We stayed here for 2 nights to visit Köln and Phantasialand. Arriving late at the hotel we noticed the parking spaces were really small and there was not enough parking spots for everyone. They did have an underground garage but that costs 9 euros per day, which everyone wants to avoid. So we had to get creative with parking. The hotel itself is very clean and modern and everything you will look for in this part of Europe. The only complain about the beds and rooms is that we had 2 single beds put next to each other, but the gap in between the bed grew larger each time, so I would recommend something that perhaps can keep the beds together? Bathroom was clean and the room wasn't that big but for sure big enough. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast here is amazing, there are loads of options, it is clean and the food tasted amazing. The location is probably the best hotel to be at if you're visiting Phantasialand, because it is only a 5 minute drive from the Hotel. I would definitely visit again if we were to come again to Phantasialand!

Best stay for phantasialand visitors. Direct shuttle bus available from nearby bus stops. The room was small for the family. Friendly front desk available round the clock to help. Awesome Breakfast with lots of varieties. Overall an okay stay.

Rooms are a little dirty, carpet stained and dated furnishings. Friendly service at the front desk and good breakfast selection. Bed comfortable and remained steady whilst riding the wife.

The hotel was nice and it had free parking but the cover on the bed was too small, It barely covers me ..I mean I am trying to cover my stomach to uncover my back .also the pillows are too light . U should add up 2 pillows just to sleep and it's still not enough.. It was really uncomfortable to sleep ..my neck kept hurting..I really hope u change the covers and the pillows..plus the cover really smelled bad ..I think it's time to change them .. if u are light sleeper I don't recommend it ..it's also good that u allow pets but it's better to rearrange them to separate inclusive place .. the staff was amazing though also there s the tawolls warmer it's really great thing to have ..I really admire it

Perfect hotel for visit Phantasialand. Rooms are clean, nice bathrooms with excellent shower. On request there are interconnected rooms available for families. Breakfast is extensive and has good quality. Small recommendation to the hotel management please invest in better pillows because they are very very soft.

Rooms clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast very good. However, although we were staying in the hotel, we were refused entry to the restaurant for dinner, as we had not reserved a table, even though the restaurant was practically empty. Other guests were also turned away by an extremely rude waitress there, who put her hands up barring their entry while speaking aggressively to them. This was also at a time when the bar was closed, with a sign saying that guests were welcome to have drinks in the restaurant area. So not only could guests who hadn't reserved not get a meal, but couldn't get drinks either. There was no suggestion prior that tables should be booked, no apologies at the time or suggestions of alternative places to eat. I've just received a reply from the hotel, thanking us for the great review! They obviously didn't bother to read it!

The check in was supposed to be at 15:00, one hour later we are out of our room waiting to be cleaned! So unprofessional, why can the hotel cannot have rooms clean and ready for the guests? 1 star because i cannot give less.

While the rooms might not be the fanciest in the world, staff is what makes this hotel outstanding. I don't think I saw hotel employees actually making their best to help you. 100% recommend if you have to stay in Brühl

A great hotel to stay in if you are visiting Phantasiland. Being clean and having great staff, compliments to the waiting staff who were very attentive. Will definitely stay there again when we travel in the area again

Very nice pet-friendly hotel near Köln. The room was spacious and our dog had a good area to sleep comfortably. Everything was clean, the rooms have a safe deposit box and complimentary water. Breakfast was everything you might expect (juice, coffee, fruit, eggs, bread, etc.) and it was tasty. They also have parking spaces on the premises, which is convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms are an absolute joke, too small you can't close the door properly. The internet ist the worst I've ever seen in 15+ years of visiting hotels for business. The room service (if you can even call it service) is not exchanging towels, not cleaning the floor, not emptying the trashcan and the bedding isn't even flattened properly. Quick 1 minute in-and-out session by them. Considering the price during fair season - Unacceptable. The breakfast is okay-ish I've seen better but also worse. Staff is partly friendly - The bar closes at 11 pm and the barkeeper will make his best efforts to avoid people starting 10:45 so he doesn't have to server anymore. If you approach him he suddenly has to restock stuff and go away into the cellar.

Modern, rooms nice. Don't need a ything. Full bar open until midnight and lovely restraurant for dinner. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Great for buisness too. Only 17 km from Koln!

Stayed here for a trip to Phatasialand. Rooms comfortable but a little small. A fridge would be really helpful and an English speaking tv channel. Wifi was excellent, breakfast varied and tasty. Perfect location for Phantasialand with the local 985 bus going from the stop opposite the hotel every hour. 10 min walk from Bruhl sud tram stop so easy to get to from Cologne. Netto next door has beer, wine and all other goodies. If you want chilled beer then get it from the petrol station a few mins walk from the hotel. For an excellent alternative food option get off the Phantasialand bus early and visit Grill Centre. It does fantastic takeaway, big selection of food and you can eat in for no extra cost plus they have a bar with draft beer. What more could you ask for. Phantasialand is the best theme park around, enjoy.

We stayed here on a visit to Phantasialand which is approx a 30 minute walk away. The hotel was good value for money, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was quite small with a good shower. Breakfast was standard fare with a good variety on offer. We did email a week in advance to ask for a double bed rather than twin beds pushed together but we did not get the double bed unfortunately. I'd recommend for a Phantasialand trip as it costs far too much to stay in a Phantasialand hotel.

A great hotel to stay in with children, after a day in Phantasialand, as it is only 4 km from the park. Located within 10 min of walking distance of Stadbahn stop Bruhl Sud which brings you to downtown Cologne within 30 min. The restaurant had served a nice 3 course meal and surprised us with a delicious starter: sweetcorn soup, Perhaps the chef could share the recipe? Highly recomendable!

Had a great stay here. Hands down best hotel just outside Phantasialand. Friendly staff and very well kept rooms.

The H+ hotel in Bruhl, Rooms are ok, very clean only a bit small. Wonderfull staff! great breakfast! lots of parking space, a supermarket next door, Phantasialand very closeby. we liked our stay!

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds very confortable to sleep on. We ate there breakfast, which was very good with a lot of different options available.

I am really happy with my stay. rooms are clean, parking is big, sauna is very nice, and overall this hotel is amazing. Just one thing happened today, during the breakfast I took bigger glass for a juice, since the ones for juice are small. I took tall glass for latte macchiato, and when I sat down at my table man from the kitchen came in without keeping NO distance (we are in pandemic) and said that these you cannot use these glasses for any types of drink except latte macchiato, and the hotel does not have enough of these, very unprofessional, and uncomfortable experience.

Clean, modern, friendly staff, free parking, good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is OK too but we've noticed the food is sometimes not the best quality or tasty. The rooms are too small/tight, pillows are too flat. What I've noticed is that staff does not greet in general with some exception. It's an OK hotel in general but not one we will visit again.
