The cocktails are a 7 out of 5, but the service is bad. Pretty much ignored mostof the time, took 15 minutes to get their attention to order another drink.

Probably the best legit cocktail bar in Lisbon, and we visited quite a few of the big names. The drinks were very wellmade and decently priced. The tea infusions and combos definitely make this place unique and show off the flavour skill of the mixologists. It was pretty empty for some reason but the bartender was attentive and clearly cared about his craft. Mostly tourists it seemed but that isn't necessarily a bad thing! If you want something new and a little different this is the place to check out.

Cocktail bar where the cocktails are all made with Tea. I don't like tea as a rule, but frankly these were some of the best and well balanced cocktails I've ever had and I've travelled and tried many many bars from dives in Kyiv to posh London hotels. Really these are some of the best in the world.

Great atmosphere, really friendly staff and amazing cocktails with real attention to detail. When the cocktails came out they were like pieces of art and tasted amazing!

Double 9 is one of Lisbon's best cocktail bars. The tea fusion drinks are complex and innovative accross the board and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The bar works a lot with smoke, which is quite the eye catcher. Check it out!

Wonderful place...super friendly host. A bit on the expensive side for Lisbon, but still worth a visit !! Do do for the drinks recommended by the barman...they are great indeed !!

Excellent cocktails. They don't seem to focus much on food there and the burgers aren't very good but the chocolate fondant was delicious

Apparently the best cocktails are here. Since me and my wife were a bit sick, we decided to have tea. But that was also a great decision. The tea is served very exclusively and is worth an experience as the different scents and aromas are explained to you. Great restaurant with casual decor!

Super cool tea concept. The cocktails are very different than usual, as they are based on tea. I enjoyed the flavor of the cocktail but the place was quite empty and cold. I recommend the “Double 9” and “.....voyage of sinbad”

Very nice and cozy environment. Very friendly staff. The place serves drinks and cocktails that are based on tea and fun/sensational experiences. You have to try some to really know what I mean. Each time we ordered new drinks they outdid them selves with new amazing breathtaking and fun ways to serve and present the drinks. They are very helpful to find a drink that fits your taste and desires. They also serve fine cafè food. Wonderful burgers and delicious desserts - all home made and tasty.
