The lady running the bathrooms when you get up the stairs leading to where the catherdral tower starts was EXTREMELY horrible! Started yelling when we messed up going through because we were unaware of how it worked. When we tried to tell her we didnt know what she was wanting us to do she made a super racist comment about us being in germany and we should be able to speak english... very uncalled for. Educate yourselves on why we are here in the first place... this is one of the reasons why!!! 😡 the carpark its though was nice and organized had no trouble in that reguard.
