Wonderful place.per person cost was 425 rs because of summer discount .But it was worth .In the dry section multiple rides were there but sky dive and cyclone this two riders was fabulous.In the water park tube slide, rain dance , pirate bay,wave pool,wave runner were fabulous. In the dry section one can visit in normal clothes but to take rides in wet section one need to have half clothes .and if you don't have don't worry you can take clothes for rent from the counter .And to save your belonging you can take lockers and per locker will cost 100 rs . Nicco park opens at 10.30 in the morning and closes at 6 o clock in afternoon and the water park closes at 5 o clock

Everyone already knew about how adventurous to go to this park. But still, I'll give you a few suggestions. If you are thinking to go there. Then, please carry caps, an umbrella, and a water bottle (at least one, because they will charge 50 for big bottles) second, if you want to go on rides and water park on the same day. Then you can't enjoy both things. Because there will be long lines for every ride. So, I'll suggest you made up your mind about where you want to go. Third, the food court food is delicious and the place is hygienic so you can enjoy your meal. The price is all right.

5 stars for wheelchair -accessibility at the entrance as well as inside the premises. Didn't find any ramp leading to the pool area, so have my doubts. Also , the carpet in the doorway was a bit too thick for easy maneuvering of luggage trolley bags as well. Our room had an ironing board but no iron and my friend's room had an iron but no ironing board. Bonus points for really well mannered staff . It was peak season so there was a wait queue for dinner and breakfast seating. Overall, nice ambience.

Had the best day ever. There was buy one get one offer and we bought a ticket of Rs 850 for two people which included the entire park's package and wet-o-wild. Cyclone and sky-diver were the best according to me. But the water park was beyond anything. We had so much fun on the water rides. Planning to go every year.

Nicco water park is good but not maintained properly. No proper information about timing and usage.. No guide to guide new ones coming to Nicco park. Went for a Dinner with my brother's family and availed their Buffet spread at Waterside Cafe. The spread was fabulous with preparations from Continental, Chinese, Indian Muglai and Bengali cuisines topped up with varieties of desserts. Ambient was soothing with a very high ceiling and creative decors. We had a contended palate and total satisfaction at the end.

The facilities they have, they can simply create magic. But unfortunately I don't have that experience. The ticket price is 300 for everyone above 2yrs and they provide 13 free rides. But there is no guidance on where are those 13 rides. If you are well educated you can locate it using map. But mostly people don't refer map they just wanna enjoy all rides in sequence. Water park is good but safety is a concern. 100 rs for entry (can't enter into the water) and 550 for water rides. But mostly people are enjoying the rides with 100rs ticket (no check and balances) although they provide 2 different colour bands but it's not working. For those who never visited a water park, it's a good place to visit .Make sure you dedicate full day for nicco park and enjoy all the rides 😊

The visit was awesome. I enjoyed the rides. As I had discount coupons with me so I got to experience every ride available. The best part was the water park. The slides and the pool are very good. Nicco Park is absolutely amazing it's the perfect spot to chill with your squad or family. The rides there were dope - from heart-pounding roller coasters ,Sky Diving ,etc to chill rides, they had it all. And let's not forget the Water Water area, man. It was pure bliss 💦 Sliding down those sick water slides and just chilling in the wave pool was the bomb 🌊 But, real talk - skip the food court, it was disappointed me. Instead, explore the food stalls all around the place, they got some legit tasty stuff there. Like, my taste buds were on a wild ride too, trying all the different flavors! they offer a much better variety and taste. Nicco Park might need a little maintenance here and there, but it doesn't take away from the overall experience. It's definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a day full of excitement and fun.

A great place for family outing. There are so many attractive rides. To me Cyclone and Sky Diving are the best. Water Park is another attraction point. It is very well maintained. We visited on 01.04.2022. We bought online ticket. There are discount available in online ticked. We booked our ticked in Summer Bonanza offer and got buy one get one free. There is a huge food court inside. It was very clean and hygienic. We have pre-booked our meal with ticket. Quantity of food was enough , though taste was average. There are filtered water points available at various locations inside the park at free of cost which I felt a great initiative towards the visitors.

