Schöner Abend mit Kaffee, Kuchen und kuscheligen Vierbeinern. Das einzige Katzencafe in Köln ist am Hansaring und wird von einer sehr netten Frau betrieben. Es leben 4 Katzen im Café und sie kommen ab und zu dir bzw. legen sich auf einen bequemen Platz in deiner Nähe. Eine Garantie gibt es natürlich nicht aber die Atmosphäre ist insgesamt schön und die Katzen machen es noch bequemer. Am Anfang wird nochmals über die 8,80 "Eintritt" aufgeklärt. Das bedeutet, dass eure Rechnung am Ende mind. diesen Betrag haben wird und ihr dafür auch 2 Getränke trinken könnt. Ich finde das geht völlig in Ordnung, da zwei Getränke pro Person gut machbar sind. Der Kuchen war sehr lecker und ist vegan. Die Preise für alles andere sind auch im normalen Bereich. Wenn ihr Katzen mögt können geht gerne mal vorbei. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Unter der Woche kam ich ohne Probleme rein.

This was my first time in a cat café - and it was simply lovely. The two cats were absolutely adorable, sweet Cleo would just jump into your lap and take a nap there. The food was exclusively vegan, which is always a nice change from the usual selection of dishes offered elsewhere. The vegan salmon was amazing and the coffee was delightful as well. The only condition to visit here is that you MUST love cats because they might just decide to sleep on you!

All in all, we enjoyed our visit and hope to return if we get the opportunity to return to Cologne!

Unglaublich liebevoll gestaltetes Cafe. Die Katzen haben genug Schlupfwinkel, wenn es ihnen mal zu viel wird, allerdings haben sie bei unserem Besuch die Aufmerksamkeit der Besucher genossen. Getränke und Kuchen sind sehr lecker und auch nicht teuer. Die Toiletten sind unisex und sind sogar mit kostenlosen Hygieneprodukten ausgestattet. Allerdings sollte man besonders am Wochenende frühzeitig eine Reservierung abschließen.

Soo süß <3 das Café ist relativ klein, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die vielen kleinen Rückzugsorte sind relativ weit oben oder sogar an der Decke, sodass die Katzenmöbel gar nicht besonders auffallen und es wie ein normales Café erscheint. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass vieles (oder alles?!) Bio und Fair-trade ist. In der Karte ist noch genau gekennzeichnet, woher was kommt. Ich hatte den indisch gewürzten Tee, der mit einem Wecker kam (hab ich noch nie erlebt), um die Ziehzeit genau zu haben,das fand ich toll, der Tee war auch sehr lecker. Hafermilch, Sojamilch, Dinkelmilch und Mandelmilch gibt es ohne Kostenaufschlag (soweit ich das mitbekommen hab), allgemein fand ich die Preise super fair. Mein sandwich war richtig lecker, perfekt gemacht und mit Liebe - das schmeckte man. Ich fand es sehr gemütlich, der Service der beiden Jungs war sehr nett und es war sehr lustig, unterhaltsam und niedlich, die Katzen zu beobachten. Eine war an dem Tag sehr spielfreudig, die andere größtenteils schläfrig /kuschelbedürftig. Die 3. Verbrachte die Zeit draußen (es gibt wohl noch einen extra Raum und einen Außenbereich für die Katzen). Die 4. War an dem Tag beim Tierarzt und brauchte Ruhe. Toll fand ich auch, dass die Katzen aus dem Tierschutz /Tierheim kommen. Sie waren alle ganz lieb und man merkte auch, ob sie "bock haben" oder nicht und wenn nicht, lässt man sie halt in ruhe und genießt den guten Kaffee aus Kölns ältester Kaffeerösterei. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nette Bedienung, sehr leckerer Kuchen & Kaffee in sympathischer und entspannter Atmosphäre. Es gibt kleine und größere Tische sowie gemütliche Sitzecken mit Sofas und Sesseln. Vor Kurzen sind 2 der 4 Katzen aus dem Café zu einer Familie gezogen. Die verbliebenen Katzen sind nett aber nicht sehr streichelverrückt. Ab und an drehen sie ihre Runden durch das Café, meist schlafen sie jedoch irgendwo. Bin gespannt ob und wann neue Katzen dazu kommen. Wenn man nach einem gemütlichen Café sucht, in dem man mit Freunden sitzen und etwas essen und trinken sowie ab und an eine Katze angucken kann, dann ist das Café klasse! :)
