God yes! This store. You think you've had good customer service before? You ain't even felt the tip til you walk into here. First thing when you walk in: its effin organised. I'm talking military strike on a newfound nation with tons of oil -organized. You're looking at Hermes Conrad from futurama level organisation. And that ain't even the best part: Remember your high school sweetie that turned you down because of the serious acne you were rocking? Doing business here feels like finding that sweetheart ten years later and learning that they're bankrupt and ugly now. Its a good life. And it all starts here.

UPS has to be the worst postal service I've ever dealt with. Every single package I have delivered by them is late. Not like oh he got a late package once and is exaggerating... EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE arrives anywhere from 2-3 days late, with many passing their initial delivery date and then literally going into limbo with no updates for days before suddenly its out for delivery. The worst part is, they all say delivered X date by end of the day so you try to be around for the package which never shows up only to have the delivery date change to unknown a full day after its late. Just do yourself a favor and use USPS when possible, the price is often cheaper and the service is WAY more consistent.

Carry & Ariel are great stewardess at the UPS Store 3745...I give them a recommendation of 5 stars for their attention to detail and direct customer service.

The staff is very funny and they also do their best to help me out whenever I visit. P.S the 5 star is for the service I get there, but that UPS sign need to go back up. I still miss the place every time I visit.

Such a significantly better experience than using any of the government run postal service’s. And this local business is amazingly run so smoothly, and open during this pandemic. Highly trusted! I ship and receive high dollar items. All my packages are handled with such care and I appreciate it so incredibly much. While I could write #123 reasons why they’re great. Just trust me 😉

Shipped a .4lb book in my own packaging an hour and a half away and the slowest service cost me $17. Something's not right there.

I had enjoyed being a customer under Lucy and the old management for many years and was worried when I heard the store was being sold. After working with the new staff for some time now, I can honestly say although I miss Lucy, Carrie and staff have done a great job of maintaining the quality of service, friendliness and helpfulness that I had previously become accustomed!

The staff is the absolute BEST! However, this UPS opens too LATE for me. I'm a contractor who travels. 95% of my pkgs are for work & I have to wait until after 8A when I need to be on the road by 6. I need a store with better hours.

Kerri a “manager” wouldn’t take two small packages to ship back to amazon because it had too much tape on it and the items had to be in a box or a bag n that one little tape spot could get caught on a conveyor belt. All you had to do was press it together and it wasn’t sticking out anymore. She also claimed They were not n a bag. I put a lot of packing tape so no liquids could destroy the label which was printed on paper. So even though it was Totally inconvenient and out of my way I went to staples. The ups guy there said it was ridiculous she didn’t take them because they were fine. Never will go back again.

After Amazon sent me over 30 lights all individually packaged, I realized they were all the wrong lights. Every light had to be shipped back individually with its' own label. After being turned away from another UPS Store because it was "too much work", the awesome manager & employees saved the day. What an awesome experience! I will be sure to utilize this location for all of my shipping needs.

Service at this location is great! The staff here are very friendly & helpful! If you don't have shipping tape at home, they will tape it for you here free of charge unlike some other places. So I highly recommend this location! :)

I was at the parking in front of the store when I realized I forgot to print my return label. I called to see if it was okay to drop my package without having the return label. I spoke to Ralph who was pleasant. He told me to send it to the store email so they can print it. Thanks to the help of Ralph and Elizabeth who kindly printed the label for my packages. I felt like a valued and appreciated customer from the moment that I walked in. Not only did they have some good soulful R&B vibes playing but the overall vibe atmosphere and energy of the store was lovely. The customer service was exquisite! The employee who assisted me specifically was a young woman named Jahzara! She made what at time can be a very daunting millennial generation task (snail mail in general) a fool proof and joyous process. Recently went in and as a Marine Veteran they are very professional and adhere to excellent standards. The customer service was quick to adapt with my hearing disability and made it easy for me to go in and out.

Dishonest. I sent a Cell Phone to Canada, after taking all my information including package content and value they told me it would be $39. They failed to tell me that they would also charge $76 UPS Custom Broker fees + $26 in additional tax before delivery, so it ended up costing more then 3x what they quoted. If they told me up front I could have decided otherwise, but they miss-rapresented the cost of shipping it to the destination. Bait and switch or pure Fraud! I will not use this location again. EDIT after response: As mentioned in original post, $76 were charged by the UPS Custom Broker. So charged by UPS which your store is part of. There was no mention of these additional charges.

Ralf is your man is if you want delicate items packed, shipped and delivered via UPS in perfect condition. Ralf took great care in packing an antique music cabinet with great sentimental value. He not only took pictures of the packaging, but called me when it was delivered to ensure that it arrived with no damage.

I wish I could have put in zero stars. I found my experience at this store very poor and actually quite troubling. The customer service was very poor on the part of a female employee. She did not greet or offer help. She acted as if she wanted to be anywhere but there. But the issue is worse. I had a package to be notarized. The notary on the staff was there and he was fine. But I realized that I had made a mistake on the paperwork and I went back about an hour later to retrieve my envelope. The miserable young woman was the only one there and I asked her if she would return it to me. She went in a back room and came back empty handed telling me she couldn't find it. She said she didn't know what the notary did with it. I asked her when the parcels get shipped out and she told me "tonight". So now the problem is even worse because apparently, the documents that I wanted to send were missing because she coolant find it. This is wrong on so many level.s. There was no apology or gesture to hold it for me and contact me later when finding the item. There was no conversation on her part at all. This is a terrible way to do business for business costumers and for people who have important personal business that they would want to trust UPS with.

I have been coming to this UPS for years, always have had great service. Today, I had a return and read the return instructions wrong. Initially, I got rude attitude from an employee named “My.” I turned away to make sure I didn’t say something hurtful or disrespectful back. As a senior reviewer for Google, I of course will do a review. In the end, she tries to walk back her nastiness. First impressions matter.

Been coming to this place for while, employees are very nice and respectful. On July 29th at 5pm I have visited the place and dealt with with employee name "My"..oh boy she one nasty human being. Very mean and disrespectful.

This UPS store is the best around! The manager Carry is my go to person when I need something shipped personally or for my business! It’s a one stop shop for all your business needs just tell Carry what you need and she will make it happen. Our business has gotten logo stamps, business cards, uniforms custom printed with our logo, and many more things through this store! Carry’s customer service is unparalleled, our business closes at 6 by the time I close and leave my place I am almost always cutting it super close to 7pm when they close. Countless times I show up right at 7 with 20 packages and she always makes sure that they go out that night and even gives me a hand.

I brought a very big, heavy item late in the day to them to ship. They were immediately responsive, helpful, pleasant and friendly with great service. I would highly recommend this store if you want fast efficient service. The girls running this store here are fabulous. Thanks!!
