I was a little disappointed with the room! I paid for one of their top rooms, which was NOT ready when we got there at 10pm! They claim the room that they are going to give us is just like the one we booked! The view from the room looks different. The room had no coffee maker or microwave. So I couldn't get my early morning tea! We tried to speak to a concierge to obtain information regarding activities and tours, and was told he was not working today but we can use the concierge at the hotel next door!!! The room steward was very unprofessional when we asked for extra towels and no service one day...the next day they decided to not change the sheets, but made the bed after we indicated service needed that day. The hotel is beautiful, the food and drink was great, and the location 👌; however, for the price you pay I expected more. I have paid less for other hotels and had ALL the best offers. Would I stay at Paris hotel again or recommend them to friends and family? No! I still have two more days yo go, staying at this hotel, we will see if something nice pops up. Stay tuned.

This is my own experience and opinion.. I was impressed by the outside and of the pictures that were shown on the website. I was not impressed with the fact it took almost an hour and a half to check in. My room was pleasant although definitely not a five star if there is such thing anymore. Don't go barefoot on the carpet it feels like you're walking on sand. I believe it could use an upgrade. (I was on the 16th floor). Very disappointed no coffee maker at all not even instant coffee. To get coffee in the morning I had to walk a block and a half to a McDonald's or I could have waited in line for probably 45 minutes for a cup of coffee. Ate at the Italian Cafe in the middle of the casino, not very good quality of food and we won't even talk about the prices. Ended up going to other casinos to eat. There's a few nice shops and one shop where the employees stand outside the shop as I feel a little pushy on making purchase. As busy as it was it was very hard to get a drink on the floor or to even see a floor person. So personally on my next day I will be staying elsewhere.

Let me start by saying we aren't Vegas-type people. I accompanied my wife to a professional conference. Even so, the experience was disappointing. The room was fine. Staff were polite but there weren't nearly enough; long lines everywhere. The pool closed at 6pm. Really? Food was outrageously expensive. It was all good, but crazy expensive. Almost everywhere inside was loud and smoky. Walking the strip was...interesting - half naked women trolling for pics and a contact high just walking down the sidewalk. Martha Stewart's restaurant was very good and worth what we paid. Overall, for my money a cruise is FAR superior.

The worst ever customer service. We booked a no pet room. In check-in time, they gave us a pet friendly room in pet floor rooms. They didn't even bother to tell us that they changed it. The room smell was awful. Apparently, someone dropped pet canned food in the room. The smell was everywhere. We asked for room change. They denied it and said they are overbooked. We asked for a refund to check out, and they said we should pay the penalty. We wanted to check out because my husband allergies were started, and we didn't know we were in a pet friendly room. The receptionist didn't bother to do anything. They said that they have some suites but they can't give it to us. Basically, they told us it is what it is. They said that they would send someone to spray the room. No body showed up. No customer service, zero caring. It was very disappointing. They don't care for regular guests. They have enough customers because of their great location. So, they don't care for any customer service. Don't recommend this hotel at all.

The room was great, and it is spacious with a TV. The room offers a fantastic city night view, and basic toiletries are provided. The hotel’s location is easily accessible, close to many restaurants. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for a short vacation.

Overall nice hotel but terrible customer service. I checked in early and paid the extra charge in order to do so. I needed to take a quick shower before the trade show I was attending and there was no working water in the room and they wouldn't change rooms. I asked for a late checkout and they said I would have to pay extra. I brought up the water issue and they said they could give me an additional 30 minutes at no additional charge. I guess when you rake in as much money as this hotel does you don't need to worry about customer satisfaction.

The room, the view, the location, and the restaurants were excellent. The casino was fine though they could use better smoke eaters. I'm a former smoker and usually am not bothered by smoking, but my eyes were burning by the end of the day. The biggest issue was the pool. They make you feel like a criminal, by having security searching you as you enter. I was told I couldn't bring my coffee poolside in the morning. I had to finish it first. One thing I very much enjoy on vacation is sipping my coffee while relaxing by the pool. I think a simple room key check and making sure people aren't bringing in excessive amounts of booze would be acceptable, but this was ridiculous. You are also never told the rules until you get to the pool. It just wasn't a pleasant experience, though once we knew the rules we followed them and enjoyed the beautiful weather and scenery of the pool area. Overall, it's a very nice hotel and if you can get an Eiffel Tower view room it's well worth it especially if you haven't stayed there before. Not sure I'd stay there again though unless there was an extremely good deal.

Beautiful designed hotel with a Parisian theme. It's quite impressive when you arrive. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars at your doorstep so you don't even need to leave. Rooms are lovely, really clean and spacious. Everyone is smoking as it's allowed indoors so not somewhere I would recommend with kids of any age. The pool is gorgeous and a real party zone. That and the gym close at 5 so you gotta get in quick! Location is fantastic, right in the middle of the strip, close to all the action

NOT QUEEN BEDS. All the beds they claim to be Queen are actually the Full size. Basically a wider twin bed. This means if you're over 6' tall your feet will probably hang off the end of the bed. Management is very insistent that they are actually Queen beds, they aren't. Also, no microwaves. Nowhere. Not in the rooms, not in the lobby. No washer/dryer. Hotel thermostat is not accurate and is governed. You can't set the thermostat to less than 65, but it's 65 is actually 69. Receiving packages is very weird. You have to call a certain number via the phone in the room and essentially make an appointment between 8a and 4p to pick you your packages. Ambiance of the casino is cool, prices aren't the worst compared to other places on the strip, the check in kiosk is pretty slick.

We stayed in a petite suite. It was very large. Rooms were old, dingy, and stained. There was nothing covering the mattress spring. It was hot and air conditioner could not be accessed. They stopped room service, probably during covid and never restarted. The spa was awesome. Highly recommend the spa. Restaurants were decent.

