Great air conditioned Irish pub! Stopped in to watch the Women's World Cup. If you are looking for a place to watch Premier League look no further. Food was delicious, highly recommended the Fish and Chips. Service is very good, Gabby is very sweet! Prices are reasonable. We'll be back soon for some Irish tunes. Dog friendly.

Came here twice - two nights in a row. First night was great - great band, lively crowd. Second night was eh - band tried, crowd died. I guess it’s hit or miss. Located at the end of Pink St, so it’s a good start for bar/club hopping. Drinks are good. Bartenders are very friendly. Their menu reflects different pricing - daytime vs nighttime. There are table seating, bar seating, and a small dance floor. The restroom is in the back to the left of the bar. Kitchen closes at 00:00, but they might be able to make certain foods past that. Get the Irish car bomb!

Pretty great place near the Time Out Market. Good beer but not huge selection. Good food. The fish and chips were great. Hamburger was very good also. The fries are outstanding. I thought the staff was very friendly. Americans may find the non chalant attitude as off putting but it's just super relaxed. Nobody is rushing you. I came two times at more off hours, although it gets pretty intense around this area at night.

It's the first ever Irish pub in Lisbon. Service is great, the girl from Brazil was nice and lovely, made me feel at home. I've been here before a few times and I'd recommend coming here during the day if you want s more chill environment, at night this place can become a bit hectic, considering it's location, so it's get packed and loud quick. A pint of Guinness here will cost you more than 7 euros, a bit pricey though it's one of the best Guinness I've ever had outside Ireland and mainland Europe

I asked the waitress for a table and she suggested that we share a table for four persons , so we share the table with other two persons, then we agreed. But the other two persons refused. Ofcourse we accepted that because we can't force someone to share table with us. But But later came the waitress and showed us a free table but she said we must share the table with other two persons because the table is for four persons which is the same as the previous one. So now what i understood that she couldn't negotiate with other two because they are Portuguese but she obligated us to share the table with others because we are tourists which i find voll of racism and no shame. What i can only say : even in a bar you have to appreciate everyone's because we all have same rights and obligations and if there are rules of a bar or restaurant or whatever where so you have to be considered for everyone not only Tourist and for locals not. We both pay for service we need to find equality before quality. Never lived situation like this except in Portugal especially in this bar with this rules with this staff. I don't recommend this place at all.

While here in Lisbon we dropped in to O'Gillins a couple of times. Mainly to watch the rugby or football, but it is so much more than that. It has good food, music every time we were there and fabulous staff who are friendly, polite and helpful. Definitely worth a visit if you are in town.

Aye this is the spot! Great atmosphere and decor. Great service and selection of drink and food. The wings, breakfast and irish stew are all fresh and delicious. Stop in for a lunch, dinner date or to watch the game. This is the spot!

Loved it! The food is great. The fish and chips were on point. And I felt exactly as I did when I went to Dublin. The live music was entertaining. Great night.

Was having good fun with friends had 5 drinks and was singing and dancing to live music when I was told I was too drunk and then cut off, immediately left as people behind me were dancing on couches, smoking in the bar, barefoot and getting sick. Seen this happen to others, absolutely disgraceful and will not be back. Toilets were disgusting, no clean hand towels and floors were all wet. Having fun in here is a crime.

Really bad service and bad attitude, we have been informed that the long table is four persons which is not true because they suggested us to share the table with other two persons and the other two refused and then later they offered us a free table but they told us that we must share the table with other two and when i asked why you didn't tell the other two persons that they MUST share the table with us, she said i couldn't. But the rules are only for tourists but for the local citizens as Portuguese there are no rules to respect. This is clearly racism and no respect. Bad service bad attitude and never recommend.

Great to see a great Irish pub in Lisbon again. Things have slightly changed since my last visit 2 years ago. The pub changed to a Corona Save Place now with da less tables and plexi glass protecting da most valuable in da pub, the beer. Staff wearing protecting gears but the Taste of Guinness remains da same and da Irish Sushi called Fish&Chips was great. The Entertainment was still running on a large screen showing a football match from German Bundesliga. Staff remained nice and helpful despite da Corona restriction. Hopefully Tourism will gear up for many visitors to visit this great traditional Irish pub 🤗😍

An original Irish bar in Lisbon with a great variety of beers, live rock music with a great band and high spirits for all. A definitely must-visit place if you are looking for good beer, great rock music and a very cheerful atmosphere while in Lisbon 😊

Stopped in here several times to watch sports during a recent trip to Lisbon. Great service, and no complaints with the food n drinks. You got to be aware of the drug dealers targeting tourists in the area but not the pub's fault. Well worth a visit

This could be a nice pub but, despite already having been in the place for around an hour, the "waitress" asked us if we could move seats so as to accommodate a crowd of lads who were slowly trickling in. Even after we said we were leaving soon she insisted on hovering over us. The lads in question weren't bothered where they sat (there were about 20 of them)!! This is, absolutely, against the ethos of an Irish Pub were people are supposed to mingle and make friends! We felt so uncomfortable we downed our drinks quickly and left...definitely won't be back!! It's a shame because the Guinness was good!

I only drank. Spent a few hours and met a few Irish people on holiday and work. Very good few hours spent. Friendly and good service. Probably the only English person in the pub (I am a Portuguese resident), but certainly not out of place. Just shopping in Lisboa for the day, but worth the visit.

We ate here every brunch time and the food was home cooked, cheap and delicious. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The main reason we kept coming back was Anna who really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Anna we will miss you!

