I love going to this location. Everyone is so friendly. I go there a little too much that they remember me. I'm not sure if it's a policy thing or not but I wish they'd ask if you want to use your points. They are definitely quicker than the Ankeny Blvd location.

Employees were kind and service was quick. Buuut I asked for a little extra caramel drizzle and was given diabetes in a cup..

Great staff and they have the clover machine.. the only issue is the drive thru is tight and always backed up..

My order was perfect, no line in the drive thru (I never get so lucky! ) and the food was amazing. Thanks for making my trip home a good one

If I’m paying $8 for a breakfast sandwich, I think the sandwich should be built better than this.

The staff here is so friendly and will even remember your name. This is definitely my favorite Starbucks in Ankeny.

There is something about this location. I always have the best experience. Whatever i try is always fantastic. The staff are great too, great suggestions and fun to talk to. It's just always a good vibe

Had to get two of my drinks re made twice and they still mess it up. And the person that was fixing my drinks was giving me attitude for no reason. Horrible starbucks. The one in targets way better.

I walked in as I worked at a business less then five minutes away and asked one of their cashiers what time they closed.. I was told 830pm, my store closes at 7 so I tried to place an online order for when I was done with work as it wouldn't take long. Their online orders were closed, and when I called the lady that answered the phone told me they closed at 730. They really need to get all the staff on the same page, because this was total bull. I tried to ask if I could go ahead and give her the order over the phone and she got snippy saying "your can order when you get here" then without any warning she hung up.... this is not good customer service, this is poor service and honestly my fiancé and I will not be back to this location even if I work next to it. We will take our business somewhere else, besides 7 brew has better coffee and prices then you guys do. I will be calling the store manager as well about this issue.

I ordered a white chocolate mocha frappuccino and was given a drink that was full of mint. When I was pulling my Starbucks app out at the drive through window and gave to the girl at the window my card to pay at the same time, she went ahead and swiped my card. And she said: “Oh, I swiped your card, can’t add points now.” and “I did not know you have app to scan”. The service here has gone downhill. They might have not cleaned their blender in between of making drinks.

The drink was alright. I ordered a chocolate mint frappe. The location was a bit annoying to navigate around because the strip mall forces you to go completely around when exiting. I don't appreciate being asked to tip in a drive through. Pay your staff more so they don't have to live off tips.

I don’t know what it is but every time i order a drink and be polite as possible they still mess up my drink. I always ask for light ice and this specific person named “Ethan” is always uptight and rude when i had him remake my drink he rudely slammed my drink on the counter and didn’t call out my name to say that my drink was done, ever since then he’s been nothing but disrespectful and rude to me every time i order so make sure if your run into “Ethan” at this specific Starbucks to report him to the manager I’m not typically like this but the service is usually great but every time i run into him i get the worst experience…

Really tired of these stores using "shipping shortages" as an excuse when the store 5 minutes away has the product I want. Just say you're out. It's not a good excuse because we're uncomfortable telling people your out.

Stopped in on way to a conference and had my iced chai tee in 3 minutes!! Everyone was awesome!!

I drove to this location which it says it closes at 9:00 pm but they were closed at 8:35 pm!! a car just infront of me got their order and they refused to serve me !

Drinks are generally pretty consistent. The drive thru is usually pretty busy, but moves fairly quickly. The employees have been friendly and courteous. I would hesitate stopping here for a quick pick me up

Meets expectations is 4 stars. Clean. Fast walk in process. Easy parking. Did not see if bathroom was clean. Drinks were made correctly.

I love this Starbucks. I always go to this location, several times a week. I usually pick up drinks for several coworkers at a time, so my orders are larger, but the drinks always come out fast and accurate. The employees here are so friendly and kind! When I last went, I spilled my drink pulling out of the driveway, and the employees remade my drinks free, brought them out to my car, and brought me a ton of paper towels. Best Starbies in Ankeny

To much whip cream half coffee and half whip cream, 🤮. drive thru lady was rushy after I ordered the first drink, didn’t even mark down half of my order after repeating the order twice slowly, didn’t even get everything that we came here for. first time at this location and last time I’ll go to my regular location.
