    Lack of information, my package was out for delivery may 12, 2020 and by 8pm an emergency alert , severe weather or emergency, and the delivery will be delayed, I called today may 13 2020. and no one answer the phone I try to get information in the UPS home page, no update about why the package was delayed. That is poor, very poor customer service. No good.

My suggestion to UPS, close the place down, and consolidate your operations in Carolina with handpicked employees that will preserve the profesional standards of your company. This place is a liability to UPS! Hardly a star!👎🏻

    Here's a tip for everyone who's packages arrived through this UPS location.They never answer the phone while the center is open. Instead call them between 7:30pm to 8:30pm there's a gentleman who will answer your call and any questions you have.In my experience both times I interacted with him he was very helpful.I hope this helps.

    Due to COVID-19, every Best Buy in PR is close. You can place an order through the phone but by the time they answer, a new computer will come out. I place an order on bestbuy.com to be picked up in FL. Easy! A friend of mine went to pick it it up and then send it to me. Sounds easy. He went to an UPS location in Apopka FL and they charged him $190 and guaranteed it will be in PR in three days. Yesterday I received the notification(3rd day) that the computer was out for delivery and it’ll be delivered @9pm. I stood up until 11pm and the delivery was not made. Why on earth will you charge $190 to guarantee it will be delivered on time and it doesn’t happen???? We are living the hardest time and $190 are not easy to find or to be spent “just because”. UPS robbed me and caused me a “memo” on my job because I didn’t have the equipment I PAID for to continue working. Looking forward for a response. But I can guarantee UPS I will never use their services again and I’ll make sure everyone knows.

    Look at my photo and take a wild guess why this place has an average customer service rating nearing 1 star. With over 100 reviews, someone is going to say something nice (like employees or family members) or perhaps they accidentally mashed 2 stars instead of one. And yet their overall score is still close to 1 star.

    Horrible service. If you're there, the emplyees are nice but if you're waiting on a package, they never deliver. When you go to pick up, they only open for 4 hours during the week and are closed on the weekends. As a working individual, how in the hell am I supposed to be able to get my packages!? I hate this location.

    Horrible service. Open late after the scheduled time. The time and days for customer to claim, service or pickup are very short and non flexible. Often do not deliver properly which leads to go to the Center to pickup package before they return. We pay for the product at least is expected a proper service. Do the best to use other carries instead of this.

    Pick ups at home are a total nightmare. They will NEVER ring the bell or knock at your door. Have to reschedule multiple times every time I need to return something heavy to Amazon.

    No matter how clear you make the address, they never deliver the package. You have to go look for it. It can't be a coincidence that the majority have the same complaint. And the hours are limited, they don't answer calls either.     Office conditions, horrible. No air conditioning, not suitable for human beings including its employees. If you want your staff to go the extra mile, do something yourself to make them feel important. People deserve good service but the staff deserve human like conditions.

    I'm sure someone is trying their best but, I travel a lot and this place has major issues. First I had to drive over because they flat out hang up the phone every time you call if they pick up at all. I told them to leave the box here because it was Monday and they keep saying it's on its way since Thursday. Saw a lot of people here waiting to drop of a 🎁 make sure to deposit them somewhere else. Save yourself unnecessary stress.

    Never answer the Customer Service Phone and in 3 occasions, my package is scanned as “Deliver and left in the front Porche” and never shows up. Only when our Regular Driver Hugo (for over 20 years) is driving, packages arrive with out fail. Every time he is off and someone else is delivering for him, my packages are marked as deliver and never arrive. I have a video camera directed to my Front Porch, any one that walks here is recorded and UPS NEVER came and deliver anything. THREE TIMES! Always the same. Regular driver is off and my packages are LOST!
