I’ve
been
going
to
Busch
Gardens
for
40
years.
It
was
always
a
positive
experience
of
my
childhood
and
teenage
years.
I
decided
to
get
my
kids
and
I
season
passes
and
visit
the
park
for
the
holiday
light
show.
We
visited
the
park
last
Wednesday.
When
we
arrived,
just
before
the
parked
opened
at
12
pm,
we
were
already
being
directed
to
an
over
flow
parking
lot
at
adventure
island???
I
thought
for
sure
the
park
was
going
to
be
absolutely
packed
and
almost
turned
back
but
for
the
kids
I
went
ahead
and
we
took
our
chances.
The
park
was
decorated
beautifully
and
it
really
didn’t
seem
overly
packed.
I
don’t
understand
why
we
we’re
directed
to
park
so
far
away.
The
ride
lines
weren’t
to
bad.
Most
our
visit
my
kids
waited
30-60
minutes
for
the
coasters
and
a
few
times
even
less.
What
was
very
disappointing
was
the
lines
for
refreshments
and
snacks.
It
seemed
to
me
that
the
park
was
extremely
understaffed.
At
least
half
the
refreshment
stands
weren’t
open
and
the
ones
that
were
had
longer
lines
than
the
rides.
No
joke.
Also
the
game
area
had
one
attendant
running
3-4
games
at
the
same
time.
The
lack
of
staffing
caused
a
lot
of
areas
in
the
park
to
be
very
chaotic.
Many
areas
could
also
use
some
serious
remodeling.
By
the
end
of
our
visit
the
line
to
get
on
a
tram
to
take
us
back
to
Adventure
Island
was
crazy
in
comparison
to
the
number
of
trams
being
used
so
we
decided
to
walk
the
30
minute
hike
to
our
car
along
with
at
least
half
the
other
visitors.
I’ve
never
in
40
years
seen
half
the
patrons
walk
so
far
to
their
cars
because
the
tram
wait
was
going
to
be
so
long.
It
seemed
as
though
they
were
using
like
only
three
trams.
Idk
but
many
of
us
even
with
young
kids
walk
to
our
cars
at
10pm
at
night.
That
was
extremely
disappointing.
Over
all,
it
was
a
decent
visit.
I’m
chalking
up
the
problems
I
encountered
to
this
corona
pandemic
situation.
I
truly
hope
the
management
can
get
these
problems
corrected
otherwise
the
park
I
once
new
may
never
be
the
same.