Spending the afternoons in the Waterpark is very soothing.....lockers are available for those who want to safely keep their belongings while enjoying at the park. Nobody is allowed to get into the pool wearing saris or othe cotton clothes. You can rent clothes from there...... best is to carry you swimming costumes if you have one back at home.

Had a great experience in the wet o wild. There are many rides for you but you have to wait for long to get a chance. Food in the food court tastes good. I would recommend buying tickets online in advance as there are many people waiting outside the gate to enter. It will take more than 30mins or 1 hour to get in. One of the highlights of the park was the Wet-O-Wild section. It was a water area that was really fun and also kept very clean. The water slides and pools were well-maintained, and I felt comfortable enjoying the water activities there. However, I do think the park could benefit from adding more thrilling rides. While there were plenty of enjoyable attractions, I would have loved to see some more exhilarating and adrenaline-pumping rides to really get the heart racing. It would add an extra level of excitement to the overall experience. Overall, it was a great amusement park with a friendly staff, affordable packages, and a fantastic festival offer. This is a beautiful place to spent time with family or partner. This park is very neat and clean, well maintained and have so many rides which will ruin your day. Good place for photography, fun and enjoyment. 4 to 5 hours are minimum time that will take to visit this park for alone single person in both land and water area. Great place to enjoy with friends family and love birds too... Many rides to enjoy on, sky diver and cyclone will give a hard adrenaline rush... Water park was the best part 850 is the pack for land and water both including all rides, sometimes u get offers while booking online tickets. There are pakage of various price like only land of 300 etc Visit once ,you will make some real good memories... It’s over pricey , but a great day out for you and your cousins / friends / family . Perfect spot for a Adventurous date too , book the tickets online so that you can get it cheaper , we took the tickets for both land and water for 500 INR. We mostly had all rides free and even the water park which wet o wild. I've been to many water parks so I expected a bit more of attractions against what they are charging. There are limited rides. Can be more cleaner. We are regulars to the place as our whole family are water people! My daughter is a complete water-baby and any time we want to treat her, this is the place to go. The park is pretty well maintained, the rides are well monitored and safety measures are more or less adequate. Those who don't want to get wet but enjoy watching others do so - can always find a recliner by the wave pool from where to enjoy the atmosphere. All required things like towels and costumes are available on rent or alternatively can be bought. But it is always best to bring your own. Go there early around 11.00 am but be prepared for the crowd if its a general holiday. Have a chilled blast! This water park is associated with the Nicco Park. It's a great experience I suggest everyone one should have in their lifetime. There a lot of fun things to do. I'll just tell you what to avoid inside the park. There are many food outlets inside for snacks as well as lunch, but quality is not great, though overpriced in some cases. There are many public toilets installed inside, which is a boon. One thing to note, the park is incapable of handling the surge of visitors that happen during public holidays and ends up having very long queues for each ride and in that case it becomes impossible and tiring to cover many of the rides. Its always a fun getting here, they have added some new rides including the Sky Diver. You should make sure that you go early and enter the park by 11 or 12 noon to enjoy all the rides multiple rounds and relax. One of the worst experiences I've had staying at a hotel. Hyatt Regency Kolkata is a really poorly managed hotel. The hotel staff, especially the people at the reception, are uncooperative and dishonest. I will mention all my issues so that people are aware of how they dupe customers. To begin with, we had an advance booking and reached the hotel at around 7 pm, having called an hour before so that the rooms are ready. But after we arrived, we were told there were no rooms available even though we had paid in advance. Then we were told that we had not paid any advance amount. All this was done to fool us into wasting time as they did not have rooms ready. We only got a room 1.5 hrs after arriving at the hotel, even though we came way beyond the check-in time. I was there with family, and being initially denied a room was very embarrassing. Secondly, their service is abysmal. We had booked an extra bed in advance, we got the bed delivered at 1 pm in the night, even though we had called room service like 2 hours before. We also had to wait an hour to get a breakfast table. Moreover, half the live food did not come on time, or we got the wrong order. Finally, the biggest concern I had with the hotel. At the time of checkout, I was asked to pay more than the agreed amount citing an error in typing the amount in the booking message. I can only imagine what it speaks about the commitment and professionalism of this hotel. Above all this, I wasn't given a bill for the amount I paid. Such unprofessional attitude was not expected from a reputed hotel like Hyatt. I would suggest people refrain from booking this hotel because they tend to mistreat guests. Very disappointed