My recent stay at the Paris hotel was nothing short of disappointing. I can't express how outdated and shabby the rooms were. It felt like I had stepped back in time to the 1970s with worn-out furniture and decor that desperately needed an upgrade. For the price I paid, I expected much better accommodations. The pool was an absolute nightmare. I was excited to take a dip, but the water was murky and dirty. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and I couldn't bring myself to swim in such unhygienic conditions. To make matters worse, the pool staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, showing no regard for guests' comfort or concerns. The parking situation at this hotel is a complete scam. Charging $18 for weekdays and a staggering $23 for weekends is already excessive, but to charge guests every single time they exit and re-enter the parking lot, even if it's just for a minute, is simply outrageous. It felt like they were trying to squeeze every last penny out of their guests without providing any value in return. I have stayed at other hotels like Hilton and Bellagio, and the difference in quality is night and day. Those hotels provided exceptional service, modern rooms, and pristine facilities, which made my stay enjoyable and worth the expense. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend the Paris hotel to anyone. Save your hard-earned money and stay elsewhere if you want a pleasant and comfortable experience. There are far better options available in the area, and you deserve better than what this hotel has to offer.

Amazing location! Rooms need some deep cleaning and upgrades but over all our stay was great! The pool was AMAZING! Vanessa was our server for our cabana and she is hands down the BEST!! SO SWEET! Thanks for making our stay the best!

My mom and I stayed here for one night (thank goodness, literally less than 24 hours), and I was so embarrassed. I know when you're in Vegas, you don't spend much time in your room, but when you do, you want to feel refreshed. The refrigerator was broken. The air only worked sometimes. The sheets were so scratchy that we slept on top of them. Pillows were small like the pillows you used to get on an airplane. Windows were broken. There was a black residue around the window seal. The view was great but the windows were so dirty you couldn't really take a picture. The shower wasn't something I would dare step in without shower shoes. We didn't have time to go downstairs to complain and change rooms because we had a concert to go to. I've reached out to Paris 2x via email and still haven't heard back. I wanted to give them them the opportunity to make things right before I wrote a review. They really need to close this wing of the hotel and bring up to higher standards. It smelled old and like the filtration system hadn't been serviced in awhile. The positive was the location of the hotel.

Serious warning for anyone who is looking to stay at Paris Casino. My experience was unbelievable! The check in was hectic and no one there to assist with any questions. The hotel was so fitly. So shocking! !We finally got our room and walked in to find the room smelled like cigarettes and sewer. The order was so bad. I called front desk and that was a waste of time. We ended up checking out because it was so disgusting. The front desk could care less. No apologizes or change of room was offered. They just acted like that was the norm. What a horrible experience. The worst part was how we were treated. They truly just don't care. So sad that this is what has become of Paris casino.

Can't believe there are so many five star reviews for this joint. Are people that masochistic? Or simply have no discernment? The owner only gives a canned response to the five star reviews and ignores all criticism, obviously as a means to bump positives up the review list, which should be your first clue. One star for the location but that's about it. Where to start.... the hotel lobby. It smells like a wildfire, so when you walk in it is like walking in to an ashtray. Ventilation is a serious issue here. If you're a non-smoker, this is not only nauseating but makes your clothes, hair and skin reek after a short while. I get it, it's Vegas where smoking and drinking is rife. But I honestly think the ventilation could be better. So if you're super sensitive to smoke or have asthma etc, seriously don't book this hotel as this reeking smoke is unavoidable. And definitely don't use the casino unless you have an oxygen tank or filter mask or both. Gamble elsewhere, not here. The wait to check in was ludicrous - not enough staff on for peak check in time. Floors are dirty and carpet not vacuumed when we arrived... I found a penny on the floor among other things. The carpets need a deep steam clean as walking on them with my white socks turned the underside a slight grey after a while. And don't get me started on the tiled floor. I accidentally spilt a small amount of water on the tiles near the mini bar. The color of the tissue after I wiped it up was disgusting, I wish I took a photo. I don't think the floor has EVER been mopped. Furniture was starting to look shabby with marks and scratches on them. Housekeeping came most days except for the second last, so our trash cans were full to overflowing. Towels ended up a bit damp etc. I was too concerned about calling reception in case they added even more $$$$$$$ to my bill for a fresh towel. Lord only knows with this establishment. Security was almost non-existent, so basically anyone could wander in. The view from our room was a concrete jungle, disappointing for $400 a night. I never used the pool because after reading the separate negatives about it, I decided to pass - I wondered what our resort fee was actually paying for in the end. Predatory pricing on EVERYTHING ruins your stay. Booking a massage? Don't believe the price you see. Just DOUBLE it once you take in to account all the sneaky charges they added on plus tip. Mini bar prices were absurd, $15 for one packet of M&Ms. Just go to the CVS next door instead. Again I know it's Vegas, but there's a distinct difference between paying for the experience, and just plainly getting ripped off blind. I'm not going to collude with it. Everything about this hotel is about snatching your money to maximize profits for the owner, whilst giving you a mediocre experience at best. For the price I paid, I expected way better but was left disappointed at every turn. Honestly the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world and I've travelled a bit! I would NEVER stay here again and will share my experience in to the future and beyond.

The Paris feels fun and casual, with high end options if you want them. The restaurants cover a good range of tastes and dinning styles. Rooms are clean and well appointed, though not overly posh. I enjoyed my time there.

