Slightly disappointed due to an item displayed on a offers shelf along with other items advertised as £1, £2 or £3 to get to the till to find the item i bought was actually £3.50. I know it is only 50p but false advertising or misleading not good for a company of yhis size reputation.

Used be good for veggies, not as good now 😑

Excellent for frozen food and general shopping,located in the town center and easy access to bus station and taxis. Great customer service and well kept store.

I love this store, especially the brand names you can take home and cook yourself ie Greggs, slimming world, etc

Order shopping from here every week had a few problems with short dates and poor quality product's but today received wraps with yesterday's date on. They are getting replaced but got no apology. Not good enough!!

Went instore to do delivery as already in town found enough items for it so went to sort delivery only to find that they were fully booked all day and we we would have to come back in store next day to do it as we don't live in peterlee not possible

Whether you're here to buy stuff or to keep cool during the summer heat, this is a fantastic place. Don't actually get into the freezers though, they hate it even if the freezer was empty and they weren't using it. Also they do actually smile at you when you check out.

Came here on a work call; staff friendly and helpful. Busy shop and in a good location with parking behind (though if shopping in Peterlee, parking is 3hrs).

Always a long wait at the checkoit staff are not polite or friendly.

Staff always happy to help, nothing is ever too much trouble for them and if they see you waiting to pay, they always jump on a till. Very good selection of food, fresh is of a very high quality. Definitely recommend