Better new rides are awaited. Water park, Sky diving and cyclone are the major thrill and rides. They should come up with more innovative ideas. They have got space. They should discard away with decades old rides to include some modern rides

This is a great place to spend a day. It is extremely nostalgic for me. The rides are super fun. There is a winter discount going on and price of entry tickets has reduced from 300 to 180 and parks package has reduced from 850 to 500. The skydiver and roller coaster are the most thrilling rides and are not recommended for kids. But for children there are plenty of joyful rides and attractions. There is a huge food court located and a wow momo stall too. It is a perfect place to spend a day with friends and family.

The Hyatt had amazing service. We recently got married and they set up the room so beautifully with balloons, towel swans, flowers and a whole range of fresh tasty cakes made from their bakery. The breakfast buffet was incredible and such a wonderful experience. We got to know the head chef and he was such a nice gentleman and very caring to our dietary needs. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Niccopark is an amusement park. Which is open on 13oct, 1991.its the most famous park in Kolkata. An ideal place for outing with friends and family. The rides are awesome especially Sky diver and cyclone. Their water park ride is also very good.& the package tickets is also reasonable.

I would say AVERAGE.. Not much rides compared to the amount they are charging.. And much down compared to wonderla and veegaland.. They have no provision for drinking water anywhere.. And worst is no phonepe or Google pe.. Even in this covid times.. When the whole world have shifted to online transactions..

It is an awesome place and worth the money.Not all the rides are thrilling, but some are really good, especially the ones in wet-o-wild. The Cyclone and The SkyDive is pretty thrilling in normal area. The ticket is 300 for entry and some free rides. But it is very good idea to buy full ticket of 850 if you are coming here for adventure. The water in wet-o-wild is not very deep. There are many leisure rides also like the tea cup and the horse ride. River caves is also good. It is an amazing park, it was my first visit to any amusement park.

Hyatt Regency is really a premium place and nice clean luxury hotel. The area around has lots of greenery and has lots of open space for kids and family to spent time with their loved ones. If you are planning to have some pet pujo (Have Lunch or Dinner) then do visit Waterside Cafe. Its located in the ground floor and each and every food is of high quality and tastes that good. Price is reasonable for the things they offer you. The staffs, waiters and chefs are very friendly with the visitors. They even click photos for you.

Serious COVID protocol issue: I am currently staying in this hotel for 11 days, booked two rooms. Covid protocol is seriously concerning. No one is checking temperature or vaccine document or RT/PCR test report at the entrance. People are roaming around without mask and hotel stuff are completely oblivious. The hotel is fully booked. Every inch of the breakfast area is filled in the morning where of course people are not wearing mask since they are eating. Big parties are taking place at the same time. I have brought this up to the manager Mr. Vikram Chauhan as well as other stuff several times. However there is absolute no respect towards health and safety. I won't mention about other services like delay in food, chaos in the dining area, car service reservation mess up etc. since those are secondary to me. However, Covid protocol is a serious concern and I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about Covid safety.

Better to buy water from outside as inside it's ₹50/l. None of the shops located inside accept online transaction, they need cash so make sure you have cash.

Although it has to improve a lot to match the standards of the other metro city amusement parks. But nevertheless, this isn't that bad. They have introduced new rides, and attractions. I suggest everyone to book online as the prices are cheaper online. The food at the food court is not that good to be honest. Staffs are a bit short tempered but few were really very helpful.

