I've stayed in many Vegas hotels and the Cosmopolitan is my favorite. It is centrally located directly on the strip. Parking is free for guests and is located directly under the hotel. The rooms are large and well appointed with wonderful views of the strip. There are a lot of restaurant choices in the hotel, providing something for everyone. As is to be expected of a high-end hotel, the restaurants are not cheap. The on-site casino is very nice, but the minimum bets can be a bit high and odds a bit low.

This was our best trip yet. The food was terrific, we enjoyed every meal and late snaking at secret pizza. The games were slow but entertaining, and the tables were a blast. The room is what completes a great stay. There balcony rooms are a real game changer. Nice and clean with big showers and two sinks.

Review from a complicated guest. First time staying at the Cosmo. This hotel is truly iconic and I was very happy I finally got to stay at the hotel. Wicked Spoon was totally worth it. You are truly in the middle of the strip and you are always one step away from everything worth doing. I have a very special thank you for Bruce in the front desk. Bruce delivered when I asked for a room with a lovely view, it was truly the best room I’ve ever stayed. Towards the end there was a misunderstanding on my end towards a special that was being offered and and this caused for Bruce to call his manager. I truly appreciate the way this was handle. I did not get things my way but the Bruce and his manager were able to maneuver the situation for me to still be able to leave as a happy guest. I truly thank you for your patience and I appreciate what you both were able to do. The Cosmopolitan is truly lucky to have you Both.

Cosmopolitan is definitely a happening spot. Lots of traffic, both foot and vehicular. Met friends at the Chandelier Bar. What a WONDERFUL experience. Our Server Chris was an absolute delight. Patient, professional, and super knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Every Cosmopolitan staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Awesome hotel!! My husband and I stayed here for the first time and we were blown away. The balcony with fountain view was breathtaking! The staff from check in to the housekeeping to the check out were very nice and accommodating with our needs. I enjoyed the atmosphere and everything this hotel has to offer. Will definitely will be returning again!

My room was spectacular!! The king suite overlooking the Bellagio fountains was amazing! The only way they could improve on it is figure out how to pipe in the music the fountains are dancing to. My room was great, incredibly spacious and well decorated/appointed. The shower had better than at home water pressure, which is really saying something. The restaurants and casino were excellent as well. A top spot on the strip for sure!

AMAZING stay @ The Cosmopolitan. I contacted the concierge weeks prior to arriving and they set up our room beautifully! Room was immaculate and the views are something else!!! Room service was prompt + food was delicious. Housekeeping was quick to bring us extra towels and blankets. Would 100% recommend!! 👌

We had the pleasure of staying at the cosmopolitan for our friends birthday party! The hotel was great! They have a ton of really good restaurants (including a hidden pizza place, ask around to find it). The dealers at the craps table were a ton of fun, and we had a great few runs! If you have the opportunity to get one of the patios facing the Bellagio, the views are amazing at night! Definitely check out this hotel if you're staying on the strip!

Spent an amazing 6 days at the Cosmopolitan. My room was spacious and wonderful. I took advantage of the view of the strip and fountain from my balcony. It was awesome! 3 swimming pools. Two gyms shops, restaurants, lounges and bars. The service no matter where, was always great. Never a problem with anything. The gaming was fun and the here too the staff were awesome. Remember to tip your waitresses. Don't get mad if they don't come back to you after you stiff them on a tip for your drink. They will be to busy serving tippers that appreciate there hard work. Over all it was Wonderful. Amazing, definitely will go again. Thank you again to the team of great people at the Cosmopolitan for making my trip to Las Vegas one of the best. Kirk M.

This used to be my favorite property on the strip. The rooms are beautiful and the views from the terraces are unmatched. Amazing food and entertainment options. Understandably not a cheap stay but up until this trip I thought it was well worth it. The soaking tub in our room that I paid almost $500 a night to stay in had a broken drain and could barely be used because it wouldn’t hold the water in. This shouldn’t have been a difficult fix but we waited ALL day for a guy to show up and claim that he fixed it but all he’d done was shove the broken drain back in the hole. We put in yet another service request and were told it was being expedited but no one showed up. Eventually they put us in a new room and the manager offered to send up a bottle of champagne. We said no and asked to just have our resort fees refunded, which they did, but he still insisted on the complimentary champagne. They tried to take a whole separate $300 security deposit off my card after we spent the whole $300 the first night, we were able to stop this by talking to the front desk but the next day they tried charging me $86 THREE TIMES for the “complimentary” champagne (retail value of less than $20) that I didn’t even want. This is after asking the front desk to take it off our bill and being told it was taken care of multiple times. I wasted an entire day at a very expensive property waiting around to be able to use the room amenities and fighting their bogus charges. The rooms really are beautiful but I will NEVER be staying here again.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I upgraded to a suit with a beautiful tub. After taking a bath this black material with a sewage smell came from the drain. I called and they said there was no other room to move to but that a smell sanitizer was being placed and maintenance was being called. It is 9pm and I have not been able to shower or get ready to go to dinner in Vegas. I have been in the phone for the last three hours trying to get a refund to go another hotel. The Cosmo denied the request from the third party to grant is a refund to go somewhere else. They offered me 150$ food voucher when all I wanted was a refund. I have never had such a terrible experience at a hotel in my life, and I travel for work. I would rather stay at a cheap hotel than sit in a nice room for hours and not be able to shower and enjoy Vegas.

