Excellent service and very friendly staff. Early check-in and late check-out available. We checked in just after 10am and out at 11am. Rooms are at a very good standard and food was delicious. A mini bar with wine, beer and lemonade is also available but at the higher price end. The central location makes it a very good place to stay and enjoy the city. Only downside is that the underground is just under the street outside which you can just about hear sometimes in the front of the building. But it didn't effected our sleep or stay there in any way. If I am to visit the city again I would definitely book this hotel again. 👍

I just visited this hotel but I did not stayed their, they cannot comment about rooms , but over all the location is amazing and the staff are friendly, the restaurant is unique and different.

Booked a one night stay here for easy access to the arena for a concert. It could not have been any easier to walk across the street. The room was really nice. The breakfast was good and in an old swimming pool. Only complaint would be the parking garage. It is tiny. It's probably no more than 30 spaces down there.

Lovely hotel, rooms were clean and tidy with comfy beds. Location was lovely within easy walking distance of the cathedral.

Air conditioning was useless. 5 minutes of warm air, then it shut off. No help from reception. View from the room was a bunch of garages, but still better than my friend they put in the basement.

Fantastic! First, I came here for business trip and was worried that I didn’t get a hotel near city center. Only to find out that local public transportation is just a few minutes walk away. Second, I visited Cologne with my family and I’m glad they offered us a family suite on short notice.. over the years, I only stay at this hotel if possible. In general, the staff is great. The receptionists are very friendly, helpful and answer all your questions. The rooms are clean and bright, and will check out the Sauna next time. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary and offers everything you can think of. First time, every time. Will be coming back!

One of the best Hotels I ever was, the Staff where extremely friendly and always smiling. You can ask them everything. The hotel room was huge, and very clean.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Street parking is 5€ per day.

I was working at the Lanxess Arena and this hotel was a perfect location. East check in and out. The room was very clean and modern. It had a great bed, nice bathroom and offered a great work station. A great find

Clean, spacious, comfortable hotel not far from the city center. I slept very well, beautiful view, and the breakfast... A real delight! I would particularly like to congratulate the staff, especially the receptionists, who, following a forgotten jacket, were immediately reachable, adorable and professional with me! Great location. The room is very comfy and spacious. They also have a great breakfast buffet so all in all good value for money!

I've been in like 100 hotels for buisness the last year and all I have to say is: -Rooms are pretty nice -Bed is amazing (didn't slept this good the last weeks) -employees are super friendly and nice. The parking lot is a little busy (maybe it could be more organized) but definetly not a problem at all. Highly recommend this place!!!

Positives - Good hotel, clean, professional and friendly staff, well designed rooms. Excellent choice at breakfast. Negatives - The bar area is small and I would like to see a better selection of drinks. The location is 1.5 miles from the city centre, so nothing to do in the locality. Overall - good job!

- The room was far too hot (felt like a little below 30° C). Turning on the AC to max cooling did not help. We could not sleep. The receptionist could not fix it. Even in the morning after a full night of AC, the room was too hot. - Reception staff at check in and check out is very cold. Formally friendly but with no warmth. Not even an apology for the hot room which did not allow us to sleep. - The bath room is also too hot and the ventilation is poor - The restaurant is great and the staff very nice

This is a four star hotel but offers nice service very close to a 5 star. Rooms are wide and sunny if you open the windows with a fresh breeze. You come back from work and find your rooms tidy and clean. No smell at all. Very calm atmosphere around. You can eat. Drink. In the hotel and you can go shopping around in many close-by places. I loved the nice employees. As well the Philippino lady who greets me daily on breakfast very nicely. She is a nice person. This hotel location is close to the Koln messe and this is an advantage. We will repeat this experience here.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, quiet location (unless there's an event at the arena), chill neighborhood. Good walking distance to the river (10 minutes).

It was one of the few hotels with a family room for 2 adults, 2 children and a baby. The room was very spacious. Breakfast buffet very generous and yummy with a lot of choices. Only problem for us were the blankets for the king size bed that were definitely not fit for the bed and very short. You can have parking for your car. 18 euros per day. In terms of location, you can be in the city centre in around 15/20min walking, so not bad at all.

Good standard for the price and fairly near a mainline station and tram lines into the old centre of Cologne.

Showers need a better cleaning, overall is a nice place to stay...breakfast is good but for more than 3 days you get bored. Friendly staff, well connected with the city centre and most important the Lanxess Arena is right infront of the hotel and the Koelnmesse is just 8-10 min walking.
