Seriously... the doctor is the worst doctor i ever met in my life! So RUDE! If i can give zero star i would ! 👎🏿 And the clinic smells like garbage..

If you’re here kindly proceed to nearest mediviron jalan cheras(yulek) after visit taman segar mediviron, they’re not professional and sometimes rude, plus the doctor just ask you what’s the problem and few questions not even a minute ask you to leave without actually checking properly while they charged you and give medicines without their individual packagings like those in other clinics or pharmacies? How can I know what medicines(exact name) I’m consuming then? No wonder their clinic so rundown airconds not working, probably most patients came once and never return and they depend largely on newcomers for revenue

Worst clinic I have ever been to. Did not even bother checking, just asked me straight up what I want? How am i supposed to know what I want? Who is the doctor here? He also seems like he doesnt want to be there. The nurse too! How is this clinic even still open?

I'm only here cause the clinic I frequent to opposite this one is currently closed. 3rd time visiting this place and every single time I step out disappointed without fail. Whatever bad review you read here is honestly valid. The doctor in charge at the time was just very eager to get me out of the room. Didn't even got an explanation on what might be the cause. When I asked him what kinda meds he was going to prescribe to me he just told me I can just wait at the counter and they will give me the meds when the receptionist is only capable of informing you of the doses u should take, not name of the meds. Pay so much for medication and consultation but service is nonexistent

Felt discriminated and got denied patient's right to ask for clear explanations. First time ever hearing from a doctor, "We should stop talking now, YOU MAY INFECT ME." I do not have to be medically knowledgeable to know that many normal illnesses are infectious, and that is why we go to doctor. Even kids without high education also understand respect (and minimum sense of responsibility). Have to go to see another doctor at the end. Moral lesson: Should have trusted the 1-star rating reviews here before going to his 'clinic'.

I had similar experience with others who have complained here. Dr. Matthew was absolutely unprofessional, unethical, rude and egoistic. Worst attitude ever, am totally speechless. I was literally being told you should be ashame of yourself, whilst having diarrhea and nausea, seeking help from him but the whole session was purely insult or in fact discrimination. I think statements like "MCA is not in power anymore or etc" has nothing to do with me consulting him for diarrhea/ nausea. I understand the reason he told me to be ashame of myself etc, was that I have limited knowledge of bahasa, but I have received my education abroad. I admit bahasa Is important but there's no need to repeat that statement so many times (you should be ashame of yrself) I was just seeking help. Or maybe he could have just told me in a nicer manner. If anyone here would like to complain officially, please feel free to drop an email to the mmc n moh. Hope it helps.

Please try not to burn incense inside the clinic during operation hour, there’s no aircon and the only functioning fan is located at counter. Please be more considerate to the patient.

The doctor didn't even seem like he wanted to be there. I told him I thought I was having an allergic reaction on my lips but couldn't be sure as it had never happened before and I didn't know what was causing it. After a short examination, he didn't offer ANY answers and just told me to drink more water and take the medicine. I went in not knowing why there were little red dots on my lips and went out in the same state of confusion.

Almost all the 1 or 2 stars reviews here is spot on. This doctor should just close shop and stay at home rather than provide such lousy service. Mother-in-law went there dur to high diabetic indication. He just mindlessly asked why we are there to 'impact' him! I think he is not only rude but mentally unstable or paranoid. If he doesnt want to be there to treat patients, he should just stay home. Or MOH should come to close him down

The clinic is badly maintained, doctor takes temperature reading from clinic assistance with standing thermometer at the entrance. Clinic assistances are not helpful and appear like they don’t want to be there.

This place dont come really dont come . Rude Doctor - I went in and I speaked English and he talk to Me in Malay . Then I continue with malay and he I told him I dont need Antibiotik and Then he replied that he dont understand my malay and he closed the door . You being a doctor cannot speak English a ? Rude receptionist , no smile explain my medication in 1 seconds I asked for pheilgm and throat medicine and they gave Me flu Medicine .

Dr Matthew Somasundram seems to be more afraid of treating the patients than the patients. Looks like he studied medicine not to serve the patients but just for the "DR" in front of the name. Worst Dr!