This hotel is centrally located in Las Vegas strip with many restaurants and cafe. We stayed here for 4 nights. It has more luxurious feel than planet holiday hotel next door. Room and marbled bathroom are really spacious. There is a fridge and in-room safe which are free to use. One thing to note is that they only allow 2 devices to connect to the WiFi. Additional device is chargeable. Also the mini bar tray is sensor-activated. Any thing lifted from the tray will be chargeable. I accidentally lifted an item and quickly called the front desk to check. The customer service said the item was charged to my room which I had to ask them to waive the item. Overall, the place is great place to stay

My wife and I were excited to stay on one of the suites. When we got to the hotel, we saw a LONG line, my wife was able to see a small sign about logging in by using a kiosk. That was super quick and way too easy. I’d recommend having a larger sign or make people aware. 😉 The stay was nice until it wasn’t. It would have been a 5 Star if not for a foul odor in our room. We went down to the front desk to get some assistance, walked up to a couple of employees and was immediately treated poorly. Now, I’m not a sensitive guy, but this employee made me feel unimportant stating “SIR I AM TRAINING HER AND CANNOT HELP YOU”. Now I’m not the smartest guy, but this would have been a great training moment….no?! We were shooed away by her and had to get back in line. The other receptionist Giselle was perfect with her response and help. Problem resolved, that simple. Either way, we will consider using them again. -The Shaw’s

To be honest, I must mention that there seem to be some deferred maintenance issues at the hotel after being in operation for 20 years. The white bedsheets had stains on them, but at least they were dry. Unfortunately, the door to the adjoining room couldn't be locked, so we had to use a towel as a makeshift precaution. The shower experience was interesting as well; the glass divider felt unstable, so I avoided touching it, and the shower head seemed to have seen better days, making the water flow cutting and painful. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it seems that the hotel was once impressive when it was built 20 years ago, but it's now in need of major updates and renovations to regain its former glory.

It’s a nice hotel with lots of really great food options and an excellent location on the strip. The rooms are nice and spacious. We had an Eiffel Tower view and watched the bellagio fountains at night. It definitely needs some basic maintenance in the casino, but we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I am not a fan of Las Vegas or its casinos. We were here for a work conference. That said, the room was really clean and well thought out. The customer service was good in the lobby and at all the restaurants. Their conference rooms are incredible. The atmosphere and architecture were very cool. It was a good experience, minus all the 2nd hand smoke. Can't knock their rating down for that, since ALL the hotel casinos have it.

It's very nicely done. The buffet wasn't opened during our stay because of covid. Most of the other places we ate were great. The hotel rooms are great and we'll maintained. The pool was really nice but the rules were odd compared to others. The games don't win very often. All in all it's a great place to stay.

Spent the week at the Paris hotel for a work convention. Overall I was impressed with the hotel. My room was newly remodeled and clean. The food on property was decent and had a lot of options. But the best part is the location of this hotel on the strip. Lots of walking options available to other casinos or shows. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

Stayed here twice, always get an end of the hall room. Our room is decorated nicely, clean, and smoke free. The products in the room don’t smell good or impress much but the blow dryer is hot and powerful, a quick dry. The toilet paper in the room is not as soft as the paper in the general restrooms downstairs. Our room windows are always dirty, guess they’re hard to clean often. The casino doesn’t get as smoke filled as others and has a nice calm and classy ambiance. There is not a lot to do or eat here so it’s a sleeper but we like it that way after seeing how crazy full and busy some other hotels on the strip are. The pool had a nice calm relaxing and beautiful area, the pool gift shop staff were so nice and friendly. The general restrooms downstairs could use tissue dispensers like I’ve seen in other strip hotel restrooms. We saw the back side of Martha Stewart on our last visit while she was meeting with the restaurant staff at her restaurant there, probably about how blah her food and restaurant styling is compared to so many more interesting offerings in Vegas. Drink servers here are not plentiful enough or come by enough. Drinks here are in plastic cups but aren’t bad drinks. The spicy Bloody Mary is pretty good.

Definitely very expensive rooms and needs lots of renovations especially in bathrooms. The shower had a huge pressure and there is no way you can lower the pressure. Service is okay because based on the price they should give 1 or 2 vouchers to play or at-least free parking. Even parking area signal was also not working, so we have to call to assistance all the time to get in and get out. Only the location was good which we paid for Eiffel view and we got it, but rest of the service was okay.

Took off one start due the housekeeping so if you don’t request the service early in the morning you don’t get service. And even that it will be up to the housekeeper availability. Other than that room was spacious and didn’t found any issues. Location is great to see the Bellagio water show and walk around the bars and restaurants.

Overall hotel is beautiful and right in center of strip, but rooms were a bit shabby with peeling wallpaper. No water or working toilets for one evening and 3 hours sat morning. Could have been rectified with good customer service but we were told to use spa, where they were not pleasant or accommodating. We asked for bottled water to brush teeth, told no. Told there was a flat $40 fee to valet park but charged us $40 per night when we checked out. They did reduce room price for one night due to water issues but better customer service in the hospitality industry would have changed this review.

The outside is great. The Eiffel Tower deck is cool. Everything else was trash. Plaster on the ceilings inside. The rooms were garbage. Stains on carpet. Our room didn’t have a fridge my brother room did. They wouldn’t give us one. No coffee maker. Restaurants expensive on par with Las Vegas. This place needs a serious overhaul. Edit: I had to upgrade the review because things only got worse. Or room actually has no water. They really didn’t even apologize they just said they were looking into it. No flushing toilets no drinking water no bathing. Then the next morning when they got it back on we had no water heat. This place is absolute garbage.

Nice hotel rooms are good places clean. The big problem here is if you’re a gambler, the casino has the absolute worst games ever and worst rules on blackjack and craps and other games. If you’re not a gambler, and that doesn’t matter, definitely a nice place, right in the middle of the strip, you can pretty much walk to anywhere the casino, and the surroundings in the hotel are a little dark, for me kinda needs to be better lit but that’s their theme. The only other thing I’d say is the walk from the south parking lot to check in is pretty long so if you have luggage you want to park valet, but if you don’t have a players card that’s platinum or better you’re gonna pay like 40 bucks a night for valet so kind of your choice

Just got back from Vegas and was so happy with this hotel that we will definitely stay here next trip! Great location on the strip! Our room had an awesome view and was super clean & comfy! The casino, gift shops, & restaurants were wonderful! Love, Love, Love Paris! Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was good and was given a view of the tower. Staff where really friendly and attentive all over the hotel. Location is of course very good. Good selection of bars and restaurants. I'd definitely stay again. Only suggestion would be some clarity on the room cleaning on checking in. Do you need to request? Should maids visit without a request? I bumped into a maid in the hall who was supper nice and asked her if she could clean our room on day 4.

