Bei veganem Essen war ich immer sehr skeptisch, habe mich jedoch darauf eingelassen und wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Das Restaurant ist mir von Freunden empfohlen worden, die dort regelmäßig essen. Mir fiel als erstes die Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf, was zu Beginn schon eine gewisse Euphorie augelöst hat, wodurch ich mich umso mehr auf das Essen gefreut habe. In den Bildern ist zu sehen, wie ordentlich das Buffet gestaltet ist. Ich war zunächst überwältigt und wusste überhaupt nicht, was davon mir als Fleischesser schmecken könnte. Letztendlich probierte ich einfach ein Bisschen von allem und jedes einzelne Gericht hat mir tatsächlich sehr gut gefallen! Das Essen hat einen ganz eigenen Geschmack, was man nicht mit Fleisch vergleichen sollte. Die Gerichte sind wirklich gut gewürzt und haben einen intensiven Geschmack und optisch finde ich es auch ansprechend. Das Fazit ist, dass mir das Essen erstaunlich gut geschmeckt hat und man auch Fleischesser mit Sicheheit viel Vergnügen hier finden wird. Ich hoffe sehr, dass Leute, die veganes Essen eigentlich umgehen dem Restaurant eine Chance geben. Bereuen würden sie es keinesfalls. Die Location in Düsseldorf Mitte ist immer sehr gut besucht und man kann leider nicht reservieren. Einen Sitzplatz findet man aber zum Glück dennoch irgendwie immer. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und die Gerichte werden regelmäßig und Recht schnell nachgefüllt. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker. Ob Salate oder warme Speisen oder Suppen- die Auswahl ist vielfältig, frisch und schmeckt einfach nur so klasse, dass ich mich hinein legen könnte. Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant für Vegetarier/Veganer in Düsseldorf. Absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist zwar nicht ganz günstig, aber wenn's so gut schmeckt und die Qualität stimmt, ist der Preis auf jedenfall gerechtfertigt.
