First,

minutes
before
the
planned
bus
arrival
I
received
an
SMS
about
a
90
minutes
delay
(it
was
initially
supposed
to
arrive
at
1:30PM
but
was
rescheduled
to
3PM;
no
apology
followed
whatsoever,
by
the
way).
The
bus
didn't
arrive
at
3
PM,
neither
did
it
arrive
at
4
PM.
The
next
bus
of
the
same
route
arrived
at
around
4:10
PM,
but
naturally
the
drivers
refused
to
take
the
passengers
who
were
waiting
for
their
bus
on
board.
Other
passengers
contacted
the
German
support
service
of
flixbus
(the
whole
situation
took
place
at
the
Bonne
Cologne
Airport
bus
station),
and
were
told
that
our
bus
had
arrived
at
14:40
and
had
already
left
(we
were
on
the
bus
stop
the
whole
time
and
were
absolutely
sure
the
bus
had
not
arrived).
Approximately
at
the
same
time
my
father
contacted
the
online
support
chat
where
he
was
told
the
same
thing.
Around
4:20
PM
I
called
the
English
speaking
support
line,
waited
for
around
10+
minutes
for
connection
and
finally
spoke
to
the
manager.
And
this
was
the
worst
example
of
service
in
my
entire
life.
When
I
asked
where
my
bus
is,
the
operator
started
making
fun
of
me,
telling
that
the
bus
is
on
the
station
and
I
should
look
around.
When
I
asked
the
operator
once
again,
where
my
bus
was,
he
stated
that
the
flixbus
company
can
only
give
me
one
advice
-
to
look
around.
I
hung
the
phone
speechless.
I
bought
the
ticket
for
the
next
scheduled
bus
of
the
same
route
that
was
supposed
to
arrive
at
6:40
PM,
when
suddenly
around
5:00-5:05
PM
my
bus
arrived.
No
explanation
of
the
situation
from
the
drivers
followed,
they
acted
as
the
bus
arrived
just
according
to
the
schedule
and
nothing
happened.
No
apology
from
the
flixbus,
and
no
refund
for
the
ticket
I
bought
for
the
next
bus
of
course,
they
only
give
you
a
voucher
for
the
next
trip
that
is
valid
for
1
year.
Too
bad
I
am
never
going
to
use
flixbus
again
and
strongly
recommend
you
the
same,
unless
you
want
to
be
laughed
at
your
face,
lose
your
money
and
loads
of
time.