I’ve stayed at many hotels on and off the strip. The Cosmopolitan is one of the best. The hotel is clean. The rooms are luxurious. I get the room with the terrace and the best part is you can smoke on the terrace. You’re welcome 😁. Service is amazing. They are constantly bringing me extra towels. What more do you want? I’ll tell you. Brunch at the Henry has the best pancakes and brunch drinks. I’ll take a Rose all day please! The pool area is beautiful and the drinks there are good too. Large casino floor and I’ve run into celebrity’s multiple times. And yea they’re a little pricey but I just catch them while there’s a deal. I’ll be back. Next time I’m gonna try their buffet.

Pics are from floor 37, corner suite. Great room just needs the carpets replaced or repaired. The layout and room itself, including the view, were fanatic. The casino was fun and engaging, a good size for our crew of ten. We played lots of games here into the late evening hours. The ride share pickup area is a disaster at points, with hundreds of people trying to catch a ride in a very odd small area.

I was really impressed with the staff and the customer service here. Heydey the server at the bar area on the second floor was so sweet and attentive. Very easy to talk to too. The security guards were great too. Unfortunately my friend had a little too much to drink and found herself struggling in the girls bathroom and the security came to get me and helped us get back to our room in the Aria safely. I was extremely impressed. Might be staying here next time I’m in Vegas.

This was a birthday getaway / surprise proposal for my girlfriend I wanted to do something memorable. We really enjoyed our stay and I’m totally lost for words. All the staff was fun, friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was spectacular, clean and comfortable. The location it perfect. The on site restaurants and lounges was amazing. Thank you to all the fantastic people we encountered. This was our 1st time in Vegas we’re not big gamblers but we love to site see, relax and enjoy great food with great company and this was definitely the place to do it! There is something for everyone. The Cosmopolitan is definitely 1 of my favorite hotels we’ve stayed in.

Our stay at the Cosmo was incredible!!!! One of my favorite things about the Cosmo is all the places that they have set up to just sit and chill all the different seating areas and they are all decorated so cool. Also the food here is amazing (avoid HattieB Hot Chicken so terrible) but we have eaten at a handful of the restaurants there cant go wrong. The room was perfect it was huge and clean and the balcony was great set up with a couch. The bath tub was interesting cause it’s a Japanese style tub so it’s like a mini hot tub. I love how everything is so open but if you don’t want it to be you can close it. The staff was helpful and friendly. The casino is fun. The bed is very comfortable. If i had a complaint it would be that the space on the vanity, there isn’t much. That’s being petty. The hotel is cool all in its own even if you don’t stay there definitely get a drink or some food.

Love this hotel!! We stayed for 4 nights in the one bedroom suite. The check in was extremely easy and smooth, room was spacious, and loved the Japanese soaking tub overlooking the Vegas strip view. Lots of amenities and restaurants at the hotel, most of the restaurants we went to during this trip were within the hotel and has mainly awesome experience. Every staff encountered were helpful and friendly. Had to call housekeeping because we somehow didn’t get that for 2 days in a roll. But after the call, the room was cleaned shortly. Will definitely come back next time in Vegas!

Absolutely love The Cosmo! It's is sleek and sultry luxury at its finest. I stayed in the Chelsea Tower in a 1 Bedroom Fountain View Room/Suite - the room was well appointed, had a great view and I loves it but in the future I would go with the Terrace Studio room for one reason: there is an open window/space from the Japanese Soaking Tub in the shower room that leads into the bedroom. All other rooms can seal off, but if you take a steaming shower or soak, it will take time to cool the bedroom down. As far as the hotel staff, they were all friendly, professional abd had a plethora of information on what to do/where to go/what to see if you're more interested in that than just gambling and partying. I felt absolutely safe at this resort, the ride share area is at the main entrance and in a well lit area. My stay was from Monday to Friday and I had no complaints about noise until Thursday night. The party crowd came in next door and decided to slam their room door over and over until about 2 am. So, I can't say for certain exactly how sound proof the rooms are. The only draw back, and its absolutely not their fault or issue, Las Vegas is currently prepping for a F1 race and road construction is a major issue. 3 or 4 lanes in both directions going down to 1 lane in either direction on the northbound side. It makes it a little more time consuming to get back and forth from the resort. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to going back again soon.

While this hotel was on the more expensive side, we felt the money was worth it. My husband smokes so having the balcony on the room was a big bonus for us along with providing a fantastic view of the strip. The view was amazing and there was so much to do just at the hotel. I wish we had one more day to explore and play more.

The rooms were beautiful! love that they have a balcony and hope they never take them away! The bathrooms were big with a huge tub. The lobby is stunning. The casino everything is such a great atmosphere. The pool is a little small for such a big hotel

The theme of the Cosmo wasn't exactly our style, but it was still a nice hotel, clean, and with good service. We had a terrace king room, and it was great overall. Comfortable bed, good amenities, good layout, bathroom was spacious with a "jet" tub, large shower, two sinks. Lots of space for your luggage, etc. Also found the rooms to be very quiet. We were in the Chelsea tower, getting to and from our room was easy. Parking, when you arrive, is a bit of a pain if you don't know which tower you're in and it's a bit confusing for that, but once you figure it out or you know your tower ahead of time, it's fine. Free if you're a guest (aside from the "resort fees"). The location is alright, depending on what you want to do. We love to wander and use the Monorail a lot, so it's not super convenient for that, but it really depends on what you want to do in Vegas. It's not a bad location at all, there are just better ones for us.

