I happened to stumble upon this place due to being a doordash driver and having an order to pick-up here. I liked the atmosphere it had very homey feel. Waitresses were very friendly and kind. So I returned twice within the week once with my boyfriend (no pictures) was so good we ate it all before I thought to take pictures. The second time my client and I came again both loved it and digged in before I remembered to get a picture. Absolutely delicious both meals (both times something different) everyone was a fan.

Came after ⚽️ game for breakfast 😋 👌. The place is kept clean for an older looking establishment. Great ambience at this location. Parking is plentiful. The service was excellent, courtesy , and very professional. Our food 😋 was very very good 👍 😋. Their home fries were to die for very similar 😋 to scalloped potatoes!!!

My favorite weekend breakfast spot. Great, fresh made food. Fresh mash potatoes. My favorite country fried steak in town, and the green beans on Sunday are delicious. Staff is very friendly for how busy they stay. Food is always hot and quick to be made and served. There is occasionally a short wait on weekends when it’s busy, but well worth the few minute wait. Highly recommend this place.

The food is tasty. The biscuits and gravy is the best! My husband got a Philly cheese steak omelette and a few sides. We were pleasantly surprised by how good it is. The atmosphere is kind of blah, but the food is great. It’s regular southern breakfast food, but they have perfected the recipes.

Great family owned restaurant! We went for breakfast. Seated right away, very nice waitress, and food came fast! We will be back.

Great Lakeland spot for breakfast and lunch. I usually do breakfast for both! Awesome staff always takes care of you. They close at 2, so be sure to get there early. Enjoy!

Worth the stop! Made a spontaneous stop here for breakfast at 9:30 on a Saturday. The place was packed and loud, but I can see why. The staff kept things moving so wait times were not long. The prices were fair. All the food was delicious! Our daughter's pancakes were enormous. Definitely the star of the meal. This place was worth the stop!

Love this place. Food is always fresh and done right. I haven't found anything here I don't like. Service is very good as well. Even when it's busy you still get good service.

This is a wonderful breakfast spot! They remodeled the place and it looks great. It is so much brighter and welcoming than before. All of our food was delicious, service on the spot and prices totally reasonable! Overall, a 5 star experience!

I haven't been here in a while but I wish I could go back this place is awesome I suggest banana cream pie for dessert it is so good .

Imagine a classic, great hole-in-the-wall diner, and you will know exactly what the Egg Factory is. Such a hidden gem of a place! They have a lot of good breakfast and lunch options, all for ridiculously good prices considering the food is true quality. I got the steak tips with peppers and onions and it was oh so good. The steak was soft yet chewy, and when I added in the side order of eggs I got it was a fantastic meal, for super cheap! Their biscuits are nice too, super soft and not too dense. My dad got the chicken fried steak and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The coffee is pretty good as well. All of the staff was really kind and attentive to us and it was just a really laid-back, refreshing atmosphere. I’ll be come back here for sure.
