I have been a loyal member of equinox . I'm hugely impressed with the equipment,overall workout sessionsand the diet plan.Naveen bhai and Ashok bhai are very approachable and are managing the gym very well. The gym has a beautiful view of a park which brings a sense of peace and calmness. I feel extra motivated to go to the gym and burn some calories, I highly recommend this place 💯

This is really an excellent and calm place to work out! There is all the regular equipment as well as a crossfit workout area, all of which is maintained very well and in great condition. The fitness instructor/trainer here is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in guiding you with interesting and really effective exercises and workout plans. The exercises are also in particular motivating and inspiring. This fitness centre is located in a quiet residential neighborhood (opposite a park) away from traffic and noise, and is very convenient to walk to. Highly recommended regardless of what your training/fitness goals are, and even if you want to try it out for a few days or are visiting temporarily.

A traditional fashion in all the Gym’s is equipped with almost the same instruments. But what makes Equinox unique is a cordial manager, a well experienced trainer and a constructive & motivational environment. The proper guidance given and the sequence of workouts taught impressed me well. Overall Equinox is great for fitness, well equipped, it is moderately priced, builds a positive atmosphere and genuinely fun place to workout.
