Went for a presentation. Didn't stay there. Valet parking available. Coffee was good. The conference hall was well maintained.

Amazing service from the kindest and most efficient people. The hotel is especially clean and the breakfasts, oh my. We used the transfer service, room service and laundry services and everything was at that gold standard level. We were so sad to leave!

I booked there lunch for 20 people with serving. The food was bad and the service was bad. I booked one hotel room also and the fare was high, the room was normal. The view was bad. It was very basic room and area was small. Please avoid this hotel at any cost. Not even close to any other five star hotel.

We are regulars here. We generally dine at the restaurant. Food is excellent. Ambience is great. Valet parking is available. Great place to dine with family.

We hosted a get together for 100 people at the rooftop pool. With the lights, the venue was a great hit! Unfortunately, we had a freak rainfall on April 1st just as the event was beginning. The staff quickly came up with a plan b to shelter on the 6th floor. We waited it out and luckily the rain stopped enough for us to enjoy the event with our guests! The food was great, even though we couldn't enjoy all of it some we were busy with guests. Thanks to Nirmal and the banquet staff!

La Marvella is one of the my favourite when it comes to hospitality of guests. I was here for a corporate event and i loved the ambience and service they offer. Food was quite good and the spread of buffet extremely nice. Staff here are very courteous. Full marks to the location, which is very accessible within the city centre.

Nice hotel. Very luxurious. I love the big bathroom. The Golden Oak is a good restraunt and serves international foods. The continental breakfast has a mix of western foods and traditional south Indian food. The room service is good although some lights in our our room just wouldn't turn off. We called room service 3 times and they did not fix it until almost 24 hours later. We had to sleep with the lights on. I would recommend this restaurant for stays longer then 2 days.

Don't go by the name la marvella and the reviews and pics, it is mentioned as 5 star hotel which is no where near that , couldn't sleep whole night and baby had cold because the thermostat is not working. The prices are higher than best 5 star hotels. and regarding amenities they hide from you , spa is not there , but they have mentioned in website and other booking websites. This is not hotel it should be called something which not even matches to up scale lodge.

I stayed at la Marvella for a couple of days for a wedding and can highly recommend it. The service is truly exceptional. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special. Sanath helped me multiple times with various things. Also providing pro active support & help with planning things for my then upcoming travels in India. I left in a hurry and forgot a phone in my room which Prashanth kept safely for me until my arrival back in Bangalore. Overall very professionally managed. The rooms are clean and classic. I loved the breakfast - the staff was lovely and actively brought me some new things to try from the kitchen. The area is also nice - I felt safe as a foreign traveler walking around.

I am from a event organization General manager's behavior towards us was very very worst he insulted us in very low mean They broke our properties I will attach the photo with this General manager of la marvella is very very unprofessional, childish, too disrespectfull towards women harrassmenst and nonsense fellow

Great location but the bathrooms have very flimsy fixtures which I wouldn’t expect for a 5-star hotel. The standard rooms aren’t impressive either. I know this place isn’t as expensive as other five star hotels but it definitely doesn’t deserve the 5-star tag.

We had recently attended the Marriage function in La Marvella , overall rooms are spacious and good. They have a pool area on the terrace and a nice place for a cosy wedding / reception. Food is okay I felt they had done better in terms of starters.

Sad experience....nothing special...rooms are small..views are "excellent".. opens to the next house ....food is below average and expensive...requent electricity cut ...and worst of thr lot is the TV...a continuous pain...hardly any channels work...painful experience ...

Pathetic service to book a banquet. As I am an Event Planner hence asked for a Corporate discount or a B2B price however nothing has been provided. Instead they insisted to speak with client directly and offer only B2C rate. They try not to encourage me as I know how much unfair price they are charging for their so called banquet service. Don't have the courtsey to call me back. They are portraying as 5 star but not worth of more than 1 star.Believe me don't be fool by their outer appearance of their property.

We had a great time at Golden oak restaurant. We went as a family of over 15 people. The food, service and hospitality was awesome. Samir and Uttam gave excellent service. Strongly recommend.

We were really well looked after and had a great stay. The rooms were well appointed and had ample desk space to work from. I got to the gym early and used the treadmill and it was a pleasure, with aircon in the gym.

Great place and an absolutely fantastic experience and a great place to visit. We dined here this evening in the dining room. Our family outing was absolutely perfect on Sunday evening . Staff were attentive and helpful, Food was delicious and they offered so many varieties. We will definitely visit this place again.

Rated as 5 star, but leaving one star behind because of the roomsize and breakfast. Slightly overpriced but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Have stayed in bigger rooms for a cheaper price. Breakfast was extremely good, but spread of the the buffet wasn’t upto the mark. Another reason for removing 1 star. Overall, value for money doesn’t exist but a very good stay in terms of quality. Definitely recommended

Celebrated Grandson's birthday party at Le roi party hall yesterday. Hotel management, Chef and other support staff exceeded our expectations in terms of food quality and service. Great place to host birthday function. Excellent ambience, ample parking space. All guests went back totally satisfied. Special thanks to Chef, Mr. Vignesh who understood our requirements perfectly and served extremely tasty food. Also thanks to Ms. Rubina and Mr. Nirmal naik who supported very well through out.

They didn’t charge anything extra and understood our situation. We got our engagement on 2022 and this place is best to book for amazing food. Well laid out comfortable space. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The manager infact recommended an aubergine main course. It wasn't on the menu butchered for it made specially for us well stocked bar. Adequate parking. Clean restrooms. Good food. And a bit pricey. Well. That's to be expected... Right? 😊

Located near Lal bagh and easily accessible to the metro. Rooms were comfortable and the hospitality was good. Its priced on the higher side for what it offers though.