Infrastructure is aging: The fridge was not working when I arrived. It was changed but the set up didn't allow ventilation so it started burning itself. It was horrible. Also some of the desks and tables have rotting wood due to being too old. The toilet flush isn't in great condition. The safe to store valuables was also malfunctioning. Staff at breakfast and the reception are incapable of being courteous. There were times when it felt like a fish market in the morning during breakfast rush. Housekeeping staff were very polite and tried their best, but the facilities available to them were far below 5 star standards. It was almost pathetic, in my opinion. When they have wedding parties at the event, guests at the hotel suffer from loud noises till late night, smell of hookah in the corridors and crowds in all public spaces. You don't want that in your life as a guest at the hotel. Overall it was not a 5 star experience by any means. Unless it's an emergency I'm unlikely to return. I'd be surprised if all 5 star hotels in Kolkata have this standard to offer.

Ambience is great. We went to restaurant not for stay. Food is ok.. not great for Desi foodies.. but the staff are courteous and chat was very tasty without being spicy so definitely big thumbs up👍 for that. Besides while visiting an international hotel chain you can't expect to be economic. And a note for diet specific people- be careful what you pick in your plate, especially non vegetarian foods.

It's an older hotel now but still sits magnificently within its well manicured grounds. Still quite spectacular when you walk in. In terms of facilities you have a good gym and pool(remembering it's a hotel). Breakfasts are plentiful and of great quality. Staff, from the security at the doors, through to reception, to waiting staff at the restaurant and the cleaning staff are all very polite and dedicated to their jobs. Had a great experience with the family but if they want more families as guests, perhaps a few more family oriented facilities would be in order

So I have visited this place for a workshop from company which was arranged there. I could get the glimpse of only the conference rooms ( banquet hall) mainly Topaz and Sapphire which is located on the right side from entrance. You get a very nice view outside the banquet hall. The banquet hall is small and can hold a capacity of 50people for any small conference. We had lunch dinner and even snacks and all the items tasted very good. Especially the dessert was awesome. The staff were polite and helpful.

I would like to thank Sujata house keeping for making my room everyday so nicely. Overall, it was a good experience, all the staff members do try to make you feel comfortable. But I have my word on the behalf of the employees and the interns who are working their level best to serve their guests .. I have noticed that they are working more than 9 hours and more than 12 hours a day ruthlessly . But according to Factories Act a individual is not allowed to work more than 9 hours a day max to max it can extend up to 10 hours afterall they are also humans not robots .. So kindly team look into this matter it very important .. its very unfortunate for me that I am not able to attach the file of Factories Act where it has mentioned clearly regarding the working procedures and timings .. Loved my stay. Got a lovely room, super clean with a massive marble bathroom. Needed clothes ironed asap, and the team brought it back in 15 minutes — enjoyed the instant service. Of course the staff were fabulous (front office + house keeping).

It's just opposite Apollo Hospitals (a 10 minute walk). Excellent service and hospitality. Even before we checked in, they emailed us asking about any special requirements we had and what else they could do for an enjoyable stay. They were very warm, efficient and attentive. The room was spacious and breakfast was great. Housekeeping was excellent - they cleaned every nook and cranny of the room meticulously. However, the bathrooms have glass walls and the interior is visible to anyone in the room. This was rather off-putting. I'd suggest they provide a curtain for clients who prefer privacy. Also, there aren't many restaurants close by so you might have to be prepared to dine in house. Book directly through the Hyatt website/app, you'll get better rates.

Really good experience, I do think the park could benefit from adding more thrilling rides. While there were plenty of enjoyable attractions, I would have loved to see some more exhilarating and adrenaline-pumping rides to really get the heart racing. I visited Nicco park 6 years ago ..... But due to corona , the crowd has become so less that you can pretty much ride all the rides in the entire park ( not including wet o wild ) ..... the cyclone and sky diver were the best ..... But one thing I didn't like is that there is literally no steps taken for Covid ..... There is just one guy who is on the entrance gate giving sanitizer and checking temperature......and that's all ..... nearly 70 % people were not wearing masks .... And no one was there to tell them anything.....

