You can’t come to Vegas without making a trip to Fremont Street. So much to see here. Lots of sparkling lights, zip-lines, street performers, delicious food and drinks, music, entertainment, casinos, and more. Definitely worth the experience. Highly recommend. Tip: If you have kids with you, I wouldn’t bring them down here after 8pm, this place really starts to heat up after that, and is really suited for adults only at that point.

Only a short bus ride or Uber trip from the strip. But well worth the effort! we visited at night which is obviously the best time to go! I was worried the street actors would be too risque for my son, but it was no worse than what we saw on the strip. In fact they were better because they have to remain in specific areas! There were several music stages with different types of entertainment. But the real excitement is the overhead screen. On the hour they present a short three song performance for a specific artist. The rest of the time you can enjoy various videos overhead. Definitely worth taking the family.

Wonderful and amazing live night here. Lots of fun can be done here based on the group you have . Multiple food corners to eat with friends and family. Lots of Street entertainment you will have to watch and enjoy. The amazing live display screen is so huge . The zip lining is the best experience can be done with family. If going with kids , just keep them close as this place is always very crowded as well go little early in the evening as by late evening you will have see some adult entertainment on the street which are not kids appropriate. Must visit place while in Las Vegas. Parking is cheap compared to there places and right next to the street.

Had a great time staying at the Golden Nugget on Fremont Street! It's cool that the party is right out the door. Good eats, big drinks, good music all day and good bands in the evenings! If you don't like loud music, stay off the downtown street because the party goes until 2am. If you want to handle, eat, party and stumble back to your room easily, this is your Vegas. BTW, The Hoover Dam is a half hour drive and Grand Canyon West is another two hours past that! Highly recommend the side trip!

Fremont St was packed! I mean, holy hell packed. Great experience though, I’d strongly consider staying down there next time instead of the strip. It was just so much more lively than the strip. Live bands. LED show above your head. Great time and we felt safe. The slots seem looser down here. Table games (blackjack) was fantastic and fun for all parties.

So much fun. Tons to do. Some good places to eat and have a few drinks. A visit to pink box donuts is a must! Way better than D&D. Do the zip line, nightly music stages. Always something fun to do.

Such a cool place! We stayed on the Strip but we're advised to head to Fremont Street and it did not disappoint. Very unique, quirky... Lots of lights, music. Glad we went!

This was a very cool experience! Someone told us about it, we didn't know it was even there. Great place to spend the evening. Lots of cover bands and just good old fashioned fun! Dance in the street if you want to, shop a little bit, gamble a little bit, and so many choices for food! Not to mention the roof lit up and people zip-lining above you! Highly recommend!!

Such a cool experience! A must go-to if you go to Vegas! Free music and entertainment, good place to people watch, cool eateries on the walk, and plenty of security/police for safety. Lots of interesting things to see and do here! Much better at night when the lights come out!

If you’ve only seen the main strip in Vegas, then I’d recommend heading to Fremont Street. The day we went, there were street performers, music (live and dj), and generally just lots to see. Note that there are a greater number of panhandlers in this area than you will see on the strip. However, they are usually making items to sell on Fremont Street and don’t bother anyone. The overhead show is also super cool and worth it to see if you haven’t before. We spent about an hour here before heading back to the strip on the free shuttle, which comes every 20 minutes (we waited longer though).

Awesome fun - great free street and casino performances . Safe feeling with cops around . Cool lights above you. Many hotels to get a bite and play some games . Took the bus from the strip. Love the energy here.

Really, really cool place to go to. Lots of unique people and places. I'd go just to see the lights. The bars are really cool. Beware if you have kids, there are people in skimpy clothing. It's not too bad. And some people might beg for money... I'd go again.

Super fun crazy experience. Pretty much an adult only thing, especially at night and on the weekends. It's pretty loud too, you will see every and all kinds of people here. The food is great and the casinos are pretty cool too, a few of them are 21+ only. Multiple bands play at the same time on different stages and the main covered light show is awesome.

We ended up on Fremont Street on our last day of our trip. What an interesting place to visit. There is a lot of shopping, eating, and things to do. There are many street sellers and interesting people to see. This is a definite place to go if you want a fun and interesting day.