I love everything about this hotel from the looks to the feels and the amazing view from our balcony! Very clean & they have the most comfortable bed and pillows. I slept like a baby there! There’s so much to do and see. Great location compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. We hit up the club and a couple bars in here and it was so much fun! Great vibes! I also got married to my best friend!!

The casino itself looks nice, was clean, and easy directory to read and get around. It was just coming in contact with the staff was poor, especially at the Wicked Spoon Buffet. Only 1 staff member at the desk at the second floor was nice, right near the escalators. The other staff themselves made me not want to come back to this casino, they seem to judge you based on what you are wearing, and judge a book by it's cover. I didn't feel welcomed. Had better staff experiences at the other casinos, especially with the drink waitresses. I am in the end happy we didn't pick this place to have our wedding.

Nice rooms with good service. Had a corner king suite that overlooked the fountains. Only problem my group had was checking in and our reservations. They canceled some of our reservations and made new ones with earlier check out dates that we never agreed to. They upgraded some of our rooms then kicked some of us out of them because they sold the rooms on the weekend to other people even though our reservations went through Saturday. Not cool. Front desk needs alot of help. Other than that the rest of the hotel was great and very clean and friendly.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it. One of the best places to stay! Amazing views! Great designs on the overall hotel, lobby, lounges, suites, and so on. Every single staff were very friendly even housekeepers. I love the fact that the hotel is not covered by smell of cigarettes. Definitely will stay here again in next visit.

Beautiful hotel! Everything is so sparkly and beautiful. Everywhere is always so clean and nice! The casino is great and has everything you could want. There are a ton of restaurants to choose from and they are all great especially Wicked Spoon! They also have vending machines for little art pieces so that’s a lot of fun. Highly recommend staying here!

We love this hotel! We stayed for 2 nights in the one bedroom suite with the Japanese soaking tub overlooking the Vegas strip. Check in was quick and seamless and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is centrally located and accessible. The hotel is stunning and shiny. The food and restaurant selection here is amazing (both sit down and quick service). This is our third time staying here and we will definitely come back. Highly recommend to sign up to their Identity Rewards for benefits and perks and charge everything to the room to rack up those points! Those reward points can land you a complimentary room!

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Vegas. We were just there for 4 nights. We had a room issue the first night, but they made it right and moved us. Customer Service is always top-notch, and everyone is always so willing to help! Rooms are so nice. Always get my best sleep here! From the food, Customer Service, rooms this is still our number 1!

The rooms were awesome with the balcony! Loved the balcony every morning that I woke up. Great late night place for some bourbon and a cigar with my buddy. Beds were plush and the bathrooms/showers were awesome! This place was right in the heart of everything. What a selection of food and restaurants too. I could've stayed here another week.

Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was very polite and friendly. The hotel has a nice ambiance to it and is lively. The rooms were clean and comfortable , but our room #1940 had quite the design flaw. The shower had no door and no barrier on the floor which resulted in water being spilled onto the floors. Very surprised they haven't addressed this. Great dining options inside the hotel as well and the pool area was also excellent. Don't bother with the minibar fridge. $15 for a water bottle is just extortion.

My recent stay at The Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino was nothing short of a dream come true! From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in a world of unparalleled luxury, excitement, and pure indulgence. This place truly knows how to create an unforgettable experience. Let's start with the atmosphere—the energy in The Cosmopolitan is absolutely electric! The vibrant casino floor was buzzing with anticipation and the thrill of possibility. The variety of games and slot machines offered something for everyone, ensuring endless hours of entertainment. The friendly staff added to the overall positive vibe, always ready to assist with a smile. Now, let's talk about the room. I was fortunate enough to have a balcony room, and let me tell you, it was breathtaking! The moment I stepped onto my private oasis, I was greeted by panoramic views of the dazzling Las Vegas Strip. The city lights twinkled like stars, and I felt like I was on top of the world. The room itself was elegantly appointed, with luxurious amenities and plush furnishings that made me feel like royalty. It was truly a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation. And let's not forget the highlight of my stay—the incredible luck that smiled upon me at the casino! I hit the jackpot and walked away with a whopping $40,000 win! The Cosmopolitan proved to be a lucky charm, and I couldn't be more grateful for the thrilling experience and the unexpected windfall. But it wasn't just the gambling that made my stay memorable. The dining options at The Cosmopolitan were nothing short of extraordinary. From exquisite fine dining restaurants to trendy bars and lounges, there was a culinary adventure waiting around every corner. I savored the most delectable dishes, indulging my taste buds in a symphony of flavors. Last but not least, the impeccable service at The Cosmopolitan deserves a standing ovation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met, from the seamless check-in process to the prompt room service and concierge assistance. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly elevated the overall experience. In conclusion, The Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino is a true gem among the glittering lights of Las Vegas. With its incredible atmosphere, breathtaking balcony rooms, and outstanding service, it's the perfect destination for those seeking a lavish and unforgettable escape. And if fortune smiles upon you, who knows? You might just walk away with a life-changing win, like I did. I can't wait to return and create more incredible memories at The Cosmopolitan!

