    All in all very disappointing! It started with an unfriendly greeting. I got there on time and was directed straight to the nearby park. (If a course starts at 10:00, I don't arrive at 10:00, I was there at 9:40). The appearance of the cooking teacher Mayoori was impossible: baggy dress with half of her bra coming out. Also a strong smell of sweat. For me, a highly unprofessional appearance. When someone who is obviously not healthy talks about healthy eating, it is very unbelievable. Plus that barracks tone with which she ordered both her helpers and the cooking guests around. No joke, no charm, no warmth, no passion. Annoyed by some questions. Also no background knowledge of Ayurveda. A particular question was pointed to their basic course, which would provide the answer. The entire behavior was an absolute disgrace. And at that price. I will definitely not book another course!

    The best vegan lunch in Cologne and there are also a bunch of first-class cooking courses, as well as further education and training! For anyone who wants to further their personal or professional training in organic cooking. Here you can first pamper your palate with vegan food at lunch in friendly company and then learn how to cook it ;) with additional specialist knowledge!

    We went to the “La Dolce Vita” candlelight dinner at the BioGourmetClub and had a great evening. The food was very tasty and varied. We were able to watch the chef preparing the food in the open kitchen, ask questions and get useful kitchen tips. The chef and assistants were very friendly.

    Ich habe 2021 an den Online-Kochkursen " DIY Tofu, Tempeh & Okara" und "Fermentieren leicht selbstgemacht" teilgenommen. Beide Kurse waren hervorragend vorbereitetet und sehr verständlich erklärt. Anfangs hatte ich Bedenken, dass ein Onlinekurs ggf. nicht spannend sein würde, aber weit gefehlt. Ich genoß es sogar, so ganz in Ruhe mitschreiben zu können. Auch außer, dass ich so in der Lage war, parallel zu prüfen, welche Lebensmittel ich zum Nachkochen zuhause habe. Im Anschluss an den Kurs erhielt ich nämlich (toll!!!) eine Aufzeichnung des Kurses per Mail. So dass ich nun ganz bequem mit FreundInnen und zu einer mir passenden Zeit, meine eigene Nachkoch-Aktion zu hause zelebrieren konnte. Ich habe Gefallen gefunden an Onlinekursen. Da ich bei einem der Kurse im Ausland weilte, war eine Teilnahme so auch überhaupt erst möglich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder einen Kurs im BioGourmetClub buchen und habe die Teilnahme auch schon häufig emfpohlen. Allgemein noch: Viele denken ja "ich kann eigentlich kochen". So auch ich. Aber weit gefehlt, denn gesundheitsunterstützendes Kochen, wie es im BioGourmetClub beigebracht wird, das auf TCM und Ayurveda basiert, das war für mich alles neu, als ich 2009 den ersten Kurs beim BioGourmetClub machte (damals noch in der alten Location im Belg. Viertel). Über die Zeit habe ich ca. 2-3 Präsenzkurse pro Jahr besucht und ich muss sagen, dass ich meine Ernährung mittlerweile ein Glück komplett umgestellt habe. Nicht nur bin ich seit 2010 vegetarisch, ich kann nun auch vegane LECKERE Gerichte kochen, wo geschmacklich nichts fehlt und die gesund für meinen Konstiutionstyp sind. Ich fühle mich jetzt daher echt viel gesünder als noch vor über 10 Jahren. Vielen Menschen ist nicht klar, wie wichtig die Zutaten sind, vor allem auch Kräuter und Gewürze, Fermentiertes, Algen, Miso, und als "avap" (as vegan as possible) lebender Mensch, auch Protein in all seinen Facetten. Ich kann den BioGourmetClub daher nur aus vollem Herzen empfehlen. In den Bewertungen hier sah ich ab und an auch nicht so positive Bewertungen. Dazu muss ich sagen, es kommt ganz auf den Koch / die Köchin an. Man bedenke, dass über 20 verschiedene KochlehrerInnen die Kurse leiten und jede/r Mensch ist anders. Ich bin mir sicher, dass der BioGourmetClub von der Vielfalt der angebotenen Kurse, der Sauberkeit und nicht zuletzt auch durch seine Bio-Zertifizierung und Fokusierung auf VEGANE Kurse einzigartig in Deutschland oder sogar in Europa ist. Ich hoffe, meine Bewertung hilft vielen, sich für gesunheitsfördernde Kochkurse zu entscheiden und ggf. auch mal einen Onlinekurs zu versuchen, wenn man - wie ich - nicht in Köln weilt.