What a fantastic spot and everyone should visit here at least once. In the evening the place really comes to life with this video ceiling and the effects create such a great atmosphere. Combined with the live entertainment throughout, loads of bars and restaurants it’s easy to spend a whole night here and fortunately the places outside of hotels stay open until the very early hours. It certainly lives up to the hype and is my favourite place in the city.

Golden Nugget > this place always offers a great experience. Nice bartenders and great dealers. Good wins coming out of here too. There is good parking all throughout downtown. Most casinos will validate your parking if you're gambling. Gambling also gets you free house alcohol 🍸 so throw some money in your machine and gets some drinks. Don't forget to tip your server or bartender, and tip more than a dollar! Let's appreciate our service people. Plenty of entertainment to enjoy. When you come to Vegas with your children they are going to see things that happen in Vegas.

Every time I told someone my son was taking me to Vegas for my birthday, they told me to be sure and go to Fremont Street. That place is freaking awesome. When we were there in April, they had 2 gigs going on. Great music. The atmosphere is electric. If you don't go anywhere else, go there. It is like an outside mall with tons of things going on. Be sure and check out the roof and the changing designs. They have 2 ziplines also. There are plenty of places to eat. This is just an awesome place.

Fremont Street in Old Las Vegas is one of my favorite experiences about visiting Las Vegas. Lot of things going on around you other than the rooftop projector and music. Lots of quick grab bites and also upscale restaurants to eat and things to see, street performers, zip lines, casinos. This is really a must to visit while in Las Vegas. There are marked areas for the shows and the stars are great but the show lasts till 2-3 at night. After the show is over, it is not advisable to stay any longer as the place gets shady in the early mornings. In my opinion, it is not advisable to bring kids in this area as crowd can get crazy and shady some times and booze is available aplenty. But I will surely recommend adults visiting here during evenings and till 12-1 at night. Fun place to unwind!

What an open live experience. I loved every bit of it. It was soooo much live and happening, u won't even believe that such kinda place exist away from "the strip". There were so many live shows, performances and dance activities going on. The vibe of the street is full of life and energy and did not feel like coming back to my hotel which was at the strip. The roof was full display and it looked awesome. There was also a zip line experience available. I went to D casino as well and won some money too. I also got a caricature done for me and my husband, it was fun.

One of the most famous shopping and eatery streets in Las Vegas. A unique experience with rooftop light with LED lights and incredible designs. There a lots of things to do and enjoy in the walking street. Good restaurants, live music, gambling machines, or even to walk around to enjoy the vibes. I would recommend to walk during the evening to enjoy the light experience. Definitely a place to visit in your Las Vegas trip. Parking is not easy. Nearest parking mall costs 8$ an hour. If you are lucky might find cheaper street parking near by.

Day time visit. The best time is at night for Halloween. Free concerts. Lots of stores, places to eat and gamble. There is a pricey zip line and video display on the roof. And of course street performers performing for tips. Tip if you watch and are entertained. At least 20.

Visiting Fremont Street in Las Vegas was an absolute blast! From the moment I stepped onto the street, I was captivated by the energetic atmosphere and the unique charm it offered. It felt like a refreshing departure from the typical Vegas Strip, offering a more local and authentic experience. The neon lights that Fremont Street is famous for were even more spectacular in person. They illuminated the night sky, creating a mesmerizing display that transported me to another world. The vintage Vegas vibe combined with the modern energy of the street created a unique and unforgettable ambiance. If you're looking for a more intimate and local experience in Las Vegas, I highly recommend taking a stroll down Fremont Street – you won't be disappointed!

Fremont street was indeed a wild adventure! The music on the different stages was awesome! The street performers..dare I say...somewhat "unique" and interesting. You will see a little bit of everything! Ziplining is taking place above you will the show plays above, dancing, crowds, sounds...it's all there. We went on a Friday evening and it wasn't too crowded...smoky, but not too crowded. The majority of everyone wore masks which made me feel a lot better about the crowds. The police were very visible, so safety is a priority! And there are food options GALORE!

I love this place! All the different people are really fun and entertaining. U don't need to even have any money to have a great time. There's so much to see and do just walking up and down the street. Then there's the 3 stages of live bands that are really good. I enjoy the Ziplines that fly over everyone too! It's totally a blast!

Do not miss this when visiting Las Vegas. Absolute a must and a great night out! It blew my mind what they did here. 3 live bands (good bands also!) playing. Street artists all over the place. And the roof + music is insane! Super atmosphere, really really nice!

