This parking garage only to he paid with cash, make sure u have cash with y0u. We were there 3h 40 min i paid 8€. Parking space is good, clean and not so far from all the tourist spots.

Terrible parking for tourists. Cash or German card only. And If you withdraw money from an ATM it will give you 50 bills only. And the parking machine doesn’t accept higher than 20.

Very Easy and fast to get to, places are big enough. Super simple to access, pay and get out with your car plate number. 20€ per day and a lot of payment options

3 Stars for location. All 5 floors reserved for Companies and only on 6th floor could I find a space after circling on each floor. For 2021 old technology to pay by cash and no card! Entrance is very narrow, must be very careful. Next time I am aware and head straight to 6th Parking floor.

After seeing a huge line the staff came within 10 minutes to open the gates and direct traffic out.

Good location. Otherwise a bad parking place. Expensive and with only one machine to pay with DEBIT card and it does not accept foreign debit cards. The cash machines don’t accept 50€ bills and since it’s 20€/day, bring a lot of bills.

Parked here. Easy to reach, prices are fair. Make sure to bring cash if you don't have a German bank card (Germany is like 10 years behind when it comes to paying by card). The garage is a good choice for parking in the city for the weekend.

Good parking but its cash or german “ECB” cards only. Come on it's the 21st century, step up your game! Closest atms are at the train station and charge 4,50 for withdrawel for non German cards. Feels like being scammed.

Very nice parking place. You can park there and walk 2 minutes to the cathedral while others fight for a place in the city centre itself.

Over 45 minutes waiting at the exit. No support locally via the emergency help button (ringing without anyone picking up). No one available via official telephone. Over 30 people need to re-pay due to waiting at the exit. As all cashing machine were broken it was an endless loop for over-extended paying. Due to long lines at the only working cash machine (2 floors away!) noone could exit. Horrible to get prisioned in this park house. Never again!

There is enough space to park normal-sized cars (E-class), without the risk of scratching the rims.
