I will tell everyone I know not to go there.. then they just tried to call me I didn't and won't take their calls. 1 oly gave a 1 star because they didn't have minus 1000.

There's needs to be a better way in checking in when an appointment has already been made and confirmed. I should've been able to tell them my appointment time and last name, should've been sufficient. I had to stand in the middle of the lobby while the staff verify all my info with a line of patients standing behind me. Based on the info verification, the patients behind me, knew my name, date of birth, phone number and my symptoms. I do not feel comfortable on how this was handled. What happened to patient privacy? Who can I escalate this to?

Came with a friend to give her comfort and the nurses and doctors are totally freaking rude. I'm from NH and never been treated like this before! They don't care they are inconsiderate! Definitely MASSHOLES! They need to shut that place down or find new nurses and doctors

I anticipated a long wait for urgent care but 3hrs was a bit much. I was however lucky to land in front of a physician by the name of Brian(last name is lost on me atm) He was one of the most personable and knowledgeable providers I have ever met. My case was a bit of a grey zone issue and he did everything he could for me and then some. My PCP left me to fend for myself and Iā€™m glad I chose Circle Health in Dracut. Admin staff could however work on their communication between departmentsā€¦ I was made to sit outside for the first 1.5 hours because they thought I wanted to be seen for covid symptomsā€¦ simply because I had been crying and had the sniffles. -___- if my initial concern for coming in would have been heard we could have avoided that hiccup. Nurse staff was also very kind and personable. If you finally get back to see medical staff youā€™ll be well taken care of.

As someone with a peanut/tree nut allergy, it was bold of me to assume the staff and nurses would be a little more knowledgeable on something called rebound reactions. I accidentally consumed something with peanuts the day before I went to this location. My reaction was bad but I was able to get it under control at home. I woke up the next morning with a swollen throat, severe chest tightness and pain. While I can breathe, every time I spoke left me winded. The doctor and nurses on site told the receptionist that since it was the day prior I had consumed the allergen; itā€™s not an emergency. I tried explaining rebounds, she disappeared. A nurse came to get me and took vitals. She said I was getting enough oxygen, so I can go back out and wait my turn. I walked out. I know my body. I know how allergic reactions and anaphylaxis work. In the end, I did receive appropriate medical care ELSEWHERE and medicine to help the swelling in my throat and chest. I wonā€™t ever go back here. If youā€™re going in for anything besides an ear infections or basic cough, youā€™d be better off at minute clinic. And to Circle Health - teach your staff to show a little compassion. Allergic reactions arenā€™t something to toss aside. ***Iā€™ve called the patient care # they post on every bad review. Itā€™s just an answering machine and they donā€™t return calls****

Terrible services. Had an appointment at 4.30 and waited for 2.5 hours more and donā€™t know the reason why. I have been coughing for last 2 weeks when I said this and they donā€™t even send the doctor or physician. I was checked by the nurse. I have to give my work place a certification but they donā€™t even write that too. Not even 1 star worth.

Go someplace Else if you have an emergency!! Been here over 45 minutes.. 4 people have walked out. No one has even been called to be seen. Iā€™ll never come back here for any emergency ever again unless this place turns around!

This place is an utter waste of time with some incompetent staff. My wife injured a finger on a Saturday, so we stopped by to get it checked out and see if it was broken (severely swollen). The doctor didn't spend more than 15-seconds in the room and didn't look at or evaluate her finger at all. He popped his head in the door way and clearly couldn't be bothered to provide care. He reviewed the x-rays and said she had two fractures and recommended she see a specialist ASAP. Well, we went to the specialist who looked at my wife's hand and said the doctor was wrong and it's only a bruise. Even the specialist couldn't understand why my wife was sent to her! The urgent care was a joke and complete waste of money. We tried to dispute the visit with our insurance through Lowell General, but they sent a letter explaining (essentially) that the doctors there aren't professionals when it comes to reading x-rays and did the best they could, so sorry, not sorry, pay up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE!

Horrible experience trying to get a covid test. Nurse telling me she's not vaccinated for some reason. Told to come back a few days later and that I wouldn't have to wait 3 hours again. Come back and wait 2 more hours only to give up. Appreciate everyone is slammed but they need to figure out a better solution than sit in you car for 2+ hours and we may call you.