Visited back in May 2023. Had an evening visit around 8/9pm and this place was lively, weird, strange, and colourful - and I loved it. Such a site to see and people watch and just observe. There's free concerts going around, lots of people, and something to experience. If you are in Vegas, be sure to spend an hour or two here to experience it. Was really neat to see the LED ceilings change and add to the experience. Haven't experienced something like this before and would be happy to go again.

We found a fun little saloon and saddled up to people watch. Everyone needs to go to Fremont Street Experience when in Vegas. If you walk just a little off the downtown, one can find lots of hidden treasures and local watering holes. Take the bus too.. get opportunity to get somewhat acclimated, and you cannot beat $8 for a 24 hour pass

Fantastic, better than the main strip in my opinion. It's less polished, a little grimey but totally authentic. There's a better atmosphere there too and a wild mix of people. On the day I was there a couple of gigs were playing too. Did the zip line too which was good fun, albeit a little long waiting.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas and I have to say, it was an absolute blast. There's simply no other place like it in the world. The atmosphere is electric, with an endless array of sights, sounds, and experiences that are sure to delight visitors of all ages. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the sheer scope of the Fremont Street Experience. There's truly something for everyone here, whether you're into gambling, shopping, art, music, or just soaking up the energy of a vibrant and dynamic community. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this is one destination that should definitely be on your bucket list. One of the things that really impressed me about the Fremont Street Experience was the wide variety of entertainment options available. There are countless bars, casinos, and nightclubs to choose from, each offering their own unique atmosphere and vibe. Whether you're in the mood for a few drinks or a night of dancing, there's something for everyone here. For those who prefer something a bit more low-key, there are plenty of shops and art galleries to explore. I was especially impressed by the quality and variety of the art on display - there's truly something for every taste and preference here. Of course, no visit to the Fremont Street Experience would be complete without trying out some of the unique and thrilling activities that are available. The zipline, in particular, was a highlight of my visit - soaring over the crowds and taking in the incredible views of the surrounding area was an experience I won't soon forget. Overall, I cannot recommend the Fremont Street Experience highly enough. If you're looking for an unforgettable and truly unique Vegas experience, this is one destination you simply cannot miss. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or solo, there's something for everyone here. Just be sure to bring your sense of adventure - this is one destination that's sure to keep you on your toes!

A busy place at nights and street entertainments are plentiful!. Though allowed, I don't recommend bringing any kids under 16 due to some activities. Lots of night lights and food establishment. A great place to just walk, chill, and drink beer. Lots of Souvenirs and memorabilias. We may try the Zipline next time we are there. It can get pretty busy and pack with people.

Visiting Fremont Street is certainly an experience. Without researching the history of the street, my interpretation is part of the old Las Vegas strip, designated as pedestrian-only (except for service vehicles) and covered by a giant curved l.e.d. Screen. With an assault on the eyes and ears, it is easy to go into a sensory overload, so sensitive individuals should avoid Fremont at any time of day. Great place to see some of the classic casinos such as Binions, Pioneer, and the Golden Nugget. Both inside the casinos and outside are countless shops, bars, and restaurants catering to every appetite. Overhead zip-lining is the fastest way to see the street with a bird's eye view, but zipping along so fast barely gives a glimpse at what the street has to offer. Souvenir! Street buskers and more. Get a photo taken with Superman, Green Lantern, Vegas Showgirls, silver Statues, or topless nuns. All for a modest price of course. A slushy cocktail can be purchased every ten feet. Tired of walking? Let fish massage your feet. Fremont Street is surprisingly family-friendly during the day, but as the evening creeps in, so does the weirdness. If faint of heart, or visiting with children or family, it best to do so during the day, unless grandma doesn't mind the topless nuns. Easily accessible by ride share, taxi or bus.

Fun experience to walk, listen to live concerts, gamble at great local casinos, look at the overhead display screens, and get some food. Come on the weekday so it’s not as busy. Don’t forget the zip line experience. Even at 60 degrees in December it’s very pleasant. Have fun!

This is a street full of life and good vibes! There are tons of different stores and street performers. 3 different concerts were going on at the same time. We loved the animated ceiling as that just gave us so much great vibes. Definitely recommend people stop by if you're in Vegas, not just the new strip! Parking can get tricky. The Fremont street experience garage is no longer free. It seems to be free for the first 15 minutes, but charges $25 flat rate. There is a parking lot nearby for $3/hr.