Was there for dinner with work colleagues. All of the drinks we ordered were there what seemed like instantly. Every time we ordered! That's a big plus. All of our dinners were good, not great, but good. I had the salmon over mushroom rice and a couple others had the steak. All of us were in the clean plate club. A couple folks shared the pineapple upside down cake desert. Big minus. Not an upside down cake at all. However, they did take it off the check. All in all - good dining experience.

This hotel has been a massively pleasant surprise. Ease of parking. Friendly staff. Restaurant choices. Clean rooms. Amazing housekeepers. I had to tip mine multiple days. She really was amazing in how she cleaned up. Friendly table staff. Easy to navigate. I was thoroughly impressed with everything around the hotel. I have stayed at quite on the strip and would most definitely come back to this hotel again.

We stayed in a Burgundy Room and our room was at the end of the hall which was nice and quiet. We typically stay at MGM properties when we come to Vegas, and this was our first time staying at a Caesars property. I much prefer the check-in process with MGM as you can check-in on your app a week prior and the room key loads to your app as soon as the room is ready, so we never have to go to the front desk. We can just go straight to our room. You need to either go to a representative or a kiosk here, at least in our experience. It took a lot longer that way as lines weren’t short. The room was a good size and everything was pretty updated. The fixtures had seen better days though. Everything appeared to be quite used and some touch ups were really needed in some places. Regardless, it was clean and comfortable so we really had no complaints. It was nice to have a mini fridge in the room to use as well. The location is obviously prime. We would stay here again if the price was right!

I have been coming to this hotel since I was in my mid 20's and I am in my mid 40's now. Sadly, my trip this past July may be my last. I was not informed at all when I booked my stay, that room service was completely GONE. The room service button on the phone in the room only says it is "closed", not that it is non-existent. Took me two days of trying before I finally asked someone. The representative for the suites only said there was no buffet, mentioning nothing about the room service, and I specifically said I had not visited the hotel since before COVID. It is 2023. Things should be better than this. What excuse could a large chain like Caesars have for not reinstating room service? You can have new restaurants built but not being back a core service? I just was flabbergasted. To get food to the room, you had to basically pay for overpriced take out that was brought up to the room. Gone are the days of getting my luxurious breakfast in the morning... very disappointing indeed.

The location of Paris is unbeatable and very close to Caesars, Bellagio, etc. which I appreciated. The lobby is also beautiful and the food selection is good. However, this is the worst hotel I have stayed at in Vegas and I do not recommend it until the rooms receive renovations and the customer service gets significantly better. Service issues: We did not receive housekeeping a single day of our stay, even though we called multiple times to request housekeeping and they assured us they would send someone to clean our room. Trash was left sitting in the hallway for over a day. We were also charged $25 to check in half an hour early and $20 to check out 15 minutes after 11… this short of a time difference has been free at every other hotel I’ve stayed at, including the other hotels I’ve stayed at in Vegas. The hotel refused to give us robes since we weren’t high level members, which again has not been the case for any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Room issues: The pillows were flat and disgusting which made it hard to get a good night of sleep. Half of the outlets in the room didn’t work, so we could only charge two devices at a time. The window was so dirty that we could barely see out of it, which ruined the Eiffel Tower view we paid extra for. There was extremely dim lighting in the shower which made things hard to see. The ceiling had black marks on it which indicated that the room greatly needed to be deep cleaned and renovated. We had a good time in Vegas but we will not be staying at Paris again.

Great location, horrible customer service. Came back from our show last night to no hot water and no eta on when it would be fixed. We all took freezing cold showers and went to bed. Woke up this morning and no water at all. We were told it would be fixed in 30 minutes at most. Hour later still no water anywhere on property. This means no working washrooms. Two hours later cold water filled with metal shavings that do not clear out with running the tap. Zero help from staff, just managers arguing about how this isn't their fault and they don't have to do anything. If we want to leave we'll be charged for our entire stay despite the fact that the hotel has no usable water and no idea when it will. This is an MGM property, they have plenty of ability to move people to a different hotel that has usable water. Looking at other reviews this has been an issue for weeks. Add to it that the rooms are run down and in need of new carpet and a paint job and my advice is to avoid at all costs.

Got to the hotel. There is NO running water. Management is no help. They have one person working the front desk and the line is INCREDIBLY long. There is nothing they do to rectify the situation and are refusing to help a majority of customers. Avoid staying here at all costs if you want to enjoy your vacation.

The room was dirty. The desk chair has a large stain and is grimy and dusty. The windows sills are very dirty and haven’t been cleaned. The door handle to the bathroom is missing a screw and is crooked and loose. There is chipped paint on the doors and bathroom mirrors. The carpets have stains. I would not recommend staying here. On top of that, the casino itself it quite sad compared to others like Caesars or Wynn. It’s dark and grimy. The adjacent Horseshoe casino is much nicer, brighter and cleaner. Paris is in desperate need of a refit both for the rooms and the casino itself.

The rooms were clean and nicely laid out. Unfortunately, they have a water temperature problem. We tried alternating between different times to get consistent warm to hot water. This is something that would affect a return reservation. Convenient location on the strip.

I would have given a higher rating except there was trash in the hallway for several days and on the last night of our stay, the smoke detector started chirping and it took an hour and a half for someone to come replace the battery. They should be doing regular maintenance to make sure this doesn't happen! Otherwise, the location, atmosphere, and amenities were good. I liked that it was less busy than some of the other casinos.