Spent a fantastic afternoon here watching the Ireland v New Zealand game last week. Great days craic, excellent Guinness, very efficient and capable staff who looked after a full pub of Irish fans and two sad Kiwis!! Reminded me of the atmosphere in pubs at home during Italia 90. Didn't eat there but the food looked really good too. Definitely a spot to seek out if you're in Lisbon.

Feels just like a lively pub you'd find anywhere in Ireland. Drinks aren't cheap but you're paying for the atmosphere and the surprisingly very good live music. Great place for a more laid back night out.

Awesome Irish Pub in the busy parts of Lisbon city! The staff are actually Irish giving it a true authentic feel, this coupled with the Irish themed music and patrons makes for a great experience in town. They host various events such as quiz nights which make for a good night out in town.

Was my first time there on the opening night of the Rugby World Cup. With the pub is packed with rugby-loving supporters. It was an amazing atmosphere. Fair play to the ladies working there who had only inches of movement. They managed to bring the food and drink to all the tables for the full 80 mins of the game. It was a great night by all

Medium-sized bar near the sea front which shows a range of sporting matches such as football, rugby, GAA, hurling, etc. Watched the Heineken Cup final here, and it was great crack. Stag were hard working, speedy, and lovely.

Absolutely lovely, we enjoyed the atmosphere of the pub as well as the enormous portions of delicious food 😊 I need to add that my review was written before we visited again: there's live music (almost?) every night and karaoke on Sundays. It was absolutely packed and incredible, the staff were still really friendly and quick and the music was superb ❤️

I came here to get something to eat and to drink a nice old Guinness. It was great! The hamburger was good, and the staff was super friendly. I was on my own, but the bartender made sure that I was having a good time. Would 100% recommend!

I love this place and its environment! It's amazing how waitresses are able to keep up with our drinks requests! Music very good, but, perhaps because it was my first going out to a bar after COVID pandemic, I found the music too loud. Ridiculous, right? But I did. Always to be back!

Not a bad little pub, staff are friendly, whisky’s a bit pricey and food is good. Spent an afternoon watching rugby, had to leave when Ireland played because it gets very crowded and very tight, couldn’t see the telly. Came back for the fun band and a takeaway fish and chips. Good craic, all round.

Great pub. Very nice. But why does the loo smell of mothballs? And why so expensive when you can have a glass of wine a hundred yards away for €1.20? The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful. The pub owner should pay them well, but probably doesn't....

  • 1/5 Gabriela S. 1 year ago on Google
After three hours drinking in the same spot, you may have the barman screaming and pointing a finger at your face saying that you are a lying and trying to steal from them just because you ordered the same thing from different bartenders. We would stay there and obviously pay for the doubled drinks even though they don’t have an ordering system and are disorganized. The band was awesome but unfortunately never coming back.

We stumbled into this pub on our journey around Lisbon and although it was lovely, it was packed. Very busy & the food looked great but there were no tables available- some people were sat at a 4 persons table and it would have been nice if we were to split it in two but it’s understandable. The mojito was fantastic and the girl who made it was so lovely and came down to check was everything ok. We definitely would’ve stayed longer had we a table. Not sure whether you need to call beforehand to book.

First stop from the airport in Lisbon. We ended up here several times! The waitstaff was very friendly. The entertainment in the evening was nice as well. Great prices for a quick bite or drinks. Thank you Anna for being so nice to us!

Good pub food is good beer Is good but it’s Irish prices here but to be fair if you want to watch a match it’s a 1 stop shop

  • 2/5 John D. 3 years ago on Google
The fish and chips were very good even though the fish was frozen I suspect. But the Guinness price was a big problem,no staff could confirm if the draught came from Dublin or Servile,so I ordered the can with ball inside which is e1.80 in supermarkets,I was charged e5.50 for a little over half a pint!!! myself and Irish friends won't be back.

  • 1/5 Denis F. 2 years ago on Google
Probably the most expensive pint you’ll have in Lisbon. But to add insult to injury it’ll be served with an attitude. First of all it feels weird having table service at an Irish pub. And then we were basically complimented out, when we were just aiming for beers and not their overpriced pub food. When our beers were about 3/4 empty, a waitress tried twice to take em, within like 3 minutes. It felt like the not so subtle get the f out of here, if you ain’t ordering food. Either way, loads of better options in the vicinity with much better service and cheaper drinks. Might as well skip.

Went here initially to watch an English football match (for the husband) and although some could say it was quiet, it was perfect for us as the atmosphere was pretty relaxed (one pull down projector screen). The staff were extremely attentive with drinks and the service was kept friendly. We returned on another occasion and one of the staff members recognised us, which was a nice touch. Didn't have any food here, so can't comment on that. Shame they don't have any outside seating on the sunnier occasions.

Lovely place with relaxed atmosphere. Classic Irish pub with all the necessities! Decor in lieu with the Celtic theme, so absolutely charming. Food was totally amazing and I can honestly say this was the best fish and chips I ever had (just missing the vinegar!) Lol. Also, be warned, the portions are massive! We had to literally roll home after dinner. Amazing selection of beers, friendly service and clean toilets. Even spacious on local standards which is an extra plus. Live music and performances frequently so if you are a friend of Irish music you should deffinitely go here. Highly recommendable.

I came this bar on my way to the airport, I thought it seemed like a nice place, I bought a drink and sat with my friends, later I went to the bar to buy another drink ...my second , I was looked up and down and told they wouldn't serve me that it was a private party and could I leave. At 44 it's been a long time since I've been judged in this extreme way based purely on the way I look, I'm discussed horrified and upset . Don't go here it's not friendly or un judgmental
