Yes good hotel in Koln, but my opinion that it doesn't have 4 stars. It is lacking many things for that. It wouldn't costs for them a lot to improve that like buying small refrigerators in each room. Moreover, price is pretty high for staying there. However, service was good and helpful

Decent hotel with good breakfast buffet with a good selection for every taste. Coffee could be better. Beds are comfy. Room interieur is functional, but designwise nothing special. Bath is large enough and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Price is still ok for the given quality. Parking in the garage is included for business bookings.

A very clean, modern, well lit hotel run by a really helpful and knowledgeable team. Great location. Well serviced by Uber and public transport. Would happily stay again.

Good hotel with great staff perfect for a visit at Lanxess arena

The Hotel was really nice and clean. Everything was organised as asked. I do recommend this place. One small problem I had was that the bed was not long enough with the pillows but that was my own mistake 😅

Amazing hotel. Good room sizes, a small drinks and snacks offering in the lobby. Great service, I left my AirPods and they were kind enough to send them via DHL.

Decent location, 28 Euro taxi ride from the airport. Really good food, service and breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms. Not sure about how good the price is as the room was free due to a cancelled flight.

Rooms are clean and comfortable but not a little small. Breakfast offers a good continental buffet. The negative notes for a four stars hotel are the missing a fitness center and of a decent business center.

Had dinner in this hotel where one of our guests stayed in. Food were great and service as well although it took a long time to be ready. Ordering also took a long time as it was a very busy evening. That being said, the food made up for everything and the nice staff as well.

Nice staff Edit after 2nd stay: I really like this place. It was pricey due to exhibition week and I expect more amenties for those prices but I will definitely choose next time I visit Köln. And the staff is really nice and helpful. Thanks to the friend in reception who went out of his way to find us parking space.

Very nice hotel with cozy rooms and great breakfast-buffet. The service was always friendly and very helpful. There are plenty of parking slots around the corner of the hotel. The next subway stations is a 10min walk away. Thanks Philero, we had a great weekend in cologne! Greetings, Johannes

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a great room that was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. Even though the train is nearby you can barely hear it. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel! The bar is also cosy to stay in and grab a drink. The reception is open 24/7 if you would have any questions or requests. Only a minor remark and that is the parking lot. There is not that much space to park your car. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and the bed is really good!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in a not too charming part of Cologne. Clean rooms, the friendliest stuff and a breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel comes with a nice restaurant where you can enjoy dinner (fresh and really delicious!!) at affordable prices. Highly recommended for either personal or job-related stays!

Pretty nice hotel. Comfortable room, good pillows choice, tasty breakfast. -1 star because of the nose of nearby trains. It was disturbing in the room I was in.

Professional friendly service. Rooms clean and prepared to a high standard. Food well priced and clearly prepared by a chef who has an eye for detail. The location can be off putting however once inside the premises any misgivings quickly disappear. A well run hotel that exceeded the standards of much more expensive locations on our trip.