The hotel is nice, though they could really update the check in area, not necessarily modern, I understand the style they are going for, but the walls just look dirty. The room is good/clean, but nothing really special. There are little cafes all around the perimeter, decent restaurants. Decent, to grab a bite. Again, nothing amazing or noteworthy. The sit-down selections are pretty good, I would suggest those. Even though they are pricier, the quality is miles above. Be prepared to take a long hike from the parking garage to the check in area, on very hard ground with lots of people walking in the small space designed to look as if you are walking down a small little town in the French countryside... But you're not... There are LOTS of people squeezing through while you're trying to maneuver your rolling bag, checked bag and oversized personal item that you were able to bring in the place while wearing those shoes that pinch in just one spot on your right foot. Additionally, this is not the fault of the hotel 100%, but getting into the property from LVB, is an absolute nightmare. Expect traffic and many many pedestrians that ignore crosswalk signals. If you made it this far, I would like to say, I enjoyed my stay. It was interesting and nice enough, just enough to write a review about, but wouldn't write home.

Just got back from Vegas and was so happy with this hotel that we will definitely stay here next trip! Great location on the strip! Our room had an awesome view and was super clean & comfy! The casino, gift shops, & restaurants were wonderful! Love, Love, Love Paris! Highly recommend!

Excellent location right at center of the strip. I felt the service was mediocre. I requested two housekeeping personnel to come tidy up the room but it was not done. There was one housekeeping person who gave me towels upon request (which was good). The rooms are clean and the bathroom was good. The hand wash sink water was not draining fast. Overall all it’s a good hotel.

We have stayed at Paris a couple years ago before the pandemic, and came back to visit this year. Rooms are very clean, beautiful views, and the casino is fun too! One of my favorite parts of the resort is the food here. It is elegant yet affordable.

Located close to the center of the strip with a great ambiance. This is my second time staying here and we opted for the Petite Burgundy Suite which is very spacious. It includes a sitting area in the main room as well as a dressing and makeup area by the closet on the way to the bathroom. The bathroom is large with a double sink, stand up shower and large bath tub. It includes a separate water closet for added privacy as well.

I have stayed in Paris quite a few times. Been there during the pandemic. Staff and dealers are great. Rooms are decent, comes with a mini fridge if you want to buy some drinks and keep them cold. There are quite a few eateries in the area or places just to grab a coffee or bars to hang out.

I stayed 4 days in one of the Paris suites....it was very nice. The bathroom was spacious. The negatives: my view was of the staff rest area with two huge ashtrays full of cigarette butts. House keeping never came to clean the suite.

I cannot believe anybody would give this place a bad review. It is insane. I am a Las Vegas regular. I’ve never stayed here before. I have stayed at numerous hotels on the strip, including the Venetian. Paris has been hands-down, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was very nice, the service has been impeccable, and the casino is the best on the strip. You feel like you are outside but inside. I came the week of July 15. It was scorching heat and went to the pool. Even though the pool is small and only 3 1/2 foot deep the water is cold and refreshing But don’t try to purchase any drinks at the pool way too expensive.

Rooms were decorated nicely. Quiet place. Would have like a light located above the TV, it was a little too dark. A towel bar in the bathroom. We left for the airport at 4am. Tried to get a bellman w/ no success! Had to lug our stuff on our own. More signs telling us where restaurants, business's were including UBER! The pool is beautiful. A coffee pot would have been nice.

The architecture is yummy to look at (although kinda random in some parts), and the water vapor from the restaurant railings is a life saver. They also had a cool water show. Overall, it wasn't bad. (Besides the horrendous heat that made it feel like a flamethrower was being used on me 24/7)

Great casino and resort. The restaurants are amazing. The breakfast is amazing. You have to try the Bloody Mary. And late night eating appetizers and desserts are great. Gordon Ramsay burgers are good as well. It is also in the curve of the strip. Which is where you want to be.

The hotel rooms were good and room cleaning was happening daily. The only room of improvement there is that they can give 2 or 3 complementary drinking water bottles to the guests at least. The rest of the things I understand are part of their business strategy.

Amazing hotel, clean and friendly staff. Paris themed, which i liked..they had replica of the Eiffel tower and cafes. The swimming pool is clean, dj was playing great music by the pool side. THE line for check in was long, but when checking out you didn't had do anything but to leave. Food was good at restaurants and Cafes but pricey. Location was excellent.

We stopped in at the Paris Casino, made reservations at Mon Ami Gabi for lunch. Absolutely love the patio dining. Great location to see the fountains or just people watch any time of the day. Large casino floor, sports book, and charming French design and architecture. Remember to take a stroll down the Paris streets for more dining and shopping.

The Paris has an excellent location on the strip. The interior makes you feel like you are in Europe from the decor to the restaurants. The rooms are decent, but the bathrooms a bit worn (at least mine was). Beds were comfortable, and the strip view is quite impressive. Many rooms can be adjoining if needed, giving group or family flexibility. The pricing can be quite competative at times and with the location it's hard to beat the Paris on Value.

Great hotel for first-time Vegas vacationers. Impressive hotel with Eiffel Tower built into the casino floor. Restaurants are amazing. Not sharing full 5th star due to long wait at reception desk upon arrival; they were shot staffed and it showed. Not sure if its usual or not but we waited well over 30min in line check-in. However overall experience was great an would recommend the hotel. Staff was very friendly.

For never being in Las Vegas before, I was a bit disappointed in the performance of the hotel. I guess I must have expected more but It seemed like they would have their ducks in a row. Upon arrival, we met with massively long lines to check in. They do have self checking kiosk, however, an arriving at 8 PM and checking in using them we were told the room was not ready. Took about an hour for them to get our room ready. What are the beds had a mattress cover doubling as a sheet. The television was constantly disconnecting and had to call for service on it three different times. Our first call around 10 PM was never responded to. When they did respond the fix was only temporary. I’m not sure how it works but apparently the Internet is free for your first device but it’s $14 per day, for any other devices connected. It’s a little thing, but we are only provided one bar of soap for both the shower and the sink. $8 coffee was a bit of surprise.

