Absolutely unrecommended! No credit card,no pin, staff extremely unfriendly/unhelpful. Don't go if it's not extremely necessary.

Very convenient and very close to the main train station.

This parking garage is positioned nearby the Hauptbahnhof and Altstad, and it's a great deal when you pay €1,80 per hour (€18 for 24hrs)! (Payment with card only) An improvement could be made with the hygiene at the staircase. There seemed to be some urine laying on it, together with some rubbish. When driving a larger vehicle, it may get a little narrow at the entrance and exit, but with some patience it's doable. I think this is one of the best choices for parking in Köln, especially when looking at the affordable pricing and location in the city.

Worst place to park (definitely on a Sunday). We had to wait hours to get out, avoid this parking at all cost!

Good parking place! It's enough places for Mitsubishi outlander. You can pay by card or with cash. Thay have special places for woman and for visitors with kids.

Found this to be the best value for the parking in this area

Came there with family who lives in Germany. While we were paying for parking, my brother paid 4,80€ and because I had UK registration I had some issues with payment, so spoke to service to make payment and for extacly the same time as my brother I was charged 6,60€. Is it because I am a tourist and did not speak Dutch language?! I don’t recommend their service at all. Such a disaster to give different pricing to citizens and different for tourists.