You have to come early to enjoy all rides and activities. It provides a lot of fun and thrill to our youngsters. Water Park adds further to fun and thrill for visitors. The place is very expensive though. Rs 250 is entry charges. Rs 750 is attached water Park. You will be charged extra money for many other rides or activities inside the Park. The place is not for poor people. Lower middle class people should be prepared for the expenses. Eating your own food inside is not allowed. You can eat outside though before entering.

For Online Ticketing, one ticket of Rs 850 for 2 person (for offline ticket, you need to pay Rs 850 per person) This is not good for people who are not so tech savvy 3. In case you don't want to buy a package of Rs 550 and you want to buy individual ride tickets, you are in for a Big surprise. They charged the same amount even for my 2 yr old 😳 Rides & Utilities (Pros) : 1. You can spend an entire day with your kids. There are plenty of rides (including rain dance and waves) 2. Rides are fun. 3. Food is affordable. There is a restaurant there, however there are multiple small counters (KFC, Pepsi, Mineral Water, Puffs) which will be enough for you. The charge is MRP. No additional loading 4. Every 500 mtrs, there is Aquafina counter, from where you can fill your water. Toilets are abundant. Rides (Cons) : 1. The rides are not well maintained. It could be cleaner 2. Most of the people are roaming without Masks. So please go at your own risk. 3. In few of the popular rides, you will see 100 people standing within 8-9 feet of queue 4. No sanitisers used to clean the rides after every batch. So better make sure if you have your own sanitiser

This is a entertainment park for kids. Varieties of rides are there. Wet-o-wild is the most attractive segment of this park. Ropeway, toy train 🚃, patel boat and many other amenities are here. Maximum visitors visit this place between 25 Dec. to 1 Jan. You can spend your day here with your family or friends.

Went to Waterside Cafe, Hyatt Regency Kolkata. I felt tables in cafe were placed too close to each other during this COVID time because of which it is difficult to maintain adequate distance between customer. Hence reducing 1 star. Food was great, full 5 star for that.

Overall, I had a great experience with the ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a weekend. Wide variety for Lunch and Dinner buffet. Just Wanted some more veg options. Spacious lobby.

Everything has been great starting from our checkin into the hotel till we checked out. The staff particularly the restaurant staff has been very prompt, courteous and helpful. The quality and variety at the Buffets(breakfast and dinner) was very good and provided us the taste of local delicacies. I would like a special mention for housekeeping staff for taking care of the room while doing his daily cleaning jobs etc. Very prompt listening to our request and fulfilling them instantly. The location of the hotel is also very nice, with clean and green within and outside the hotel. I would surely like to come and stay at Hyatt Kolkata during my future visits

Amazing place for fun with friends and family. There are several rides that comes with the entry ticket and there are others which you need to buy tickets for separately. If you are willing to spend the entire day, this is the perfect place for that.

Jungle boat safari is cool attraction for families and couples too. Couple can enjoy the whole day here without hassle. Rates: 500 entry fee (mandatory) 300 water park fee 800 if anyone want all rides tickets all at once. Either you purchase full package or you can purchase combos as per your convenience. One can take entry fee and purchase individual ride tickets from windows beside every ride. Central govt people, army people also get here 4% concession on full every purchase except the food shops inside the park.... Personally I had a bad experiance with a staff over a joy ride. Changing rooms are available. U can have light beer 330ml for Rs 200/- per btl at wet o wild section. U can have food there too. We had a plain dosa. It was good. Smoking is possible near the mens toilet at Flying Saucer. U will see they provided one ashtray near the toilet. My humble request don't litter there, use dustbins. Visit and enjoy.

Growing up I’m Kolkata the only theme park that we were excited for was Nicco park. Dint have any better option than that. I think it’s time for them to get better & thrilling rides. The only two rides that have the thrill factor are sky diver and cyclone. It’s still fun though.

It is a really amazing park and a must visit if you are on Kolkata tour . Will recommend you to take the expensive tag which includes all the rides of both Nico and water park . Their is also other tags which provide food in it but i personally won't recommend . Try going during weekdays because during holidays it gets super crowded. One more tip try buying online tickets as it helps one to avoid standing in long queue and also alot of times there is winter or summer offer .