I didn't stay in the rooms but spent an afternoon walking around the property. It was very nice and transports to a different place. You almost forget you are in Vegas. Had Crepes at one of the little restaurants and they were excellent. Would definitely like to stay there on my next visit.

Great location on the strip, within walking distance of Caesar's and the Bellagio! Rooms are clean and the beds are pretty comfortable. Great restaurants, recommend Mon Ami Gabi on the casino floor (they have gluten free options). Did have difficulty getting the room cleaned regularly and ended up having to call 3 times to get service.

I recently stayed at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location on the Strip is perfect for exploring all that Las Vegas has to offer. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with beautiful views of the city. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities, including the pool and casino, were top-notch. I highly recommend the Paris Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Las Vegas.

Great stay at Paris hotel and resort. Room was great! Large and clean. Super comfy bed and pillows. Great view of the pool, tower and strip. Easy check in and check out. $40 for two drinks by the pool which was a little excessive. Way overpriced but overall we enjoyed our stay. Also fantastic that they are really enforcing wearing of the mask.

It was so quiet it was so easy to appreciate, everything without all the distractions the traffic and noise too many people it was actually one of the best trips I've ever had to Vegas.

I came to this hotel quite some years ago in 2009 to stay with my father and sisters for a family member's wedding in Vegas. Loved the Paris Hotel and the French restaurant for morning breakfast that had cornflakes and cereal in. Loved the pool which my bedroom had a view of. Wish we had stayed there more than a few days as it was a lovely clean hotel and I could have seen more of Las Vegas. I still have two mini toiletries from the hotel to remind me of it though.

My husband and I stayed during Labor Day weekend. The casino hotel is really nice and there are lots of places to eat near the casino on the bottom floor. The only thing I didn’t like, was that the thermostat in the rooms don’t go below 65 degrees. It was a little warm during the day in the room while we were getting dressed. We had a great stay.

Amazing location if you're wanting to walk around the Strip. End of the Hallway room was very spacious and well-lit. Room was very clean and the amenities worked great. Really the only downside was the trip from our hotel room on the 17th floor to the parking garage which was about a 5-10 minute walk depending on how crowded the casino was. This was negated, however, since our active military status allowed us to utilize the valet parking service for free. I would absolutely consider staying here again, even if the rates were not discounted like when we stayed.

Had a great stay at the Paris Las vegas. The only down side was the long wait to check in. I had reserved 4 non smoking rooms and could not do the self check in. There was only two receptionist working the front desk on labor day weekend so we waited about an hour to finally get checked in. The facilities are nice and clean. The rooms did not smell like smoke at all which was great. Cleanliness was 4 out 5 there was some trash under the bed when we first got there.

Affordable but still good quality. Great service. Easy check in. Has a tub which is very appreciated. Cute design. Great for couples. Carpet can use some upgrading but otherwise room was clean and comfy with friendly housekeeping. Good location. Getting from parking lot to room is a tad far but that’s common in many Vegas hotels. The inside is very cute decorated like streets of Paris and pool is under their Eiffel Tower.

My 8 year old son and I stayed here for a week. We had a great time. The cleaning staff and security was wonderful. The concierge provided us a great overview and ideas for our stay. The pool hours could have been better, plus the pool in general could be better. It was crowded, mask less and expensive. It's Vegas though, so it's going to be all those things. We enjoyed our stay and I'm sure you probably will too.

The location is great and in the middle of everything. I like the casino and the cool dark sky dome. It's relaxing. There's not a lot of through foot traffic which is nice. The people are normal compared to other casinos. I really enjoyed it. Be sure to get a pool/tower view. It is highly worth the extra money.

We had a great stay here. We were in town for Adele. & had so much fun being here, loved how easy the check in process was, but wish the self check in kiosk could have helped with adjoining rooms. & the only other thing that i did not like was the text concierge & mobile app room service, that never seem to work for us. Price was amazing, would definitely stay again.

The room is nice but a bit goudy food my liking. However, it was comfortable. They don't really have much cocktail service in the casino. The machines don't pay for anything! The servers at the blue and white bar close to registration were really lovely. Can't beat location. The crepe shop was fantastic!

The Paris hotel is getting old and showing its age. An older hotel doesn't need to show its age, but it's up to its keepers. Clearly management has neglected Paris. We had 2 rooms, one room had a toilet so loose it leaked out from under it. One room had such a bad bathroom door it would not shut at all. You had to just shut the door to the jamb. The rooms also have not had a good cleaning in a while. There was old dust and lint on some of the furniture that was not easily seen unless you look. The showers are beautifully done, very spacious and comfy. The shower door had the seal on the bottom broken and hanging out about 6 inches. Management should really do random thorough checks on rooms to ensure maintenance and housekeeping is getting done properly. Maybe maintenance and housekeeping have their hands tied by management. One may not know, but the old Paris is certainly showing her age. All the staff was very helpful and friendly, we really appreciate that.

Guest rooms were clean and spacious enough for our needs. We stayed in a standard room and it was perfect for the amount of time we planned on spending in it. We did have an issue with our AC one day, but it was fixed before we got back to our room and they quickly comped our resort fees for the day. The front desk staff were all very friendly, as were almost all of the staff we ran into. The casino floor wasn't too crowded or smoky and the hotel location was excellent. They don't have a poker room, the the one in the Horseshoe is a quick and air conditioned walk through the building. The service at "Le Central Lobby Lounge", the bar on the edge of the casino floor closest to the guest elevators and front desk, was amazing. All of the late night bartenders were super attentive and friendly. I'd stay here again just to spend more time with them.

I loved the stay and my room was beautiful and awesome. The view not so much but you can see the strip when your outside. Didn't realize smoking is allowed in all hotels/resort casinos the 2nd hand smoke will kill you! The elevators are fast and no waiting really. The housekeeping are awesome they do a Awesome Job. All in All I loved it. Didn't win anything but it was fun!