Stop in during the day, great experience not as crowded. Day time is the best time to really enjoy your self with out the distraction. Actually I was much nicer then the strip with so much construction all over the place. Plan on adding a lot of delay time if you're staying on the strip. Enjoy my friends and stay hungry.

Old Las Vegas at its finest! This is a must-do while you’re there. Regardless of how far you have to travel from the strip to get there, it will be an experience that awes ALL senses. The overhead zip-line, video screen graphix, and street vendors is a must-see. These are things you cannot see on the strip due to Vegas’ laws. Put your tacky hats and attitudes on and You’re sure to have some old fashion laughs. This is their way of life-hopefully not yours! Be careful NOT to exceed the four-hour free parking and DO NOT PARK in “Reserved” parking spots-you WILL be towed. Enjoy

For my first time ever in Las Vegas, ti be able to experience Fremont Street Experience was out of this world. You definitely see a huge variety of people and places and experience many amazing adventures. The lights, colors and sounds are so captivating and is just one of many, many reasons that we will be heading back to Las Vegas. One 7 day trip is just not enough time to take it all in! I absolutely loved it!!!

The street is blocked off to cars at the entrance, therefore, we parked at the Plaza Hotel for $25.00 and ambulated the rest of the way. If you haven’t experienced Down Town Vegas, then I recommend it at least once, it feels a little like Times Square at night in the summertime melded into the Village on Halloween. Street performers, mimes, artists, chip and dale performers, Vegas showgirls, strippers, Jason, S&M dominatrix and other fun costumes and entertainment. Great way to get some memorable pictures and videos. Skylight show with ziplining and three stages with live concert bands under the light dome, along the route towards the end was a performing DJ spinning club music. There were also bars and souvenir shops along the way. There’s something entertaining for every adult, it’s like an adult playground (not for children unless you don’t mind answering a plethora of questions). Walking shoes are recommended unless you’d prefer to be the entertainment ;) One downside; smoking is allowed…. It’s a different side of the Vegas strip where some performers get noticed. The Fremont experience is in a world of its own, be prepared to spend at least an hour to absorb some of the experience.

This was my first time on Fremont and I had a blast. Went during the day and although it is technically outdoors, it remained comfortable cool under the canopy. Lots of things to do, lots of interesting characters, and the light display is awesome. Went back during the night and it was like a party going on. Loved the live DJ and the street performers. I will definitely consider staying down here on a future trip.

Very cool, so much better then the strip, if you want the Vegas feel I recommend this. The over head show was great and all the lights really feel like something you will only see in Vegas, if you only do one thing this should be it. Lots of food, shopping and entertainment. My only regret is that we went kinda earlier in the day and it would have been so much better at night, when you could see the lights better.

Loved the electronic light show on the overhead. Thought that the designs were the same but it changed nightly. It was lovely to see. There's lots of souvenirs to look and buy and lots of places to eat. Don't be afraid to look for cheap places to eat in the area, because there are some, you just have to do your research. Also be cautious of random individuals offering to sell you drugs, one of my daughter's and my son-in-law were approached and asked if they wanted to buy some. If you want to go venturing around walk with your group or party, it's safer in numbers.

Definitely a nice experience but different post COVID-19. Masks are required due to the mandate. There are bars, restaurants, gift shop, and a dispensary. There's various people singing, dancing, etc. Definitely a little bit of this and a little bit of that. It's quite indescribable. I'd recommend anyone visiting check it out. Make sure you keep an eye on your meter as they have a monitor that shows a photo of the car and license plate when the meter has expired or close to expiring.

Get away from the strip and visit Fremont Street aka Downtown Vegas! Totally worth the trip. Different vibe from the strip with cheaper food and drinks and great historic casinos. Street performers and vendors have their own spaces and the overhead screen is amazing! Definitely a must see if in Las Vegas. The bus can take you from the strip to here for $6. Many people overlook this area , don't make that mistake!

I have seen every generation of the Fremont Street Experience and this is by far the best. High def and geat music. Unlike the past when it operated only on schedule it was rocking continuously. I will definitely be going back on my next trip to Vegas. It's a really incredible show now if you are in the mood. I wish we could post videos because a photo is t enough.

