This was my first ever visit to a Hard Rock Cafe. I was impressed with the staff. I've never seen so much friendly and cool people at a restaurant. It was a pleasure talking to them. We had a vouchers for a set menu, the diamond menu. The salads were good but the main star of the menu was the Legendary Burger and the BBQ combo. The portions were HUUGE and mouth watering and delicious. The burger was juicy and fresh and the BBQ combo can satisfy even the hungriest boyfriend. To finish off we had a chocolate cake as desert and let me tell you, I have no idea what sorcery is this but this was THE MOST DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE CAKE we've had EVER tried. If you want to eat delicious food and have great value for the money and not feel hungry after you leave I highly recommend Hard Rock Cafe!

Apparently in Hard Rock Cafe you can’t order a kid’s meal if you are above 13 years old . We were family of three including 2 adults and a 6 years old child and we ordered a regular meal and two kids meal since we just wanted to try and have a bite and experience the atmosphere. That includes a small beer, a soft drink and a lemonade ( which was for the kid , but it’s not a kids beverage ) After being served we were informed that ordering two kid meals with only one kid is not acceptable and “ if the manager sees that I would be in trouble “ - says the waiter …. After finishing our meal we decided NOT to have a dessert , since our mood was kinda spoiled. And this is how a customer service would be rate as 1 star . How about thinking outside the box and about customer’s satisfaction , rather than sharing a non sense policy of the restaurant….

The crew embodies the good experience that Hard Rock locations around the world have, and ensures you have a good time when visiting. A nice hardrock cafe in Central Lisbon. Loved the nacho starter and also the noodle bowl which I had with chicken instead salmon. Vegetable fajitas were nice but come with quite a few mushrooms which my friend isn't keen on. They come with 4 small tortillas who his not enough to use all the filling into. Service was good, reasonably quick and the staff are helpful if you can get their attention. Would recommend eating here if you love the Hardrock

The prices were pretty high (which I totally understand) but the food was not worth it, at all. My boyfriend took an hamburger (which was the smallest I’ve ever seen) with so few french fries that they looked like they were for a kid’s portion. The onion ring was very bad, as per the dressings, and the bacon was burnt and therefore chewy and dry. Some of the employees were very nice and committed, but on the overall they REALLY need to learn how to approach to customers (basic things like not screaming in people’s face, smiling and using “Please/Thank you”).