I'm a disabled veteran who has to sometimes use a wheelchair to walk long distances and the security of the cosmopolitan permanently kicked me out the casino because of the way I look and that i was using a wheelchair and they said some very rude things to me like they called me homeless trash and no one from the cosmopolitan has tried to make contact with me on this issue and please remember that this happened over 3 years ago and yes I tried to file a complaint against them but no one wants to hear the complaint when it comes to being an average person but if i was famous or rich they would do everything in their power to make it right. so my final thought to who ever reads this review is don't waste your time or money on this place your probably better off staying at the Motel 6.

A nice hotel situated right on the strip and in the middle of the action. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, however a little noisy. The service is great with most staff happy to help. The resort fee that is now charged by most hotels is blatant theft as you get nothing extra for it - should be called covid tax.

This was my 4th trip to Vegas, and I had the best vacation at this hotel. The balcony alone is one of the best features. The room service was delicious, better than most restaurants. I will stay here everything I'm in Vegas. Easy parking and excellent restaurants inside. So many hidden spots, it was so fun just walking around in the hotel.

Pros: each staff interaction was polite, attractive venue, clean rooms Cons: Room not ready with no ETA, very loud throughout the night (if staying in Boulevard tower facing south), low air flow from the room ac (July 🌡), toilet & balcony areas smelt like weed almost always. We checked in right at 3pm, but our 1-bedroom suite was not ready & there was no ETA. We left our luggage with the bell desk while we wandered the lively & crowded casino. At 530pm our room was ready- it looked nice, smelled good & was clean. Due to the room delay we had to cancel our dinner reservations. Despite being on the 39th floor, the music from Marquee Club carried up & woke us up at 12am. We could hear every beat & lyric and even the DJ hyping up the crowd. The music stopped close to 4am, then we drifted off to sleep only to be jarred awake by a scream. The couple in the room next to us were fighting with the lady screaming and running down the hall. Note this can happen at any hotel, but just added to the story of lack of rest this stay. Needless to say our planned 3-night stay turned into a 1-night stay with about 3 hours of sleep in 24 hours. There we no more "quieter" rooms they could move us to, so we just cancelled the remainder of our stay. The hotel was so busy & definitely not hurting for business, so I could understand why nobody asked why we were checking out early. If you are into the party scene & need little sleep to thrive, the Boulevard tower is an ideal space, but may not be ideal for those seeking a quiet space to recharge & sleep for the night.

I go to Vegas every 2 months for work and The Cosmopolitan is my favorite resort so far. I chose a king room with a terrace which was really nice! The terrace allowed me to enjoy being outside without leaving my room which a lot of other resorts don’t have. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The interior decorations are vibrant and different. I loved that my room had a fridge in addition to the mini bar so I could store my items and not have to use a cooler. The restaurants and bars had amazing food. The overall customer service was above and beyond. I work in customer service and I have high expectations. I highly recommend!

We won a crazy amount of money here. I believe it was something like $17,000 in a weekend. We ended up spending it back on the grounds of course with a luxurious spa trip, a great room, a fresh haircut, a diamond ring, and new clothes. It was amazing. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

My rating is somewhat unfair as I had difficulty getting to the Cosmo at approximately 4am due to F1 track and spectator construction. The logistics and scheduling of this build makes approaching strip properties or even just crossing the strip a nightmare. Second semi-unfair bias that negatively affected my score was the choice by management to charge for parking. There was a time that Las Vegas Casinos provided miles of parking for free… and the thought of charging for such things wasn’t considered let alone discussed. Having implemented such a draconian and greedy policy, at least locals were given 3 hours free in stead of just one (with presentation of a valid NV DL). Frankly, Nevada Residents should have been exempted entirely in my opinion as we are continual patrons at casinos we like, are ambassadors to visiting family and friends coming to town who look for us to shuttle them around and show them the choice properties which all equates to more revenue from repeat business and referrals (bringing visiting family and friends to the establishment) - and the Cosmo has ever so much to make their property shine… Overall however the Cosmopolitan is a classy upscale joint that caters to higher end gaming experiences and produces upscale entertainment options in very intimate settings. And it’s location is amongst this new cloister of casino properties in the City Centre Complex that has elevated the Harmon intersection to an experience all to itself… the Cosmo is a must see experience if you are a lover of the strip. Just be wary that the drink prices and food prices are not representative of what used to be the norm - but that’s because it’s a must see elevated up-scale experience. Live a little. It’s well worth it.

I did not stay at this hotel but went to the shopping mall part. I'm sure their hotel is nice, clean, and luxurious. Basically, they had a whole food court on the second floor, which is nice after shopping at the Crystal next door or Miracle Mile shop below. They also had a nice bar at the center with a chandelier decoration surrounding it. Overall, I recommend coming here to the second food level floor if you need to grab a bite if you are shopping in the area.

It was a perfect location in regards to proximity to other casinos and attractions and the gym facilities were excellent. If I find myself in Vegas again, I'll book another room in The Cosmopolitan.