Epic!!! An amazing time with music lights and great people watching. We lived wandering down the street and just popping into a bar for a drink then on to the next stage or bar. There were shops for souvenirs and they were everywhere. This was the best part of our trip to Vegas. The cab ride for 5 people from the strip to Fremont is only like 35$ and well worth the ride!

What a fabulous, fun section of downtown Las Vegas! I walked the entire Fremont Street, went in a few of the shops, watched the people on the ziplines, watched some of the street performers, and was awed by the electronic art above and around. To experience all of this cost absolutely nothing! If you're in Vegas you must come "experience" this place!

This was a very unique experience that wasn't for everyone. You will see stuff that you have not ever seen before. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, this is the place. There are casinos that have lower minimum bids on tables. Restaurants that offer dine in or Togo. Be cautious of you are planning to bring little kids.

Great range of food and drinks available from the various bars and restaurants and food stalls. We used the restrooms in the casino and bars when visiting. Can be extremely crowded and difficult to keep together. There are a few parking buildings near by. A visit to Las Vegas wouldn't be complete without a visit to Fremont Street.

This is the best place to be if you just want to relax near this area and get a hotel. You walk around and you are right on Fremont street. There is tons of entertainment and street performers. DJs play good music and you can dance, drink, enjoy and eat on Fremont street.

Walking Fremont street is always a good idea while in Las Vegas. I would also highly recommend buying tickets for the New Years party. You get to walk in and out of several casinos along with seeing some great throw back performances. You can also catch a cash game of poker to pass the time. I will for sure be back.

We were there on Saturday. It was nice and clean. No smell of pee, dodo or weed. Lots and lots of colourful people added to the fun. Cops were taking rounds which made us feel very safe. They were clearing the homeless people. Many innovative street performers. Got the chance to enjoy two different live bands. Food joints around served good food and great customer service. We walked full lengths of street few times. Then sat in one restaurant facing the music stage. We had so much fun. Very highly recommended to spend many many hours.

Freemont is always fun!! I'm someone who loves lights and all of their brilliance!! So if course Freemont delivers and gives me all the feels!! The live entertainment was good!! Even the lady singing and not quite knowing the words and humming through those tricky parts tickled me. I still overall enjoyed myself!! I will definitely return!!

The atmosphere in "Old Vegas"was awesome and vibrant. The fact that Fremont Street is closed to vehicle traffic allows visitors to walk freely and enjoy the scenery and history of some of the oldest casinos in Las Vegas. There is a large LED canopy overhead to keep you dry while displaying amazing imagery, a zipline that carries you above the crowd while still under the canopy. Street performers and vendors, 3 stages where bands, etc. perform for free and access to several casinos and restaurants. A MUST for anyone visiting Vegas!!

I've never felt such an element of "Sin City" before visiting here. Yes it's an experience and the overhead visual is gorgeous. However, the drinks are not as good as on the strip & the food is overpriced. Parents, please do not bring young children down to visit Fremont! There are quite a few barely dressed people walking around ready to swat you on your behind or just take a picture with you if you wish for money. You can zip line & attend some interesting concerts but, I would never bring children under 15 or 16!!!

This place was worth the trip! Full of energy, music, and excitement! Worth the uber ride! Get food while you're here, it's way cheaper than the strip! Shopping is decent too! Jump on the zip line if you dare! Maybe during the warmer months the party is off the chain! I'll be back!

Fun place for all the family. Watching the led screen project cool images and music accompanied with the visual imagery. Plenty of people watching and some drunks I did see a lot of people throwing up so watch where you walk. It’s all covered so it’s good even for raining days.

  • 5/5 Nik B. 3 months ago on Google New
Just loved the vibe there! It's definitely a must go if you're in Vegas. Start an end of the street, enjoy the beautiful curved display, multiple street artists, and a few bands here and there! I wouldn't recommend the zip line experience, though!

  • 5/5 Forest R. 2 years ago on Google
Over the decades I have continued to return for a visit. From the smaller scale casinos to the street performers and more, the Fremont experience is about a more intimate sensory overload. The canopy show and music is always excellent, and now the zip line tour is a must experience for anybody that is not afraid of heights. When you're not up for walking the miles between the mega resorts, venturing over to Fremont experience is worth it because you also get to find the smaller local restaurants of which there are many top-notch selections.

10.16.2021 what a fun place. So many things to see and experience. Love it here. Kids loved it too...really good life bands on the weekends as well on several different stages. Lots of food and all. Artist's, fun, fun, fun. Best place to spe time and drink. Definitely a must see while in Las Vegas. Me and the kids love it here.

