Very cool Starbuck's café. See first floor. Very loungy...

I came one hour before this place should be closed. Atmosphere was not nice, guys took tables from outside to inside, very noisy and put all chairs and tables blocking me. There was no place to seat while waiting order but the guy Kevin who works here asked me to leave that place because he wanted to put that chairs and tables. But there was no place to seat. Once I found the place I was blocked by all that furniture, Kevin and others spoke loud and rude. Too bad for company image.

People still queueing , the staff told a pregnant lady she can not use the toilet because they are not serving anymore and she should go to burger king .. You know what! Hope burger king buys you off!

Unbelievable that I have been a Starbucks member since 2008!! And I go to Germany and I have money on my card and a REWARD!! And I wasn't able to use them because why?? Oh that's right you don't collaborate together.. and my card wasn't German!!

There is a lady in front of the toilet ASKING FOR 1€ IF YOU WANT TO USE IT. I am confused.

The worst Starbucks ever! Lousy service, badly managed, no brown sugar, overpriced for the smallest chocolate brownie, and my grande latte was sent back. Is this what Starbucks has become?

Dirty.... You have to pay for the restroom which is also dirty.. Tables and etc are dirty ...

Used to be really good but now it’s the slowest and most incompetent staff I’ve seen in a while! Don’t go there unless you have a lot of spare time.

Came here with my wife for a short stop. Because of covid everything takes a bit longer, complete understandable. Food was okay in my opinion. My wife took the cake. Her feedback was that the cake tasted old. That's kinda disappointing. However I was the most disappointed in the fact that our order already stood ready for 5- 10 minutes and nobody from the staff mentioned it. The drink from my wife got taken by somebody else. When we spoke to the employees we got a new one, but with stuff she didn't want in it. Eventually it got corrected. That's not the customer service and quality I know from Starbucks.

Tamara and Karo are the stellar team members who carry this store and make it one of the best locations I've ever been to across Germany and rivalling many others across the world. The two staffers were working under pressure so professionally and calmly and managing a high traffic location with passion and prowess. The place felt like home and I just felt so welcome and engaged. The small talk offered the interest in the customer. I even forgot my credit card and the girls ran it back to me after I left. Such teamsters are assets to any organisation and why people like me are loyal to Starbucks. I will certainly go out of my way to come back to this location.

People were nice and my drink was good, however- the toilets were closed and they didn't offer me access to the disabled toilets nor told me why the toilets were inaccessible. Also, it wasn't busy and the outdoor tables were never cleaned off in the 2 hours I was there, so no one sat in them for 2 hours.

Classical Starbucks view. The wi-fi doesn't connected at upstairs. There's not enough worker because of the place has too much leftovers on the tables.

I go there regularly, working on my laptop or studying. I feel comfort and so welcomed. Cozy and perfect for study groups but you should be there before 10 am if you are willing to get a good place for your group. Regular prices and delicious cakes (fresh), my favourite drinks are matcha latte(4,90 almost) and black caffe (1.99 e). Positive vibes and good jazz music!

Lovely coffee. To many people sitting at tables on their laptops taking up spaces without buying any drinks. So difficult to sit down and have lunch/ breakfast. There should be a policy. U all need to but a drink to use their facilities

Great place and very kind staff. But most of the time it's very crowded and you won't be able to find a place to sit (which is why I only give four stars).

I always come here after my horserides, everyone is so kind and cute. when i see the barista here I’m always happy. Specially “Cem”. He is so kind and handsome.
