If I could give a 0 star I would. Stay away if you do not want to deal with such nasty people.

We booked our stay at this hotel well in advance and the booking was confirmed. Then about 4 WEEKS LATER! I received an email concerning a 'so called problem with credit card'. They said that my credit card could not be used/charged. There was nothing wrong with my credit card or the details given....even though the booking details are showing on my credit card bill ready for cashing on the day of arrival. The customer service on the telephone was useless and they said there was nothing they could do. They gave us 24 hours to try and sort this problem out, even though we still had 7 weeks before our visit. The next day our booking was cancelled. Obviously we got such a good deal by booking early and this wasn't to their liking. Now all rooms are booked up at a premium price because of the gaming convention in town at that time, which is why we booked the room well in advance in the first place. Now we can't find anything, they just left us hanging out to dry. BE CAREFUL!!!!...you could be disappointed when booking this hotel.

The apartment (for 4 persons) are neat and cosy. They are well-equipped with kitchenware for cooking and dinning. Bathrooms are also clean. However, the beds are not clean, as there are dust and tiny hair on the bed-sheets, pillows and comforters in the bedrooms. I had to use masking tape to remove those hair and dust. Bedroom cleanliness is upmost important to us and I feel that the service apartment is not up to the standard. The washers in the basement is tricky to operate and the washing powder container is empty. Its inconvenient to customers whom might need to wash their cloths. Wifi signal in the apartment has weak spots. You only get a strong signal at the main entrance. The signal is weak in the kitchen and also the rooms.

Deceptive Practices, Unjust Charges - Avoid! This place is a SCAM! The rooms and prices are nice, but the aftermath is NOT. We rented 3 rooms with 8 people in total. Upon arrival, one of the doors of the kitchen cabinet was off it's hinges. We did not think about contacting the owners about it. But we did not make any damages. Afterwards, I received some very agressive private messages requesting us to pay €45 for damages done. They threatened with lawyers etc. Plus I think €45 euros to put back the screws is not worth that price. They keep sending me messages even claiming to be booking.com. They put their own phone number as contact for customer service from booking.com. I double checked it with the phone number on their website and it's the same. I read the reviews more thoroughly now and we are NOT the only ones who reported this. Choose an alternative establishment that respects honesty and integrity.

The rooms were clean and had hob and cookware in the room. They had everything I needed when I stayed with my partner. Their Laundry machines are a little tricky to work however.

this hotel has a fully equipped kitchen, but no soul! It is very poorly cleaned here. I have an opinion that all places in the room is cleaned with one rag - the kitchen and the toilet. Hair, small particles, eyelashes, other DNA of previous guests - all on towels, in bed linen. It's disgusting. I covered the pillow with my sweater, we slept in our clothes. This is a new hotel, spacious compatriots, it's nice that everything is new here. But if you clean badly, you will ruin everything.

Great apartment for a family of four. Very clean. Well designed. Easy self check-in. Underground parking available for 7€ per night.

Rooms were modern and immaculate. The maid Jenny was very helpful and friendly. It was great to have someone bilingual, who spoke excellent English. I will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel really high standards. Rooms and furniture was new, nice and clean. The only reason I'm giving it four instead of five is because of the hotels sorroundings. We brought our two children - and there where no areas for them to play in. But all interior and service was fantastic!

It was a nice but short stay; only thing difficult was finding the wifi code:-), I wished I could stay longer.

We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel for the price we have paid (55€/night). Superclean, modern. Of course location is not superb, but we had to be in Gleuel itself so it was perfect. Only minpoint: check out could be a bit later than 10:30am.

Booked for one night, for someone who doesn’t have have respiratory problems it should be ok to stay, but for someone who has respiratory problems I totally not recommend this, specially in winter time when the floor heating it is on, because the air in the room will be chemically toxic, bed sheets and covers are washed with scented products, in the bathroom smelled strongly like canals!