Whoooooooooa!!! Overwhelmed by the amount of people, seemed a lot more busier than the strip.... but I had a good time, live free concerts, entertainment, food & souvenir shops, casinos and lots of security & police presence, I was extremely surprised by the amount of people who brought young children. I do not recommend babies or youth especially after 9pm...other than that a good safe experience will definitely visit again

Where all the fun happens! Good hours to come to this place is at night 9-3a ! We had an amazing time, local smoke shops available, you can walk around with variety of drinks available. A bunch of food places! Different performances outside while you just walk around.

My wife had never been down town Las Vegas, so on this trip, I took her down to see the original Las Vegas. While it has changed alot from the old days it still has the luster of lights and the old hotels and establishments. They have put the canopy over the street and has a fantastic light display. It is a fun place to walk around, gambling there still has better odds than the strip and it is cheaper all around for food and drinks. Lots of fun and interesting people watching.

  • 5/5 Cori R. 2 years ago on Google
This experience was so much fun! It was packed with all sorts of people and strange people down there doing strange things. The music on the stages was great, along with all the shops. The lights above with the zip line was designed so cool, definitely amazing to go there and enjoy it! The town that doesn't sleep!

Had a great time and did it for 3 nights in a row. The entertainment was great, such a variety of people, ages and entertainment. Definitely worthwhile and free!!! Only down side was it was so hot for the time we were there and there is not much air movement. Free bands is a plus!! You never know who you will meet, see or talk to.

This was incredible. I had joined friends at the Golden Nugget. There is a little bar on the side of this Fremont street experience. From within the Golden Nugget that expands outwardly in this '50s style bar. Indoor and outdoor service. I was absolutely flabbergasted by this wonderful tucked in location that makes you feel part of the within but totally available to that which is going on all around including zipliners overhead. And a beautiful color show and every kind of human being on earth strolling down Fremont Street. I had planned to go to an early supper and once I went out there for my own personal happy hour & was so entertained that I stayed watching in wonder...ended up bringing dinner back to the room for all of us. This place was an absolutely fantastic location to do it from.

This is seriously the coolest and most hilarious experience I've had in Vegas. I love that the performers have to stay within a set area, so you don't feel bombarded by people begging to take photos with you. The artists were amazing. I wish more shops were open and things were kept in better conditions though.

  • 3/5 Komal J. 9 months ago on Google
Well it's the downtown type area of Vegas. Although if has some cool stuff to see and do like the slot machine zip lining and the heart attack burger which is another experience of dinning you must once try if there but other then that it has some public that might want to avoid like some homeless and junkie walking around. It does has the golden gate hotel and the D hotel plus casinos and usually has loud live music/concert going on. It's something you want to visit if there.

Fremont Street, Las Vegas Fremont Street in Las Vegas is a vibrant and iconic destination that offers a unique and exhilarating experience for visitors. As one of the city's most historic areas, Fremont Street is filled with an energy and charm that is unmatched by any other part of Las Vegas. The first thing that strikes you about Fremont Street is its famous pedestrian mall, known as the Fremont Street Experience. The street is covered by a massive LED canopy, which serves as a gigantic screen for mesmerizing light shows that illuminate the entire area. The combination of flashing lights, pulsating music, and a lively crowd creates an electrifying atmosphere that is truly captivating. One of the highlights of Fremont Street is the array of entertainment options available. Street performers, musicians, and artists showcase their talents along the street, providing endless entertainment for pedestrians. You'll find everything from magicians and acrobats to musicians and showgirls, ensuring there's always something exciting happening around every corner. For those seeking a taste of old Las Vegas, Fremont Street is the perfect place to be. Historic casinos such as the Golden Nugget and Binion's Gambling Hall take you back in time, evoking the spirit of the city's early days. These establishments have a classic charm and offer a more intimate and nostalgic gambling experience compared to the mega-resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. Food lovers will also be delighted by the culinary offerings on Fremont Street. The area boasts a wide range of dining options, from casual eateries to fine dining restaurants. Whether you're craving a juicy steak, a gourmet burger, or international cuisine, you'll find it all within walking distance. Another highlight of Fremont Street is the eclectic mix of shops and boutiques. From quirky souvenir stores to upscale fashion outlets, there is something for every shopper. The lively atmosphere adds an extra element of enjoyment to the shopping experience, making it a delight to explore the various shops and browse through unique items. One aspect that should be noted is that Fremont Street can be crowded, especially during peak hours and on weekends. The sheer number of people can make it challenging to navigate through the crowd, but the lively atmosphere and the excitement of the street make it worth it. Overall, Fremont Street in Las Vegas is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking an authentic and exhilarating Las Vegas experience. Its vibrant atmosphere, stunning light shows, diverse entertainment options, and historical charm create an unforgettable adventure. Whether you're a history buff, a foodie, a gambler, or simply someone looking for a good time, Fremont Street will not disappoint.

