👍👍 Cannot thank the staff at the hospital enough for their care and attention of my very poorly boxer puppy. Didn't think he would make it but due to the excellent care during his 10 day stay and the brilliant aftercare and advice. He now is a picture of health. Thoroughly recommend. People often mention care, hospital, caring,

Great, people are lovely, caring and understanding that these animals are your pride and joy. The first thing you see is the reception desk, they was very helpful, understanding and kind. We had the trainee at first, she was lovely, looked at you while talking, was talking to the pet while examining him. Well done. The vet was very nice and talked us through about what the plans was for the animal. Over all the experiences was very nice. Thank you.

Such friendly caring staff. They gave me an urgent appointment within an hour, saw my dog and sorted out his problem. Hopefully he will be back to his boisterous self soon.

After an emergency vet visit had tried to euthanize my cat instantly, I refused, took him home that evening and booked in with the QVSH next day. What a transformation, these guys put my cat through scans and ICU until the problem was found and a solution discovered. They took care of my cat so well and have given him the medication he needs to stay stable. I can't thank them enough for the extra time they have given me with my best friend. Special shout-out to Larissa, Cat and Joe ❤️

Amazing vets, treated our dog with care and patience to get him medicated, then weened off medication for impa Thanks to Queens and East of England vets we now have Freddie back to 95% his normal self. When we thought all hope was lost you managed to persevere to get a fantastic result for him. Keeping him at the vets until he could once again walk. Nothing was too much trouble, appointments, calls, emails, overnight stays and always updated and always available to talk to or email. Thank you Thomas Butler and all the staff would 100% recommend

Our dog received outstanding care and attention, very thorough examinations and a series of good calls to get to a diagnosis in a tricky case. I am so impressed...and relieved! All staff, not just clinical, were very kind and this made a huge difference. Thank you all, we're so grateful x x

Cannot fault the whole process, absolutely blown away by the professionalism, the compassion and expertise. These guys are second to none, travelled 2.5 hours to and from for over a week to use them and would do it again in a heartbeat. The surgery and level of care they carry out is just outstanding, they’ve changed my dog Tommys life completely and for that I owe them everything. Amy and Laura a special shout out to you, you’re a pair of utter angels, plus all the nurses that partook in his care, thank you again.

Excellent vet hospital very knowledgeable and caring although it probably would be more beneficial for both parties if you could stay with your nervous pet during initial consultation but that said they were great at what the do and had answers to the problem quickly also excellent reception staff caring and sympathetic thank you Very good at what they do

Wow, we were so impressed with the service we received today. Our vet Rebecca and orthopaedic consultant Fran were outstanding. Highly professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. We got expert care and advice from start to finish. The hospital is exceptionally well run. We cannot speak more highly of our experience. We hope our dog Poppy will not need to go back but this hospital will be our first choice for any future referrals. Thank you Queens Veterinary School Hospital for looking after us all.

I can’t praise this hospital enough. I took my Blue today for X-rays to grade his cancer. The care was exceptional. The gentleman was so genuinely caring and informative. Not pushy at all for treatment that’s unnecessary just to get money like some vets. I would highly recommend this place and hopefully I don’t need to but if I have to return for any kind of treatment for my boy I wouldn’t hesitate. I felt very comfortable to leave him in their hands

Absolutely disgraceful. I thought a veterinary surgery was there to help animals. But this practice employee individuals who are well known for the abuse of beagle puppies and dogs. Shame on you

We were really happy with the service we received, the receptionist was lovely and helped put us at ease as my dog is frightened of the vet environment. I also have to say that Dr Mark Reading was outstanding! He talked through everything with us and made my dog feel at ease, which isn't easy to do! He was very thorough and we left feeling happy and confident that we have a plan in place to solve my dogs problem. Thank you 😊

I have no complaints about the care received for my dog or the experience of visiting with him, that side of things was all great. Unfortunately my dog could not be treated and died in June. Since then the accounts department has been a complete joke. They sent me a final notice and threat of court proceedings but have never actually sent an invoice asking for any payment not covered my insurance. I called, they apologised, said they would send the invoice, a month later still no invoice so I chased and asked the amount and paid online. A week later I finally receive the invoice and a separate final notice and threat of court proceedings. The final notice was dated after I had already paid.

I took my dog here for some cardiac tests. Met vet Larissa. She was lovely, kind and very professional. The receptionists were very friendly and the treatment was on time and explained well. I would not hesitate to recommend this place based on that which I have seen so far.

This university teaching hospital gave us exceptional care and attention to every detail. I was kept fully informed at all times and best of all my little dog was so well looked after with lots of tlc. Her welfare and well being came top on the list. Highly recommended... and at a very sensible price compared to most referral clinics. As said in the joining instructions, be prepared though for an overnight stay as they appear to data gather and dog preliminaries on day 1 and action on day 2. This is my second visit. Different dogs each visit, same lovely treatment

Queens vet school is an amazing place, the care given is second to none. Everything is explained in meticulous detail and I felt very reassured leaving my cat with them for her operation.

Brought a relative dog here. Service was great, times was over a little (normal for where ever you go anyways). Was greated by 2 students, who where very engaging and caring towards me and my partner but even more so towards 'the boy'. Full knowledgeable answers where advice was given.