We have stayed at the Cosmo many many times over the years and not once been disappointed. We are long-time Players Club carrying fans of the Cosmo. When my 17 yo son decided he wanted to see Vegas for the first time, we went all out with a 2-room suite to really show him what Vegas has to offer. What an unspeakable disappointment. The Cosmo is not even remotely the hotel it used to be. The room was disgusting. There's no other way to say it. Sticky crumby coffee table, lights didn't work, garbage all over the floors, torn up snagged worn out carpet, sagging sofa with a hole in it, broken window blinds, clogged up sinks, something slimy on the ceiling over the main bed, tired chipped up furniture, smears on the mirrors, broken faucet, broken mirror, ripped up wallpaper, a couple of holes in walls, and more. I called the desk and the hotel was fully booked but they offered to send "an engineer" to fix the lights - the rest of it we stared at for the entirety of our 5 day trip (including the sticky coffee table and filthy floors, which never got wiped/vacuumed by a single room service). On day 4, after miles of walking the previous 3 days, I just wanted to relax and have coffee and a bagel in my $1000/night hovel. I ordered room service with a carafe of coffee and bagels. I got paper cups, little rip-cups of shelf stable "creamer" and plastic utensils. I just wanted to sip a mug of coffee and they couldn't even deliver that. The facilities are tired; employee after employee grumbled to us about all the cost cutting. They have no more bar service for gaming tables, just a machine that spits out terrible drinks in a back room. I used to get a latte and play blackjack, but with no bar that's not an option. With all the hard-earned money spent on this trip, and putting our faith in the Cosmopolitan to deliver on my son's first Vegas experience, I can't even tell you how angry and disappointed I am. Poor form, Cosmopolitan. Take some advice from a pretty easy going guest who just wanted the same decent experience always delivered in the past: get your hair cut here because those folks are still awesome, but for the love of God stay somewhere else. Trust me on this.

Amazing room with an amazing view in an amazing hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was impeccably clean and I never found an empty sanitizer station. Be sure you search for the Art-o-Mat machines! My only complaint is that for such an amazing luxury hotel for some reason they still stock the rooms with awful budget toilet paper.

Beauty and Essex was so delicious and elegant. The pawn shop store front was so awesome! The Barbershop was my favorite experience inside the speakeasy! Tony the bartender was the highlight of my night! He's an excellent conversationalist, and really knows what he's doing! An excellent showman to entertain anyone who sits at the bar and beyond! The man knows what he's doing!

Absolutely love Cosmo and have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are spectacular, spacious, and many have balconies with strip and/or fountain views. The casino floor has many options for slots and the table games offer great variety as well, but are a bit on the higher end for minimums. The pools aren’t huge, but there’s a fair amount of deck space and chairs available. Tons of great restaurants, bars/lounges, and a central location round out all this place has to offer. Chandelier Bar is a must for cocktails. Highly recommend!

11/10 loved the view, the room so modern & spacious. You can’t say no to a “jacuzzi with an view” omg. Amazing. Room was amazing. Hotel wise it’s great but Venetian has way more restaurants & stores. More stuff to look at.

This place has the best variety of games however prepare to be around great positive happy vacationing winners. That's how it feels in this place. No sad faces allowed here. Even if you aren't the gambling type pose for your favorite Insta they have plenty of sites there for you and listen to the happy peeps cheer with glee. Truly a fun place and loved the crystals.

Really great spot. There’s a reason it’s one of the most expensive spots on the strip. Great location, great atmosphere. Most rooms have a balcony. High floors produce great fountain and strip views. If you want to be in the middle of everything with two great pools, great dining options and tons of people, go here!

Rooms are clean and cleaned up every day. The property is fun and lively. The restaurant are high end on third floor and middle high end on the second floor. The music and atmosphere is eccentric and modern luxury. The marque is one the best day and night clubs around. Pools are energized and fun. The drinks selection are the best. Highly recommend it

We stayed at the Cosmo for 4 nights in a studio with fountain view terrace. The room was incredible. Huge and what a view. Loved the amount of space. The hotel doesn't feel too big, although Chelsea Tower is set a little more back from the strip. The casino is great, drinks service pretty good. The range of restaurants is great, expensive and more cheap fast food options too. The pools are great, especially loved the Boulevard pool. Lots of loungers available at both pools. I would 100% stay again and recommend the hotel to anyone.

This has become my favorite casino on the Las Vegas strip! I stayed here multiple times now and just love the rooms and the fantastic views they have. The casino is large enough with plenty of selections of slot machines and table games. They also have a great variety of restaurants and bars and even speak easy that you have to find. What a place!

Favorite hotel on the strip, has some fabulous views regardless of the room location. Great services and food options. Usually we get a fountain view, this time had a 2 bedroom city view and another room with view towards the city and Aria and we were not disappointed. We will stay again at Cosmo.

Cosmo is the coolest hotel in Vegas. Bar none. The energy at the Cosmopolitan is what I find so appealing. It's almost always bustling, with a cool and hip crowd. Walk thru the casino on a Monday at 10AM and it's like a Saturday night at most other resorts. I've eaten at most of the restaurants on property and I have yet to have a less than stellar experience. The vibe at the pools is just awesome. I've been there 3 times in the last 10 months. Can't wait to return.

Favorite hotel on the strip. Amazing location, views, food, amenities, nightlife, and overall vibe. Service is currently hit or miss tho. Great and helpful welcome upon check-in in the Autograph Lounge and given fantastic hi-floor room, but once getting in the room we realized the sink and shower were clogged. They didn't get repaired until day two and only after having to ask twice and then leaving our room for and extended period of time but then I was given food and dining credit for the trouble. However when checking out, I was told that one of the onsite restaurants didn't qualify for the credit; wish I would have known that from the start as I ended up using less than half the credits otherwise. Also was offered an alternate room as an option...but that option wasn't ready until day 3. Also one of our comforters had an obvious stain, and so did one of the "clean" towels. Guessing recent labor shortages are probably impacting but as a Bonvoy Ambassador it's definitely tough to see these tough edges. Returning in September, optimistic they will return to first class form!