Hotel.was great, beds were comfortable and the view was probably the best part of the stay. Front desk would not allow a late check out, not 1 or 2 hours. Boo. Needed a little extra time to eat. Oh my bad they wouldn't allow a complimentary late check out unless you pay $20 1 hour, $30 2 hours and so on. Also the key card to exit the parking didn't work which held up the exit line too. Other than that, the Eiffel Tower was very nice.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. The hotel's charming and romantic ambiance, reminiscent of the City of Love, instantly transported me to Paris. The attention to detail in the architecture and decor was impressive, creating a truly immersive experience. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, and the views of the Las Vegas Strip were breathtaking. The dining options were outstanding, with a variety of restaurants offering delicious cuisine. The fact that this is called a four-star hotel is incredibly laughable. Maybe at some point a very long time ago it had four stars but I would give us two stars. The hotel is very dingy an incredibly dirty. The rooms have wallpaper, peeling down, the carpet is disgusting. It has stains all over it that we didn’t even want to take her shoes off, all of the baseboards and wood furniture is chipped and broken, the grout in the bathroom around the sink is nonexistent. Some of these things are small maintenance things that they could handle to give better appeal to the room that they charged us $500 for. I am so incredibly frustrated that I spent as much money on this room. The air conditioning would even cool down the room until about three or four in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel. I stayed and lots of hotels, and I would actually stay in treasure Island before I would stay here again. To say we were disappointed would be a complete understatement.

Absolutely beautiful Hotel. Room was spacious and bathroom was gorgeous marble(I personally like a walk in shower). I stayed in a Burgundy Room with Pool view. The food shops are easily accessible with a wide variety-from types of food to cost. I liked the location as it was a short walk to other casinos either inside or out. Also, the Bellagio is right across the street so watching the fountain shows was super easy. My only complaint was the turn down service. Since you pay resort fees I thought it not much to ask for fresh towels and wash cloths daily, especially with it being 115° and using the pool daily. I asked the front desk on 2 separate occasions to have full service the next morning and it only happened on the day before checkout. We had a very pleasant stay otherwise. With how nice the Dealers and Front Desk/Staff are, and how absolutely stunning the Hotel is I want to give Paris another chance in the future. But that will be a tough decision with so many properties fighting for tourist reservations. I wanted Paris to be my favorite Vegas hotel of all. Sadly that title is still up for grabs.

Have visited Vegas several times in the past, but this is probably the first time staying at a big hotel right on the strip. Location is great - easily walked pretty much everywhere we went off property. Self park has in/out privileges for hotel guests, but the card readers to get out of the garage are tricky/picky about reading the room keys to get out. Our room was pretty clean, but the chair in the corner has seen better days and needed to be removed/replaced.

Paris hotel was good. Some good restaurants inside as well. We had to ask every day for towels, never left enough for the number in our room. The view was great of the tower and we could see most of the Bellagio fountain show from our room. The pool is fun and all one depth, 3.5'. It's a good mid-point choice. Not much personal service, nearly every interaction is with a computer.

I visited Paris Las Vegas for the world series of poker. It’s a great hotel and casino that’s connected to the horseshoe hotel and casino. I’m not a fan of smoking in the casinos but that’s America for you. There are barely any table games. The casino seems to be filled with the money making slots. Pretty clean and friendly staff, overall. Easily accessible with lots of signs to point you in the direction you need to go!

This is my second time staying at the Las Vegas Paris. The hotel is in the perfect location on the strip. Great dining options available as well. We requested a view of the pool and the Eiffel Tower and that request was granted. The pool is a good size. The hotel guests range from singles, to families to couples. Tips on some things to improve on: A few more chairs by the pool would be lovely as they fill up quickly due to the ratio of people in the hotel. Also, our room was not serviced for our whole three night/4 day stay. We had to go chase down our own bath towels, and our garbage was never emptied.

The room with bathroom is nice at first sight. The view behind the hotel is not, but you can book a nicer view. The bedding was slightly stained with green and our shower, which looked very nice and spacious, was not really clean in the lower area. The lower hotel pool and casino area looked fine.

Don’t be fooled by the photos; check in takes 30 minutes on your feet!! They don’t care if you’re coming from 1 hr flight or 10 hours flight. The pool is not available because someone paid higher than you and booked for special event. No pool, garbage check it procedure. No worth it at all. No need for a courtesy reply at all, save your time and go and help other check in quicker than typing a reply .

Is Beautiful, in every single spot. Points to get better: 1) Everyone can get in to the pool, even if you are not a Paris guest. 2) Mini fridge doesn’t works properly. 3) Windows are extremely dirty outside, you can have a beautiful view if you pay (of course) but you can’t take a nice picture without the dirtiness 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Beautiful architecture of the Eiffel Tower and right across from The Bellagio. It’s even better during at night where the tower has the color of the France. Interior wise, we briefly visited the casino floor and it’s pretty clean and has the night time France vibe. You can also see the four legs of the tower inside. There’s also an elevator that can take you up top to the observatory deck and also can take you up to the middle of the tower for their iconic Eiffel Tower restaurant.

Paris is in an amazing location on the strip and it’s such a lovely hotel and casino. During the day it’s got a lovely chilled atmosphere and it’s a pleasure to stroll around and look at all the features of the building. Pros: beautiful views of the strip, great location. No shortage of bars or restaurants, but make sure you have lots of cash on hand. Cons: over-priced, no hot water for 2 days, water fixtures are cheap and need upgraded. Iron had junk on the bottom and ruined my shirt. But hey, they're OK charging 6 bucks for a bottle of Aquafina. I will not be returning.