Dr Mxx was so rude to me was trying to explain what happen to me but he just ask me to go straight to the point the most impatient doctor i've ever seen don't even care to listen won't visit this clinic again was deciding should i go to chandran clinic opposite initially, but then i went to this mediveron tmn segar regretted my decision i have to at least give 1 star else google won't let me post this review, but if can, i would give zero star

Saw a BABY RAT!!! inside this clinic!!!! Just walking around!!! Freaking disgusting!! And the receptionist was just looking at it n laughing with her friends about it like it's not a big problem...wth????

My restaurant staff had a cut on his hand so he visited this clinic. And the nurse said he need to pay a RM500 deposit before the doctor could help. This is very unfriendly and unprofessional!

felt unwell and doctor said doesn't qualify for MC but gave 3 medicine, so? Claim from medical insurance a lot but can't simply give MC? If really can work also no need go la, deserved for 1 star, please don't go, will check review before visiting onwards lol

Bad attitude. Won’t visit again

First, when entering clinic is full of indian culture/religion smell (maybe I'm sensible of smell but this make me headache enough) Second, for local people have to consider due to mostly is foreign patients For who come with vehicles, this location hardly to find parking and have to park very far away. Imagine you sick enough.

Came here for a post nasal drip issue which caused me a very bad strep throat, I had to get one day of MC however on second day I was still feeling aches and the strep throat wasn't better yet (as a trainer my job requires me to speak for up to 4-6 hours a day) I called up the second day and asked due to my distress could I get the MC extended just for another day.. the staff replied rudely that I won't need an MC and the Dr said I should come in for a Covid Test!? (But I had already had the Covid test done before I visited the doctor which I mentioned to him earlier) Also I felt the doctor was a bit too keen on me running Covid tests and aslo abit "Salesy"(ALERT) I normally never write reviews on anything prior to this, but I hope that this clinic and it's doctor would try to understand their patients needs better, and its not so much about trying to rip them off. I would say I went to them because of their 24hour availability and located in Taman Segar near my residence and didn't think twice but after this has happened I have Googled and found there are 2 other Mediviron clinics in the same area where the reviews are good and will go there next time. Not coming here again:( And I reckon people don't read Google reviews for GP clinics usually as we don't think that there are any bad doctors or clinics, guess this is one of them.. Anyway this is my review for anyone's reference. Go to other GP clinics if you can..

Dont bother going to this clinic. Called the receptionist thrice and she put me on hold for 10 minutes each time. I can hear she chatting with other people on the background.

Unprofessional and negligent way of handling patients. Provided unnecessary medications and non accurate medical advice. To top it off? Dr matthews here thinks he is in his right to treat patients the way he does. The reviews here spoke accurately in their description of this clinic.

Such a worst clinic ever... No professionalism, no ethics, no proper medical ethics, not following medical SOP in handling patients at counter, Dr always will be Missing in action, no proper training and ethicality for clinic assistants. Don't ever go to this clinic if any emergency.

Went for a check up and told the doctor honestly that I can't afford medicine. I just want to pay for the check and get a MC note for my job. The Indian Doctor straight away asked me to leave and rudely said its illegal to get Mc without buying medicine. Worst of the worst.

Hello, I am a staff that was working in this clinic at the time this incident happened. Let me clarify about the situation above... Around 2:40pm on Thursday, we had a patient who came to the clinic with her friend. At the registration counter, the patient's friend asked if the doctor was here and one of our staff said yes but that she needed to wait awhile without stating specific time. Then, the patient went to the toilet and her friend sat down. Once she came from toilet, the staff asked if she wanted to see the doctor, but instead, the patient's friend answered and said yes. The staff asked the patient to register first and asked for her ic. She gave her ic along with her company panel card and the staff asked what symptoms she was having. Before the patient was able to answer, her friend answered while sitting at the waiting area. Not only that, but whatever the staff asked was also answered by the friend. The staff asked the patient if it was her or her friend who wanted to see the doctor. The patient said that she wanted to see the doctor and the staff told her if she was the patient, she should answer questions and it would be more easy if she told what symptoms she had. During the conversation, the doctor had arrived to the clinic. Our staff didn't say the doctor went for dinner or that she had to wait 30 minutes, we don't keep our patients waiting that long and we also won't tell panel patients to go to the opposite clinic because they are panelled to us. We really hope we can clear the confusion here. Thank you.