Great place to hangout, good combination of dry and wet rides, try to go early in the morning for spending your day. So many food options available so not a problem for your lunch. Try to complete your wet rides first, since they are being closed by 5.30pm only. Book through online mode, you will get BOGO offer. As per the service it is not so great as the crew wasn't helpful enough, they even gave us the key during checkin and expected us to find our room without any guidance, also as there were VIPs present they didn't look after us during the Breakfast Buffet. I went here for lunch, not staying. From outside its look like little dirty these days, but inside is very clean. Food quality is good, but not excellent. Valet parking is available. Location is great and you can clearly see from the road. Also, you can access it from salt lake side.

Its definitely a 5 star hotel with amazing decor. The place is very lush and it is huge both inside and out. Although some of the rooms seems slightly dated, it's still full of luxury and class.

5-star experience. Beautiful property. Attentive and caring staff. The views from the executive suite were scenic. Rajesh, the duty manager was welcoming and went above and beyond in ensuring a memorable stay. Spa facilities could be managed better though, and the hotel could do better in having a few kids friendly activities.

It is a good amusement park. It has many rides. Nice to visit with family and children. There are many food outlets inside for snacks as well as lunch, but quality is not great, though overpriced in some cases. There are many public toilets installed inside, which is a boon.I really like the place in vacation thime. It's a amusement park and has a variety of rides to try. There are some low level rides you can try for free after you get inside, at least when I last visited it was like that, now after corona I am not sure. The paid rides are the more fun ones and prices depend on the ride itself. Outside food is not allowed and inside food is over priced. If you planning to go here go on a regular day it's busy on a holiday. Also try to be here during overcast or hard winter you will enjoy better.

Firstly we go for the ground rides and after completing those we go to the waterpark the most exciting area in nicco park. This is shocking....Service... We were looking for banquet booking...since morning 10 am around today...reception people's approach so casual...unbelievable..one number of Ms. Anuradha was given and she didn't even showed the courtesy to reply or text for her several calls which she didn't picked....atlast I called reception at around 11 am then that lady asked the date we were looking for booking and assured that sales team will contact you...now it is 12.40...no one till not contacted...what a shameful service...

One of the highlights of the park was the Wet-O-Wild section. It was a water area that was really fun and also kept very clean. The water slides and pools were well-maintained, and I felt comfortable enjoying the water activities there.

The hotel atmosphere and staff attitude is good... Went for lunch, there were many varieties in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. I would recommend other places only for tasting good food...

Try to visit on weekdays because there is a huge number of crowds on the weekend. If you are going with your bachelor friends then it's alright but with family (specially females) it's tough to manage. They have lots of stalls inside the park but try to eat from the food court because there you will get a variety of food and yes the price is not pocket friendly but manageable except water, they charge rs 50 for one bottle of water (1 litre). If you don't want to buy water bottle they have an option of aqua guard which is free. Rest is enjoy the thrilling rides and water park.

Visited for a buffet lunch at the Waterside cafe. Had a wide variety of food items of various cuisines. The Asian and desserts section was quite remarkable. Live salad and pasta were also nice.

Had an excellent New Year Lunch this afternoon at the Waterside Cafe with my family. At 2,800/- per person (approx, all inclusive), it wasn't particularly cheap. However, the variety & flavours were absolutely worth it. The very definition of 'Quality over Quantity'. There was a full spread of multi cuisine options, but I had my fill from the salad station, dimsums, sushi station, chaat station, ending with heavenly desserts. The desserts of dark chocolate & berries are the best I've had in the city - not sweet, but oh so delicious. Service was alert & polite. Regular weekday lunch buffet is 1700/- + tax. Will definitely try a regular weekday buffet

We usually stay in Hyatt every year when we visit India and always have a great time. This year we stayed for a week. Their hospitality is really great with all their amazing staff especially in the waterside cafe. I’d like to give a shout out to Shizan in waterside cafe who goes above and beyond for the guests. He truly made us feel like home, making sure we are well fed and taken care of every time we were there.