I came to Vegas for the first time and stayed at the Paris Hotel for the last time. I made a room reservation through the reception. At this time, Ms. Cat helped and I appreciate it. When I asked for the total bill for 1 night, she said $89 and a total of $203 was charged. When I asked why, she answered that only $89 will be charged at check out other amount for the deposit. They did not say anything about the resort fee. I was just checked out by another woman who told me that the resort fee is charged to everyone and is roughly $52 per day. In total, about $153 was withdrawn, including taxes.

The room was super clean and air in room was good. Every employee was super friendly and putting out a nice welcoming vibe. The Americano restaurant service was perfect and very nice to have restaurant manager checking to make sure everything was as it should be. Location on the Strip is tops, most central and easy to access, short walk. The gaming floor is arranged well and the slots I found made it a winning trip. Super good experience. If you can, get a room with the view of the fountains. Oh, and the rooms are very reasonably priced.

I recently stayed at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and it was a delightful experience. The hotel’s theme is its standout feature, offering a little slice of Paris right in the middle of Vegas. From the stunning replica of the Eiffel Tower to the quaint Parisian streetscape, the attention to detail in the decor is impressive and creates a unique ambiance. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a chic, French-inspired aesthetic. The views from the room were a highlight, offering a gorgeous panorama of the Strip, especially at night. The casino area was lively and bustling, filled with a wide variety of games and slots. It had a great atmosphere that was both exciting and welcoming, perfect for both seasoned gamblers and those looking to try their luck for the first time. Dining at the hotel was a pleasant experience, with a range of options that cater to different tastes. Whether it was a casual meal or a fine dining experience, the quality of food and service was consistently good. However, the reason for my four-star rating instead of five is due to the occasional long waits at the check-in and customer service desks. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel could benefit from a more streamlined process to handle peak times more efficiently. Overall, the Paris Hotel and Casino offers a memorable stay with its charming Parisian theme, comfortable accommodations, and vibrant casino. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy the excitement of Vegas with a touch of French elegance. Highly recommended for a unique Vegas experience!

To be perfectly honest, location is the only good thing I can say about the hotel. Staying here 20 years ago as young couple, we decided to come back to Paris Las Vegas, this time with kids, expecting similar experiences as in the past. Frankly, it was nothing like in the past but rather very disappointing. When we arrived at 1pm (2 hours prior to check-in time) we were told that the room was ready if we willing to pay an extra $56 for an early check-in. We declined and decided to grab a lunch instead, willing to be back at 3pm. When we did come back, the lines at both at self check-in, and reception were massive, prompting a 45 minutes wait to get the keys to our room in self check-in (this was quicker than front desk). When we finally made it to our room it wasn’t well cleaned and noticeably outdated. Little did we knew that housekeeping would be nonexistent throughout our stay, despite requesting it several times. we had to chase after housekeepers cleaning other rooms on the floor to ask for fresh towels. When you call to request housekeeping they would say that it’s scheduled to be cleaned but nobody would show up and room remained unclean for 4 days. While in the room TV never worked well, constantly buffering and disconnecting. WiFi is very sluggish and if you have more than 2 devices per room you have to pay extra. Overall it had a feeling of cheap suburban motel rather than 4 star hotel despite costing like a 4 start resort hotel. With all that said, I understand the life in a post pandemic world is not same as it once was, especially in hospitality industry, but I didn’t expect this in Paris Las Vegas resort. Needless to say this was our last stay there and we would not be recommending it to our friends and family

Nice place, gone are the days of inexpensive entertainment. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Bobby's burgers is a less expensive option, $40 for burger, onion ring and water. Sports book lacked wait staff. Room was quiet and clean. Easy to park, but traffic was bad.

Was hoping to leave a good review. Was told Paris would be a nice hotel to stay at. However it was dirty and service was not good. As soon as we went to our room we called down about the condition and was met with an attitude of deal with it or come wait in line for an hour or 2 to discuss. Room was also changed from what we booked and understand the renovation of the other building was delayed but we were told this change resulted in an upgrade. It was not! The room was dirty and gross. The pictures alone will show. Still have 3 more days maybe it will get cleaned better. Toilet bowl cleaner in the walls, blood on the wall, stained carpets, dirty everywhere and the funniest of all is they can’t afford bed skirts……odd. You don’t spend a lot of time In Your room but you any it to be clean and decent. Paris is moving to the lower end hotel status! Will pick a better hotel for our next anniversary get away. Also noticed looking at the reviews. They could care less. Only time they recognize a review is if it’s positive. Also returned to our room to see a notice the water will be shut off tomorrow for most of the day…..cool.

Very nice place to stay. Professional staff that are friendly and helpful. Nice sports book to sit and watch the games. Only thing I have is it was very smoky. If there are non-smoking sections, they need to be identified better.

It's a decent hotel in many regards. Interior Is nicely decorated and the shops are all themed to be like Paris as you can imagine with the casino's name. The worst part is without a doubt the wait for registration. Online registration was simple, but going in to get my key was awful. There's actually 2 lines but it usually coalesces into a single line for some reason. One is for front desk registration, and the other is for kiosk, which is quicker. Even on weekdays, the line is very long, stretching towards the front door of the casino when I went through. When I got to the kiosk and tried to check in, it told me my room wasn't ready and I would get an email when it was, even though my check-in time was maybe an hour before I got there. After walking around for 30 or so minutes with no email, I went through the line again and had to wait for another hour or so just to go to the front desk to check-in, which they gave me a key immediately with no mentioning of my room not needing to be cleaned or anything. So don't rely on waiting for an email, your best bet might just be braving the extra long, agonizingly slow line when they only have 3 clerks at the front desk. Room was nice enough, so no issue there. But if you plan on coming here, be prepared to wait in a very long line. And make sure you take advantage of online checkout.

We recently stayed at the Paris and it was wonderful. Our experience getting there with our airline caused a lot of stress, but the woman who checked us in, I believe her name was Heather, was incredible. Her positive attitude was infectious. She made us feel so welcomed. The rooms were beautiful and the views even better! We will definitely be back!