Fremont street is fun if you've never been. To enter is free. There are always musicians and street performers you can pay to take pictures with. Truthfully most of the performers are a scam. There are several bars, casinos, and souvenir shops you can go in. There's no where to sit except at the slot machines in the casinos, that was done on purpose. There's also a zip line you can pay to do if you book in advanced.

  • 5/5 Tonie J. 9 months ago on Google
Decided to zipline and check out the Fremont Experience. The Superman zip line from one end of Fremont to the other a 2 block radius was a great experience, and I would do it again! This side of old Vegas had a lot of street performers and people you could take pictures with and a lot of budget friendly restaurants and souvenir shops. My only regret is not visiting at night to see the ceiling lit up!

  • 3/5 Becky K. 8 months ago on Google
If you're looking for lower price slots & table games they were plentiful! Definitely where some of the locals go...we got asked every 3 to 5 minutes if we were staying the night...and would buy something. The shops are much cheaper than the "now vegas strip". You can go zip lining and drink on every corner. There were photo opportunities with almost naked people and "characters" that looked like they could use a bath.

This place is so awesome! Between the old school casinos and the random weird people wandering around and the live music and the pretty fabulous food, you could easily spend an hour or two just wandering around and looking at stuff. The main attraction is obviously the overhead lighted dome. Make sure that you stop to take your pictures and videos and don't walk while videoing because you will walk into someone. 100% recommend! We went twice while we were there. Make sure you cross the street outside and go over to Evel Pizza.

An absolute MUST VISIT when in Vegas. Fremont Street, also known as "old Vegas", where it all started. The street is home to the zip lines, with free concerts and astonishing digital light shows. Some people in our party had more fun there than on the strip! One big benefit is that everything is in walking distance, which is vastly different from the strip. We hopped over to El Cortez after popping in and out of the different music stages, casinos, restaurants, bars and gift shops. It's worth the detour, and was about 30$ for a cab from Luxor. If you want to take the time, you can also hop the Deuce to get there!

It's really a spectacle of lights woven in with some old school Vegas charm. Lots of street performers, souvenir shops and restaurants. The whole area was cool to walk around.

Very cool experience! I was excited to spend my last $5 at the Golden Nugget! I was slightly disappointed that Vegas Vic wasn't lit up, but was still excited to see him. There was a lot of entertainment going on, plenty of souvenir shopping, and the zip line looked really fun! It's definitely something to check out at least once if you go to Vegas.

We needed to experience the Las Vegas strip as it was, so we made it over to Fremont Street. It was pretty clean and not congested. Much easier to maneuver through, prices for food was a little more reasonable, plenty of police on foot as well as on bicycle. The Zip Line doesn't open up until 4:00 so make sure you check before you down there, if interested. The Gold and Silver Pawn Shop is just a block or so way visit that attraction. The building was much smaller then expected.

Wonderful lights and light show with good music and food places. Parking fee was reasonable(first 15 mins free,$4/hr). There were somethings/people,which wasn't appropriate for kids.

A very lively and impressive place. The old Vegas. Suitable for young and old. However, it tends to be a young crowd and more locals than on the Strip. There were several stages with great bands playing rock music from different eras. Lots of people in a good mood and lots and lots of colorful lights. If you want, you can also zipline over the heads of the party people

A massively breath-taking long screen showing fascinating videos of science, nature, galaxy or many others with full entertainment of music and cultural celebrations on the street. You can also enjoy zip line which runs through start to end. You will also find lots of street performers to amuse you. Restaurants including fast food is there too.

