To
be
perfectly
honest,
location
is
the
only
good
thing
I
can
say
about
the
hotel.
Staying
here
20
years
ago
as
young
couple,
we
decided
to
come
back
to
Paris
Las
Vegas,
this
time
with
kids,
expecting
similar
experiences
as
in
the
past.
Frankly,
it
was
nothing
like
in
the
past
but
rather
very
disappointing.
When
we
arrived
at
1pm
(2
hours
prior
to
check-in
time)
we
were
told
that
the
room
was
ready
if
we
willing
to
pay
an
extra
$56
for
an
early
check-in.
We
declined
and
decided
to
grab
a
lunch
instead,
willing
to
be
back
at
3pm.
When
we
did
come
back,
the
lines
at
both
at
self
check-in,
and
reception
were
massive,
prompting
a
45
minutes
wait
to
get
the
keys
to
our
room
in
self
check-in
(this
was
quicker
than
front
desk).
When
we
finally
made
it
to
our
room
it
wasn’t
well
cleaned
and
noticeably
outdated.
Little
did
we
knew
that
housekeeping
would
be
nonexistent
throughout
our
stay,
despite
requesting
it
several
times.
we
had
to
chase
after
housekeepers
cleaning
other
rooms
on
the
floor
to
ask
for
fresh
towels.
When
you
call
to
request
housekeeping
they
would
say
that
it’s
scheduled
to
be
cleaned
but
nobody
would
show
up
and
room
remained
unclean
for
4
days.
While
in
the
room
TV
never
worked
well,
constantly
buffering
and
disconnecting.
WiFi
is
very
sluggish
and
if
you
have
more
than
2
devices
per
room
you
have
to
pay
extra.
Overall
it
had
a
feeling
of
cheap
suburban
motel
rather
than
4
star
hotel
despite
costing
like
a
4
start
resort
hotel.
With
all
that
said,
I
understand
the
life
in
a
post
pandemic
world
is
not
same
as
it
once
was,
especially
in
hospitality
industry,
but
I
didn’t
expect
this
in
Paris
Las
Vegas
resort.
Needless
to
say
this
was
our
last
stay
there
and
we
would
not
be
recommending
it
to
our
friends
and
family
