Great location but... - absolutely no-staff avalable -most staff was rude-- very very rude -the room was tiny -demanded more money at checkout then originally stated -not provide enough shampoo or towels -breakfast was sandwich meats and tearable coffee -no elevator. The day we checked out we asked to leave out bags so we could explore for the day. A normal consideration of any real hotel. They said "no problem but just pay us money" AND I leave at 4 What "hotel" has no employees past 16:00 ?? I would never stay here again.

Almost everything was fine about the hotel during our 2 night stay here. The room is well sized, well furbished and really clean. There's a tv, a safe, a good number of plugs and a comfortable bed! The bathroom is clean & has a good size. The water is always hot as well as the room. There are enough clean towels. There's a kettle and some complimentary coffee, tea & the small bottles of water. We didn't have breakfasts at the hotel so I can't comment on the breakfast quality. There's only 1 thing that I can complain and that's there's no elevator and the stairs are a bit narrow.

Perfectly located for the city centre and so close to Gnome Market. 3 minutes from the Rhine and all the waterfront life too. Breakfast OK, room decent size, staff all friendly and helpful. Already planning to book again.

Quaint hotel in a side road by the squares on the video... Nice location for sure. Rooms small , clean and fresh... No lift in the hotel tho.

I booked and payed 3 different rooms in this hotel, but due to Covid we couldn't asist to the trade show that was the reason for these rooms. I advised the hotel with plenty time to cancel the rooms (several months), but the hotel didn't acepted it and charged me with the total invoice. Thanks to your professional attitude in this situation, I won't recomend your services to any body.

Lovely hotel on a perfect location, it's close to everything but also on a quite street. Rooms were good and clean.

What a cute, comfortable hotel. I slept great. The breakfast is a plus. I started each day happy and ready to take on the city. I'll be back!

perfect loctaion, walking distance from any of interest in Cologne. Good breakfast. Only downside there is no lift.

Nice hotel. Renovated with some vintage furniture. Reception hours only until 7pm afterwards easy electronic check in. Recommendable.

Located in the town centre this gotel is excellent for exploring Cologne.. Friendly and helpful staff and a clean pleasant room all added to the positive experience.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Room was great and comfortable. If you can, try and get the rooftop room with patio! It may have views of the cathedral at night.

Central and convenient to access to two center. Wonderful room with view overlook a square. No lift. Attached is a small cafe for breakfast.
