We
booked
our
stay
at
this
hotel
well
in
advance
and
the
booking
was
confirmed.
Then
about
4
WEEKS
LATER!
I
received
an
email
concerning
a
'so
called
problem
with
credit
card'.
They
said
that
my
credit
card
could
not
be
used/charged.
There
was
nothing
wrong
with
my
credit
card
or
the
details
given....even
though
the
booking
details
are
showing
on
my
credit
card
bill
ready
for
cashing
on
the
day
of
arrival.
The
customer
service
on
the
telephone
was
useless
and
they
said
there
was
nothing
they
could
do.
They
gave
us
24
hours
to
try
and
sort
this
problem
out,
even
though
we
still
had
7
weeks
before
our
visit.
The
next
day
our
booking
was
cancelled.
Obviously
we
got
such
a
good
deal
by
booking
early
and
this
wasn't
to
their
liking.
Now
all
rooms
are
booked
up
at
a
premium
price
because
of
the
gaming
convention
in
town
at
that
time,
which
is
why
we
booked
the
room
well
in
advance
in
the
first
place.
Now
we
can't
find
anything,
they
just
left
us
hanging
out
to
dry.
BE
CAREFUL!!!!...you
could
be
disappointed
when
booking
this
hotel.
