Ordered dinner for my 4 year old daughter and I. She’s super picky so I was surprised she asked for Popeyes, but happy considering she eats like 5 things. We got nuggets and tenders. Some of the tenders were over cooked and nuggets raw inside. Unacceptable and major health risk

This was one of the best Popeyes chicken meals I've ever had and I've been eating it for several decades. The chicken was extremely fresh and very hot, must have just come out of the grease. The biscuit was perfect and the regular side of red beans and rice, all those somewhat small, was very tasty. The pieces seem to be a little bit bigger than they normally are for chicken size pieces that Popeyes but that's another positive.

I was so hungry when I got off work. So I went to Popeyes to get the Big Box with Nuggets. When I got there I had to wait 12 minutes. Can somebody tell me what is on my Nuggets? This just made me throw everything away I will never eat here again!!!!!!!!!

I had already made up my mind that I was not to return to this location, but under dire and desperate circumstances I found myself there tonight, and regret it yet again. Don’t bother placing mobile orders because they are never ready, don’t bother asking for specific pieces of chicken because you are not going to get it. Drive-thru line usually takes far too long regardless of how many cars are in the line. It is beyond frustrating dealing with this location. I’m truly surprised they have over two stars.

The service here has gone down tremendously. I pull up to the drive through and NO cars are waiting behind me so I look to see what deals maybe on the app. The young lady kept asking, may I help you, I told her to hold on. She kept rushing, I said, hold on. Then when I said “hello”, she said, you ready now but in a tone as if she’s irritated. I then get to the window and she’s speaking fast and I’m reaching for my card so I couldn’t hear her. I ask her what did you say, she closes the window and call her manager. I asked, “why did she call you?”. Manager says, “if she feels something isn’t right she can call me”. I said, “all I said was I couldn’t hear her”. The young lady has an attitude problem and needs to be retrained. Better yet they all need to be retrained or just don’t come here at all.

Decent service (not Chick-fil-A level, but decent). Clean. Reasonably quick. The new chicken sandwich is unexpectedly good (I had the spicy one). I didn't believe the reviews claiming that it's better than the Chick-fil-A sandwich, but they're accurate (and I'm a die-hard Chick-fil-A fan). The only other fast food chicken sandwich I've had that is this good is possibly Raising Cane's.

The staff Is friendly, however it seems the the food portion maybe a little smaller than other Popeye, but food is still good.

Great food and my go to spot in the area for chicken. Service can be busy and slightly slow sometimes due to the people coming in to pickup food for delivering to the person who can’t get their bum off of the couch. Stop wasting my time with these folks. Otherwise this is a great location. There is a big dining room and plenty of free parking.

I didn't feel like cooking, so I got the app and did some coupons The prices are great when you use the app. Food was fresh and hot. Ghost pepper wings are good.

Service and food was great and fresh

The food is good, but I don’t know why I bothered ordering - if you’re in the drive through, you might as well just take whatever they give you, for as much as the staff seem to care.
