DO
NOT
STAY
HERE.
Despite
having
booked
a
private
room
for
a
2
night/3
day
stay
(4
months
in
advance),
I
was
told
upon
arrival
that
I
had
to
check
out
after
my
first
night,
move
my
luggage
to
the
luggage
room,
and
then
check
back
in
hours
later
to
get
my
room
for
the
second
night.
I
witnessed
another
guest
also
be
told
he
had
to
check
out
halfway
through
his
stay.
I
also
witnessed
a
guest
complain
to
staff
that
her
room
was
NOT
CLEANED
upon
her
check-in.
The
staff
told
her
this
was
no
problem
as
it
wasn’t
evening
yet
so
her
bedding
would
be
fixed
before
the
night.
When
I
asked
why
I
don’t
have
a
room
for
the
span
of
my
booking
the
staff
said
this
was
normal
practice
and
there
was
no
reason
why
I
should
be
surprised.
According
to
them,
they
only
book
rooms
for
the
night
that
you
stay,
so
there
is
no
expectation
that
you
have
a
room
during
the
day
past
11am
regardless
of
the
length
of
your
stay
there.
They
claim
to
have
lockers:
this
is
a
lie.
They
have
a
luggage
room,
which
is
a
group
storage
room
that
requires
a
keycard
to
get
in.
However,
when
I
arrived
before
check-in
the
staff
gave
me
the
key
card
for
the
luggage
room
without
asking
for
any
personal
information
or
confirmation
of
my
booking.
This
means
literally
ANYONE
can
get
access
to
luggage
by
walking
up
to
the
front
desk
and
asking
for
the
key.
When
I
asked
if
I
could
cancel
my
booking
on
account
of
not
receiving
what
I
booked
(a
room
for
the
length
of
my
stay),
they
told
me
that
it
was
not
their
fault
that
I
was
canceling
and
that
my
card
would
be
charged
for
the
stay
even
if
I
refused
to
sign
and
didn’t
take
the
room.
My
first
room
was
far
from
the
lift,
but
I
heard
it
the
whole
entire
night.
The
walls
are
super
thin,
to
the
point
where
I
heard
people
turning
on
the
taps
and
talking
in
the
bathroom
above
my
room.
My
second
room
was
next
to
the
lift
(most
rooms
are
very
close
to
it),
and
I
barely
slept
at
all
even
with
earplugs.