Room was incredibly nice. Very clean, check in process went smoothly. Was given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. Amenities and restaurants in the hotel are nice and make staying here convenient. Nicest hotel I have stayed at on the strip.

Our initial check in at this hotel was a nightmare. The manager on duty Tammy was mediocre at her job to say the least. Not helpful, and not friendly. Our keys to our room didn't work and our room had lights out and the fan in the bathroom made a screeching noise. Security came to the room next to us, but wouldn't let us in the room because "protocol" - I am not entirely sure why a phone call down to the desk and checking our ID's wasn't allowed. - We planned on leaving but decided that our trip was too short and it wouldn't be worth it. And honesty I am glad we didn't. We ended up at the pool bar and the staff out there was truly out of this world. Jessica the bar tender and Misty the pool manager went above and beyond to undo our unpleasant experience when we got there. I mean, I'm not sure if I have ever witnessed better customer service in my entire life. They are the only reason I am giving this hotel 3 stars. If it wasn't for them I would have left 1 star. I hope someone from management reads this and recognizes how much credit the entire staff at the Chelsea Pool deserve.

This was our best trip yet. The food was terrific, we enjoyed every meal and late snaking at secret pizza. The games were slow but entertaining, and the tables were a blast. The room is what completes a great stay. There balcony rooms are a real game changer. Nice and clean with big showers and two sinks.

This is a great hotel. Be aware of a few things however, the first that this is huge hotel so check in will likely take at least 15 minutes of waiting in line so if you are jet lagged be prepared. Check-in is quite impersonal- due to the large number of guests. So don’t go here for a boutique experience. That said staff are extremely friendly. The food and rooms at this hotel are excellent. Superfrico is very good as are any of the food hall restaurants. The hip art gallery decor is a bit corny- but grows on you. They don’t have free coffee or coffee makers in room- Vegas wants your money- there is a Starbucks that opens early 5am. This is an issue for those facing jet lag a good 24 hr restaurant would be appreciated- your only 24 hr option in this hotel is room service which is very good. The terrace is a nice touch and if you get a suite the large soaking tub is very nice. Could use some new bedding. Sort of a party atmosphere at the hotel but we saw a lot of families and many very friendly tourists from Asia who enthusiastically wished us a merry Christmas :) good vibes.

Everything is so sparkly and beautiful. Everywhere is always so clean and nice! The casino is great and has everything you could want. We loved our trip to the Cosmopolitan. We are foodies, so the Cosmopolitan fed our foodie souls. Do not miss out on Zuma! We still have to come back to try out Beauty and Essex. The Chandelier Bar is stunning and I love the modern art placed throughout the hotel, keeping things interesting. The Barbershop was so much fun. All the restaurants in Block 16 are good! One thing we didn’t like was not having a coffee machine in our room which we consider pretty basic. This is a high energy property, so choose it wisely 😀

We only went to the Chandelier Bar. It used to be classier, now sort of caters to the Bach parties. Drink menu has changed- lots of sweet drinks. Decor is extremely disappointing and lacks the branded image it could have. We have gone off and on over the years and probably won’t be back. Too many other nice places to go.

My son and I spent the weekend here. Service was excellent. We were treated like royalty. Food at STK was so good. Service there was great. Very attentive and professional. The breakfast buffet was too much as well. Food was so good you didn't want to get full. Loved the action in the casino. Table games were a lot of fun. International crowd so I gambled with a fun couple from Japan. We really had a wonderful time and my son took home a stack of money. So he was even happier 😁

Pros: Excellent location on the strip Good selection of bars and restaurants Large room with balcony Well equipped gym (Chelsea tower) Cons: No perks for Marriott status other than a separate check-in lounge. Nightclub was very loud and could not sleep. Pool was overcrowded. Rooms are looking tired and furniture needs to be replaced Bedding had blood on comforter and obviously was not changed from previous guest.🤢 Requested hypoallergenic room, filled with feathered bedding. In the future, I will not return as a hotel guest.

I had a wonderful stay at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The hotel is located in the heart of the Strip, with easy access to all the attractions and entertainment. The room was spacious, comfortable and stylish, with a private terrace and a stunning view of the skyline. The service was impeccable, from the friendly check-in to the attentive housekeeping. The hotel has an amazing restaurant collection, featuring world-class chefs and cuisines. I especially enjoyed Holstein's and District Donuts! The casino was also fun and exciting, with a variety of games and slots. The Cosmopolitan is truly a unique luxury resort that offers everything you need for a memorable Las Vegas vacation. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to come back!

I can only comment on the environment and Beauty & Essex inside of The Cosmopolitan. The environment was beautifully sophisticated. There were a lot of people walking around taking in all of the sights and going to the different restaurants inside. I'd like to go back to try a few other food options. I'd highly recommend stopping by if you're in Vegas.

We stayed in a suite with an awesome fantastic view of the fountain and the strip. The room and the decor was really nice but there are some drawbacks on the overall stay experience. 1. The refrigerator was not getting cold enough. We tried the 2 hr quick cold and another time later the 8 hour snooze cold - both options barely made out of the room temperature. When you come from outside temperature of 115 degrees fahrenheit definitely makes you want some 5 star cold drinks at the minimum. 2. The next day room refresh was incomplete. It appeared only the beds were done. The carpet did not get vacuumed nor did the tables/counter tops got wiped. Even the empty shampoo bottles left on the shower floor were left as is. We were expecting the entire room to be refreshed to experience that exotic feeling of cosmopolitan. 3. The bedroom did not get cold enough. It seemed the living space area was much cooler than the bedroom - not sure why when the bedroom door was closed for privacy the bedroom wasn't getting any cooler. Would be nice to have both the areas maintain the uniform temperature.

