to its name. A few cons are: some rides' entrances are hard to find, bottled water is very expensive and, as expected, with the long waiting lines there's no time enough to try it all. Maybe if the app had an English version and the rides' entrances pointed better in its map, the first con would be solved.

Really good small park with some improvements needed. Too few places to eat and too few toilets. Also the signs to the rides need to be less confusing and actually point towards the rides. Same with the park map. It would be great if the entrance shown in the map would be where the actual entrance is.

Even though we arrived at 2 pm, we were able to ride all the coasters without any waiting in line, thanks to it being october. It was an amazing experience, a magnificent park. Every corner was meticulously designed. A place you would never want to end.

Amazing amusement park, you got rides that will give you an adrenaline rush but also rides that are slow and nice to enjoy with friends or family. I recommend getting there extremely early (as soon as they open) if you wish to explore everything they have to offer since there are a lot of attractions to check out yet also stores. You can get beverages/food from the outside of the park (water, soda etc) and that will save you some money since food/drinks are expensive while in the park.

Nice parc with areas for younger and older children. The queues for the rollercoasters are very very big - so in order to spend not the whole day only in the queues for waiting, I recommend to buy VIP pass. The pass allows to skip the queues but means of course extra costs.

A beautiful theme park near Cologne. Even though we didn't get to see all the attractions we really enjoyed our day at the park. Waiting time for attractions was standard as in other parks, the only thing that sometimes did not fit was the approximate waiting time (for example, for the attraction Winja Force we waited almost an hour and a half instead of 45min). The refreshments in the park were reasonably priced. I definitely recommend a visit.

I have no words for Phantasialand. This place is amazing. Every area is beautifully themed and has great attractions. I could go here every week and not get bored. I also stayed in Hotel Charles Lindbergh. Would recommend a stay there as well. You get some great stuff for the price.

overall good park. Friendly staff (even though I didn't understand most of what they said) Good but quite expensive food. The negatives are the long walks to the actual line on days with not many people. And the prices in the gift shop. They asked €20+ for a plush animal.

It was awesome! I got my tickets in advance, I went on a Friday so it was not as crowded as during the weekend. They have a lot of fun and thrilling rides. Super fun for adults too!

Great fun for the whole family, worth every Euro spent. Top notch facilities and the shows included in the ticket are world class. We cannot wait to be back very soon for the Winter/Christmas theme.

So nice park, so many nice stuff to see, the rides are amazing. I would recommend to come early in the morning because it's too big and you will not be able to see it all.

We had a lovely time here, though a lot of the rides are hidden from view and you just sort of have to guess or Google what they are in advance based on the name of them at each entrance. Aside from the fantasy part of the park there are very few rides a five or six year old can go on. Great food options though and the decor has really been thought through! The African adventure trail was our favourite.

Nice and fun park. Totally recommended especially to people who love roller coasters. The only not so good thing is that there aren't too many options for those of us who don't love roller coasters.

Phantasialand in Brühl offers diverse fun for all ages, from family rides to thrilling attractions. The winter decorations during Winterraum create a magical vibe. However, unclear show timings were a downside. The grand finale fireworks were spectacular. The thematic representation of different countries adds charm, and the restaurants serve delicious food. While card payments are accepted, having cash is advisable. Overall, a fantastic day of joy and excitement. 🎢✨🎆🌍🍔💳

Incredible theme park, the areas were beyond the imagination. Stayed at Hotel Charles Lindbergh for 2 nights, expensive but 100% worth it if you're a roller coaster / theme park enthusiast like myself, especially if you go with somebody you can split the cost with. Cannot wait to return this year, hoping to go at least once every year. Can't recommend it enough!
