Their
high
prices
are
far
away
from
being
justified
(545
euros
for
3
nights);
it
was
horrible.
I
didn’t
know
how
many
stars
they
were
supposed
to
be,
but
it
was
my
worst
experience
ever.
I
have
just
seen
it
is
a
4-star
hotel,
and
this
disappoints
me
even
more.
No
espresso
coffee
for
breakfast
(and
no
service
in
the
dining
hall),
most
of
the
staff
could
not
speak
English,
they
did
not
provide
lunch
and
tried
to
oblige
us
to
accept
eating
at
their
bar
as
a
standard
and
equivalent
option.
The
bar
staff
seemed
unqualified
(they
charged
me
for
things
I
did
not
order
and
had
to
remake
the
receipt
three
times!).
At
the
same
time,
the
team
from
their
restaurant,
which
was
open
only
in
the
evening,
was
truly
rude,
making
us
decide
to
eat
elsewhere.
As
if
that
were
not
enough,
the
room
service
did
not
include
one
bottle
of
water
per
day,
and
the
price
for
a
tiny
plastic
bottle
was
3
euros!
I
guess
the
above
would
be
enough,
but
the
worst
has
yet
to
come:
every
morning,
when
reaching
the
dining
hall
to
have
breakfast,
the
staff
was
unable
to
understand
the
room
numbers
we
told
them
(it
happened
to
several
colleagues
and
me
daily)
and
would
write
wrong
information,
saying
that
someone
from
our
room
already
had
breakfast.
The
result
of
this
kind
of
incorrect
information
–
where
they
reported
me
as
already
downstairs
having
breakfast
while
I
was
not
–
led
the
cleaning
staff
to
try
to
enter
my
room
while
I
was
changing
my
clothes!
I
travel
around
Europe
weekly
for
work
and
have
never
felt
so
disappointed
about
the
service.