Spacious lobby and rooms. Excellent check-in and check out process. The room doors are extremely heavy and actually a bit hard to open. The toilet in the room is positioned oddly behind a door, then partitioned off and the water flow to it wasn't terrific. We had a great view from our room and enjoyed the terrace when it wasn't too hot in the mornings. Would visit and stay here again.

This hotel was great per usual. We either stay here at the cosmopolitan or at Bally’s whenever we are in Vegas. My wife loves the balcony so of course this was the choice. Great location and even better amenities. 26 restaurants and food choices and if you want to stay in and warm up leftovers they will deliver you a microwave. Customer service on point without a doubt. Would recommend to anyone staying here that is looking for luxury.

Met a business associate at the Chandelier bar for coffee on a Friday morning at 9 AM. Parking was so easy and elevator access was easy. I want to note that I asked for a hot tea and the bartender ran over to a different area of the hotel to get it for me. I really appreciated that. He went above and beyond to get my tea which was so nice.

I'm not exactly sure why it's taken so long to review The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. First of all, navigating any property is easier when you have a great executive host, but this wonderland is very easy to navigate on a self guided curated tour. Think of this place as a museum- a benchmark on what to do with space and decor, and somehow always stay ahead of the curve. The Art-O-MAT machines littered throughout the property are re-purposed analog cigarette machines. Pop in a fiver and get back some sort of hand made art or trinket. The location can't be beat. If you are nice and a little lucky, you can get yourself a terrace room or suite that overlooks the fountains. Every dining establishment has been phenomenal. The utilization of space is mind boggling. The fit and finish are just gorgeous. It smells delightful and it's always in style.

This was my first time as a guests at this beautiful hotel. Rose, one of the concierge is absolutely the ultimate professional and very passionate about ensuring the first experience is top notch. Stylish, chic, and trendy. Totally my style and taste. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was amazing! We never had to ask for cleaning service. The housekeeping team was on top of it and made sure we had the necessities needed for a great stay. This is an AMAZING hotel to stay at. The service is top tier, the location is incredibly smart and the rooms - oh the rooms. Sexy, smart, modern, hip without being in your face about it. Definitely get a balcony room if you can. My top 3 for staying on the strip.

Great property with fantastic location on the strip. I love that the rooms have balconies and you can sit outside, enjoy the weather and a drink. The crowd is definitely younger, and there is a party vibe here. If you're a little older and want to avoid the drunk 20/30 year old crowd, be sure to not stay here here. Regardless of whether you stay here or not, this is a great place to walk through, play a little, shop, and enjoy one of the many great restaurants.

I've never been to a hotel that didn't rate match before. I guess I didn't realize that's just the kind of place this is. I went there for a nice soak and a good night's sleep for a fair price. Instead I got charged 150 more than the other sites and didn't get any sleep because my room was right next to the night club. 🙃 staff was not accommodating in the slightest. Great balcony view of the parking lot though. 👌

The location is spectacular. It's perfect to experience all Las Vegas has to offer. The casino, hotel and restaurants can't be beat. My only complaint is the long waits to check-in. They absolutely need more people working and the gentleman didn't ask if it was our first time or provide any helpful information. Our sink wasn't draining well, which we mentioned at checkout as it wasn't make or break and the toilet handle was broken but usable. Given what we spent I simply expected a bit more from the check-in experience and the room but otherwise the room was fantastic. Located in the Chelsea Tower it was quiet and spectacular views of the city. The pool was awesome as well.

As recent newlyweds, we wanted to take a moment to share our incredible experience getting married at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. From the stunning terrace of our wrap-around suite to the impeccable details and exceptional staff, our wedding day was fantastic. The Cosmo holds a special place in our hearts, we visit 3-4 times a year for various occasions. So, when it came to choosing a location for our wedding, it was only natural that we wanted to get married there, and it did not disappoint! The wrap-around terrace suite was the perfect setting for our special day. The backdrop of the Las Vegas strip and the hotel's modern elegance provided a breathtaking atmosphere that had all of our guests in awe. The attention to detail in arranging our outdoor ceremony was remarkable. What truly sets The Cosmo apart, though, is its incredible staff. Our wedding sales manager, Tamar, was an absolute delight to work with. From the initial planning stages to the final execution, she ensured that every aspect of our wedding was nothing short of magical. Her professionalism, dedication, and ability to turn our vision into reality were truly exceptional. On our special day, we were fortunate to have the incredibly talented photographer, Brandon from Gin&Sake Productions. His ability to capture every moment, emotion, and detail of our wedding was truly incredible. The photographs we received are priceless memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. Our officiant, Michael, played a pivotal role in making our ceremony truly memorable. He created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and his words were heartfelt and sincere. Michael's presence and words resonated with us and our guests, making the ceremony a truly special moment. The entire team at The Cosmo made us feel exceptionally special on our wedding day. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were treated with warmth, kindness, and top-notch service. It's evident that this hotel values its guests and goes above and beyond to make every experience memorable. Choosing the Cosmo for our wedding was a decision we'll always cherish. Our wedding day was a dream come true, and it wouldn't have been possible without the dedication, attention to detail, and professionalism of the team. We're grateful for the memories created on this special day, and we look forward to returning to The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas for many more amazing visits. Thank you!