Sales team & room division management is very irresponsible! They take their sweet time to share proposal for corporate contracts and requirements which indicates they are not keen to improve their business

The arrangements and hospitality was amazing. Banquet hall was spacious and clean. Catering was also very nice. Nirmal the banquet manager was most helpful and polite and arranged everything perfectly.

If you are coming to banglore for business purposes La Marvella is the perfect place to stay in. It has all the necessary facilities with a very good ambiance.. You will get all kinds of good foods (both veg. And Non veg). They have a dedicated bar for different drink lovers..

Big roof with swimming pool and greens. Located just next to jaynagar metro station. Food and the service was great as well as the rooms are also good! The roof top gives an awesome view of the sunset and you could enjoy swimming and watching the sunset 🌇

We had been there for a wedding 3 days back and the food was awesome ( remember, it was pure Jain ! No onion, garlic, carrot, potato etc !! ) Unless someone clarified that, you would never know - it was so good. Paneer was very soft and all the subzis, dal, roti, naan and sweets were really good ( Ras Malai stood out amongst them ! )

Had my daughters reception. It was really great. Great arrangements. Met Mr Nirmal for booking the hall. He made sure that we had everything promised. It was a great occasion for us.

The TV was not working, the geyser was not working. What is the use of paying for utility and services when it doesn't work. They didn't even deduct the price or give us an reward points for their negligence. I was travelling with an infant and this was the worst stay I could have possibly imagined. Please check the rooms before allotting them to families. Your service people couldn't even rectify the issue. I was told the GM would call and it has been 5 days no one has even tried.

Good hotel. Probably one of the finest in Jaynagar. Located near to Southend circle metro station. Ambience is good. Neat clean and comfortable place. Thay have rooftop pool to set your evening. Thay have facilities to host weddings and corporate events. Here food tastes just Ok, nothing great. This hotel is definitely expensive in comparison to the quality of service s they provide for sure.

Just checked out of La Marvella and on the way to the Airport writing this : 1) Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. 2) Bathroom was clean 3) Rooms were cleaned daily by the courteous HK Staff - Special thanks to Chiranjit. 4) First time someone calls us from the Breakfast Restaurant and inquires (as it was nearing 10 am) if we have had our breakfast. 5) Front office was always helpful. 6) Airport Pick up and Drop was managed well. 7) Location is excellent and walkable distance from the shopping areas 8) Metro Station is a few meters away. In all - we enjoyed our short stay and will be back again. Thanks to the La Marvella Team !!

For the price they charge, it's not worth it at all. Hot water wasn't working for a whole day. Custom decor items that were requested during booking were ignored/forgotten. Laundry was forgotten to be picked up. Honestly it was not a joyful stay we expected. Complimentary breakfast was great though.

This is a review about their Banquet Hall - Collosseum. Located in Basement 1. The hall itself is very spacious. We had 120+ guests and it easily accommodated them - moreover, the seating arrangement was such that we had both round tables and individual chairs set up. Even then, all were comfortably seated. About the hotel / management itself - Mr. Nirmal and team were fantastic. They were very open to our suggestions and very patient with our requests. Even when we gave last minute changes / instructions - they immediately implemented them. I did not have to follow up again with them. The service staff were very cordial too. All my guests were very satisfied. But what is truly the highlight was the food - the chef did such an amazing job. My guests just could not stop talking about how delicious the food was. Mr Nirmal promised me that it would be mindblowing - and it truly was! Tip - In case you are confused about the menu to set, discuss with the chef itself - they recommend items and their recommendations did not go wrong. Their signature dessert - Baked Coconut Pudding - Oh My! Lip smacking! Some more items that I recommend: - Litchi Coconut (Welcome Drink) - Samosa Chat - Avial - Pudina Shorba Actually - all the items were delicious but these were the ones that stood out. Overall - totally satisfied. Can't thank Mr. Nirmal and team (and the Chef) enough.

So, they claim to be a 5*hotel, but I think they have a long way to go. Food is great, ambience is nice, service is decent also. All was well till we were having dinner. But then we wanted some coffee and tea after dinner and that is where things fell apart :( they were like we don't make coffee, tea at this hour. Eventually they made it, but then this isn't the kind of service you expect in a 5* hotel. Worst part is that we had the same repeat performance after 3 days!!! Tsk tsk. ...

Am more impressed with the size of washrooms in rooms and cleanliness. Even the washroom in common areas are quite clean and maintained as on date. Had a seamless checkin in less than 5 mins, valet parking available for guests. Restaurants are nice and spacious. The manager Mr. Samir at golden oak obliged us much with providing a custom done out of the menu khichdi for my 3 yr old kid and didn’t even charge for it even though we didn’t order any other food for us at the same restaurant, as we were in house guests. Such gestures make you want to visit again. His team was also at their toes to get some more custom done food for the kid. Can’t appreciate enough. Thank you golden oak restaurant team! The restaurant manager Mr. Suresh and his team at Via Milano were courteous enough. I tried only a dessert there but next time their main meal is a must try for me. Also, the place is super convenient to access via metro and also with an available valet parking, once can quite easily commute with own vehicle too. I’ve stayed for a night and parked my car and no negative incident happened with parking.

General manager of la marvella is the worst ever💩 Think twice before doing any bookings he might cancel your booking and send yu back if yu just ask him to wear mask😂 He is the rudest person.. does not know how to talk to womens😎😎

This is NOT a 5-star hotel but a 3-star at best. The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation, the service was slow and unaccommodating, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The wifi did not work half the time. There were even power cuts! I was extremely disappointed by the discrepancy between the hotel's advertised rating and the actual quality of the experience.
