wish
I
could
have
put
in
zero
stars.
I
found
my
experience
at
this
store
very
poor
and
actually
quite
troubling.
The
customer
service
was
very
poor
on
the
part
of
a
female
employee.
She
did
not
greet
or
offer
help.
She
acted
as
if
she
wanted
to
be
anywhere
but
there.
But
the
issue
is
worse.
I
had
a
package
to
be
notarized.
The
notary
on
the
staff
was
there
and
he
was
fine.
But
I
realized
that
I
had
made
a
mistake
on
the
paperwork
and
I
went
back
about
an
hour
later
to
retrieve
my
envelope.
The
miserable
young
woman
was
the
only
one
there
and
I
asked
her
if
she
would
return
it
to
me.
She
went
in
a
back
room
and
came
back
empty
handed
telling
me
she
couldn't
find
it.
She
said
she
didn't
know
what
the
notary
did
with
it.
I
asked
her
when
the
parcels
get
shipped
out
and
she
told
me
"tonight".
So
now
the
problem
is
even
worse
because
apparently,
the
documents
that
I
wanted
to
send
were
missing
because
she
coolant
find
it.
This
is
wrong
on
so
many
level.s.
There
was
no
apology
or
gesture
to
hold
it
for
me
and
contact
me
later
when
finding
the
item.
There
was
no
conversation
on
her
part
at
all.
This
is
a
terrible
way
to
do
business
for
business
costumers
and
for
people
who
have
important
personal
business
that
they
would
want
to
trust
UPS
with.