If you are coming to Vegas, you expect to spend money. With that said, the money spent here was well worth it. The employees were friendly and accommodating! The pool area was clean and inviting. We loved the buffet! So many choices and it was delicious. Also ate at Blue Ribbon in the hotel which was fantastic and our server Michael was very attentive! No luck at the slots in the casino but had fun playing. The fitness center was clean and offered enough equipment to get in a good workout. Complimentary water and fresh towels available. Go early and watch the sun rise while you run on the treadmill. My room was fantastic! Huge balcony overlooking the pool and the strip. The mountains in the background were a special bonus! I definitely would return.

I recently had a 4-night stay at this casino hotel following a 2-night stay in Denver, CO. As a coffee enthusiast, having a kettle for a cup of coffee in my hotel room is a must. However, upon arriving in my room, I was surprised to find that there was no kettle. I went to the customer service desk to request one, only to be told that I would have to pay $11.50 plus tax for someone from housekeeping to physically deliver a kettle to my room. I found this policy quite perplexing. I mean, why couldn't someone simply hand me a kettle? Especially since I was already paying a daily 'resort fee,' in addition to the room rate. Apart from this initial hiccup, the hotel was conveniently located for our needs, being almost central. The room was a comfortable suite on the 31st floor with a balcony offering a mesmerizing view of the Bellagio fountains along Las Vegas Boulevard. The complimentary kettle in the room was a nice touch. It's worth noting that this hotel is surrounded by other famous casino hotels like Paris Las Vegas and Planet Hollywood. While having a balcony is a nice feature, it does come with the downside of potential noise from late-night revelers. Unfortunately, the buffet at the hotel left much to be desired – it was overpriced and the quality was disappointing. On a positive note, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was impressive. All in all, the amenities and features within the suites are commendable, with the one notable exception being the absence of a kettle.

Booked the ‘terrace one bedroom suite fountain view’ with Japanese soak tub. The views from the spacious balcony - amazing! The bed was very comfortable, had two tv’s, fridge, snacks, 2 showers and toilets, etc. The breakfast buffet.. one of the best breakfast buffets I ever ate at - so many options (a bit pricey but well worth it). Great location right in the middle of the strip.. plenty of dining options, a club, casino, bars, pool, etc. The staff did a great job keeping the room tidy as well. I highly recommend staying here!

The room we had was huge, large bed, comfy sheets, with a great view. However the amenities were quite basic, no drinking water provided, no kettle, or coffee facilities. The hotel and the our room smelt smokey, the lighting was too dim for our liking. The room wasn’t very well cleaned/serviced, the bath tub had hairs and the taps/bathroom surfaces had water stains. TVs are dated too and could do with upgrading. Check in took almost an hour and that was via the Marriott Bonvoy Gold queue, this was slower than the standard queue! Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was fantastic and well set up, really enjoyed my work out there. The pool area looked great too, but we didn’t use it as it was too cold.

I was so disappointed in my 3rd stay. Stain on the sheets, the bathtub poured water onto the floor so it couldn't be used. The bar sink leaked water all over the floor. The glass around our balcony was so dirty you couldn't see through it. For what we paid for a wrap around terrace room. We will likely never come back here or recommend it to anyone. It's gone down in the 2 year gap of not being there. I expected more. Staff are great! Hotel was extra smokey this visit too which is gross for non smokers. It never used to smell like smoke, let alone linger around you. It was a classy hotel that is starting to get worn out it seems. Beds, pillows, and sheets are incredibly soft and comfortable though!

Location, cleanliness, and service are top-notch. Some of the best restaurants we ate at were in this resort. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. However, maintenance is non-existent. We got off the elevator to find the light hanging when we checked in and stayed that way throughout the stay. The jets didn't work in the tub. The fridge was unusable because the ice formed up on the back, and you couldn't close the door. The wireless controller just displayed waiting and never connected. The TV would randomly go back to the home screen. The toilet bolts in the small bathroom were coaraded off, and so we just chose not to use that. The exhaust fan in the master bath was locked up. There was some weird fuzzy stuff on the wall, but it brushed off. After voicing my concerns, their only solution was to remove the resort fee.

I haven't stayed here. We usually stay at planet Hollywood but we visit this place on multiple times. They have a great player point system. Very chic and modern inside. Definitely looking at staying at this place in the future next time we go to Vegas. Lots of food choices. Lots of entertainment choices, places clean and lots of stuff

Loved our time at the cosmo! Gorgeous bathtub inside the room, lovely terrace with our room that had cozy outdoor furniture, we had quiet room, and there were great bars and restaurants inside the hotel. We had such a fun time. Would totally stay here again!! ♥️

What can you say about the property that hasn't been said before. Had a wonderful room overlooking the Bellagio fountain and it was surprisingly quiet considering all the terraces outside the sliding glass door. The decor inside still holds up years later and is very hip and lively. There's a lot of younger people here that gives it a little more energy. It's a good property for photo opportunities because of the design. Plenty of places to get quick bites that are a little more unique. Not a big fan of the parking garage, it's a little dingy and has tight spaces, but most people don't have to worry about that.