If you're in Las Vegas and the time. You must take a night to visit the Fremont Street Experience. It's an amazing place to spend your night and listen to live music, enjoy the zip lining and have a few drinks. The atmosphere at the Fremont experience is amazing with the big and impressive animated ceiling. You'll definitely enjoy it if you have the time. Cheers,

I would say that if you go to Vegas you should at least go once. I’ve gone twice and we accomplished our goal of doing the zip line on the 2nd visit and I would be okay if I never got to go back. It is a vibe but it’s the aggressive street performers and the girls constantly seeking out a conversation so they can get you to take a picture for a tip. I watched a guy shame 5 people who had just help them perform into giving them a $120 in tips?? It is also kinda grimy and sticky feeling down there. The whole place needs a good pressure washing. Maybe we hit it at the wrong times but there was never any live music on any of the stages. That would have made it better for sure

So much people watching in the few blocks of this place. Crowds usually friendly, but people get drunk drunk. Lots of stuff and performers (street and stage) to look at, numerous casinos, lots of gambling, and plenty of food. Beware- mo where to sit unless you are at a bar, restaurant, or casino...by design to keep people moving (and probably to keep people from camping out). Worth a visit and definitely memorable. The giant overhead screen is pretty damn cool. Gets loud, fyi. Kids were there with families, but wouldn't necessarily say it's all kid friendly lol, it's Vegas.

This place is bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S!! 🤩🤩🤩 Everyone needs to walk down this strip at least once in their lifetime. Been here a few times, but it was always during the day. At night, it’s a whole different experience. The five block long overhead display is next level, there’s live bands playing music at every corner, street performers, magicians, contortionists, celebrity look-a-likes and showgirls to your left, right & center. If you are ok with going a bit blind and deaf, you definitely have to checkout Fremont Street! 🥳🥂

Fremont street experience is best place to visit in Las Vegas with family. Much more happening than Vegas strip. Overhead digital Light show start after every 1hrs and its awesome 🤩 ✅ lots of street performance, live music band, drinks, foods and casino ✅best time to visit between 8.00 pm - 11.00 pm

Always an interesting experience. From the buskers, love music and shops it’s always a blast. While this location is safe the ‘area’ can get a little sketchy late at night. It’s worth the short drive or bus ride form the strip.

  • 5/5 Nicole W. 5 months ago on Google
Very fun place to visit. Much better than the strip because it's more crowd friendlier. They have live entertainment on 3 stages in the evening hours and more individual performers on Fremont. Many restaurants to eat at, and across Las Vegas Blvd theirs the container park area with vendors and restaurants also, and clubs to party at and many hotels to stay in in that area.

  • 5/5 Chun-Chieh L. 2 years ago on Google
The skylight shows is a most. There are 3 stages that people performs and you can enjoy the 3 performances free. On the street there are all kinds of street artists, I call them, magicians, painters, singers, and lots more. The stores have many unique items, especially the souvenirs gift shop. The bars and casinos are along both sides of the street, to name a few, golden nugget, queens, etc. It's a street full of wonders. I highly recommended taking the family there.

  • 5/5 Pamela A. 10 months ago on Google
One of my favorite Vegas freebies! Take some money for parking and for tips (I recommend $5 bills for flexibility) for the street performers. There are shows and drinks and casinos and the overhead zipline and screens. I could spend the night there just people watching. Not a child appropriate crowd. (I say this as not a negative or a detractor. Just what it is. Plan other things for kids.) I went on a Thursday and then again on a Sunday. Is definitely a Vegas *must-see.* If you like to drink (and even if you don't-I didn't) there are bars along-side the walkway and drinking is allowed.

  • 5/5 Lisa H. 6 months ago on Google
The old Las Vegas appealed to me more personally than the Strip. Everything feels more familiar and accessible. Prices are cheaper - parking in the garage cost us $5. That's really cheap for Las Vegas. The ceiling screen is the largest in the world - that was pretty cool too. Anyone considering going should go :)

  • 4/5 Scott 2 years ago on Google
So the whole couple blocks of the experience are very unique. The overhead technology is very cool and a true amazement. Performers everywhere and can not see the iconic neon cowboy sign. Now it is much different than the actual"strip" this place is loud almost all the time.... evening anyway. Musicians everywhere with some legit stages to accommodate. Some cool restaurants and let's of alcohol options. The morning time is so peaceful but still the same cool tech. Being from the east coast waking up to take advantage of the morning and having run of the place was kinda nice, no crowd but limited food options.