Got to this facility at 3pm was pre registered by one staff who is a lady and told to come back exactly at six to be seen. I came back by 5.45 and checked in and told will be seen soon . New patients kept coming and were seen right away while I was still seated. Almost every New patient was coming and was been seen so I went up at the checkpoint and ask what was the criteria for been called in then they told me my appointment is not in until 7.30 pm when they are closing. My first experience here is horrible i do understand it is busy but being considerate and truthful is necessary in a healthcare facility

Unfortunately After coming to this urgent care a few times I cannot give this a good rating. First time I went I was having heart palpitations, I knew what the problem was but I couldnā€™t get into my pcp. They did an ekg ( which was normal) and then told me to go to the Er. I asked if they could do blood work, they stated ā€œ Bo bc then we will have to f/u with youā€ šŸ˜³ second time I brought my son who had poison Ivy for 2 weeks and he started to get blisters on his feet. The doctor told me it was a fungal infection, I had tried to tell her that it was definitely poison Ivy but she sent in a prescription for an anti fungal anyways, then had to take my son elsewhere to be treated appropriately. Another family member went for a swollen throat / tonsils, they told him it was post nasal drip and to get Flonase, he ended up seeing someone else at another clinic and was diagnosed with something completely different. This clinic is dangerous and needs either new doctors or to be shut down completely.

They screwed around for almost an hour before actually looking at my orders and raising they could not perform the tests. Then they "helpfully" sent me to another facility that couldn't do them on a weekend. Bonus: They assigned someone else's test results to me. I was never seen on the date in question and I got a notification saying I had test results available. Worse, it seems the only way to address this is through a web form. I filled it out and got an automated message acknowledging the form (but not the problem). At the bottom it said not to bother replying to the notification email. They have literally put my health at risk by assigning someone else's test results to me.

Went there 9/26/23 for cough, runny nose, head congestion, swollen lymph nods, headaches, etc. I got strep, covid, and flu tests and they cane out negative. I was told I was fine just take over the counter medicine and I should be fine. I felt like I was being brushed off while in my room. I explained I have asthma and I couldn't breath and was around someone who had pneumonia. I was told pneumonia is not contagious (which it is) and not one xray was done. I went to afc 9/27/23 told them I wanted a second opinion. Got x-rays done and found out I had acute bronchitis. Never again will I be going there.

This is the worst urgent care around. I went to get blood work and was yelled at to check in with the iPad. I told the reception I did but it didnā€™t accept it she yelled at me again to just check in with the ipad. Iā€™ve also been here several times to get seen at urgent care and every time they tell me itā€™s a several hour wait and to go home. How can someone get here at 8 am and not be seen till 5:30 pm. I wouldnā€™t ever recommend anyone going here. Also the woman who did my blood work was awful and blew out my vein.

No complaints, some times can be long waiting..but not as long as hospitals!! I wish they opened at 7am though!

I'm not one to write negative reviews often, but my experience at Dracut Circle Health was a disappointment to say the least. I came in for simple blood work and waited over an hour. For a healthcare facility, time is of the essence and this place wasted a lot of mine. To add insult to injury, the waiting room seats felt like they were designed for discomfort. If you're going to have people wait, at least provide a bearable seating arrangement. The staffing here is perplexing. They appear to be overstaffed on the administrative side, yet woefully understaffed where it actually matters: healthcare providers. I even see 2 out of 4 people even playing with their phone and doing nothing! You'd think with the administrative surplus, scheduling and wait times would be better managed. Nope. Finally, the new system with Lab Corp is a complete disaster. Inefficient and inconvenient are understatements. All in all, a poor experience that raises questions about their priorities. Would not recommend.

Have been here multiple times and have not a good experience every time. Had an appointment this past Saturday and waited an hour past my appointment time with no one else waiting, just for my issue to be brushed off. When the physician asked me questions, he didn't wait for the full answer. He interrupted me and rushed through my "appointment" stating he would prescribe medication. He prescribed OTC cream that I already had at home. Was a complete waste of my time.

Though we had made an appointment, we waited over an hour to be seen by the med assistant, another half hour after that by the doc, and then he also left saying he'll "be right back" after the assistant takes blood pressure again and it's been another 45min. Almost 3 hours now total, and no idea when this will end.

Donā€™t expect medication when you go in there displaying your sick, itā€™s obvious and the nurse doesnā€™t want to go near you. Theyā€™ll give you a Covid/flu test and take your temperature, etc but if those test come back negative your on your own and leaving with useless medication or none at all.

Tim, the screener/ front desk employee is awesome. This is the second time I go to urgent care and he's the first one to offer an ice pack for my trouble shoulder. Thank you Tim!!

I went to Dracut urgent care with a possible foot fracture that happened while on vacation in New Hampshire. ( Insurance required going local for massive deductible difference.) The care from initial check in person all the way to registration, professional medical personnel and xray technician was outstanding. I couldn't be more impressed. Thank you to the entire Dracut staff!!!!!!!!
