What
started
out
wonderful,
ended
on
me
switching
chiropractors.
Dr
Lillis
was
great,
but
there
was
some
miscommunication
about
care
plans
and
them
signing
off
on
my
care.
So,
the
next
time
I
went
in
after
"completing"
my
care
I
would
have
to
pay
out
of
pocket.
Mind
you
they
told
be
okay,
and
let
me
walk
out
even
though
they
knew
they
would
still
charge
me.
A
couple
weeks
go
by,
and
I
get
a
bill
in
the
mail
for
that
appointment
and
then
claiming
i
didn't
call
or
show.
But,
I
did
show
and
if
they
would
have
been
clear,
in
my
scheduling,
I
would
have
never
made
the
appointment.
I
also
had
to
cancel
an
appointment
months
ago
due
to
a
family
emergency,
and
even
after
them
just
giving
me
a
warning,
I
am
now
charged
with
that.
Overall
I
think
they
are
fine
people,
but
the
communication
end
of
their
business
is
lacking.
