If you don't park at the Pay parking...i mean if you think to do fast acting saying goodbye to your loved putting them at the Flixbus...and if you have lived your car at the nearest parking at the gas station Totall - 100% you will not find when you arrive back (and if your bus is late from the scheduled time?... you find big problem... traveling with taxi to the new parking place (8 km) for your car (expence depends from individual taxi company)+ 250€ for penalty & transporter)

Very nice place, except for the parking ticket, which is too expensive.

Waiting for a transfer bus at night is terrible, because the benches are metalic and there is no sheltet against the wind.

What a horrible service! We were traveling as a group and sold for us tickets without marked seats. We were kinda lost during the trip because every time someone were taking us from our seats. It was very embarrassing and I felt ashamed and attacked. Flixbus was better before!

The station is just few steps from the Cologne/Bonn airport which is open 24/7. It's easy to transfer to/from the bus and train.

Arrive early to be able to find it. If you get out of the airport structure by the closest door, you will see it right in front of you. There are many bus spots and places to sit, a real bus station but without walls

This will be my the last time ever to travel with FlixBus. Bus 027 toward Munich is almost always late. 😡😡😡

Best value for money bus company to travel from city to city. I used them three times and if I want to travel again I will pick them as my first choice

They are good but at the last minute they will delay you, even when I want to take the bus in France that the last minute they canceled the tickets. What you think, you people need to inform the customer 2 hours to before the time. Thanks

Open station and close to the Köln-Bonn Airport. Also, seats are available to sit and wait for a bus and bus stops have demarcation and description for all bus services. Easy to locate.

You need to check where the bus location is. There are no indicator s in the airport or on train platform. Look for international bus location is best if in airport.

It was quite nice place, you can sit and wait for your bus and it is well accessable. You can see which is your bus. İt's near the Köln bonn airport you can easily reach it from airport. There are other bus companies use the station as well.

Clean, easy to reach it, kiss & ride parking at the Terminal 2 right inside, next to the bus station.

First, 30 minutes before the planned bus arrival I received an SMS about a 90 minutes delay (it was initially supposed to arrive at 1:30PM but was rescheduled to 3PM; no apology followed whatsoever, by the way). The bus didn't arrive at 3 PM, neither did it arrive at 4 PM. The next bus of the same route arrived at around 4:10 PM, but naturally the drivers refused to take the passengers who were waiting for their bus on board. Other passengers contacted the German support service of flixbus (the whole situation took place at the Bonne Cologne Airport bus station), and were told that our bus had arrived at 14:40 and had already left (we were on the bus stop the whole time and were absolutely sure the bus had not arrived). Approximately at the same time my father contacted the online support chat where he was told the same thing. Around 4:20 PM I called the English speaking support line, waited for around 10+ minutes for connection and finally spoke to the manager. And this was the worst example of service in my entire life. When I asked where my bus is, the operator started making fun of me, telling that the bus is on the station and I should look around. When I asked the operator once again, where my bus was, he stated that the flixbus company can only give me one advice - to look around. I hung the phone speechless. I bought the ticket for the next scheduled bus of the same route that was supposed to arrive at 6:40 PM, when suddenly around 5:00-5:05 PM my bus arrived. No explanation of the situation from the drivers followed, they acted as the bus arrived just according to the schedule and nothing happened. No apology from the flixbus, and no refund for the ticket I bought for the next bus of course, they only give you a voucher for the next trip that is valid for 1 year. Too bad I am never going to use flixbus again and strongly recommend you the same, unless you want to be laughed at your face, lose your money and loads of time.
